My parcel (boxes for relocation that I need urgently) was due to be delivered by November 29th, but the driver never showed up. I checked the tracking site the next day (November 30th), and it said that 'they missed me'. However, everything seemed on track again, and I waited. But at 19:46 the tracking system said 'there is an issue with your address, please chat with us'. Naturally, the chat service stops at 20:00 and there is no other way to contact them. I realised about the message too late. So I 'chatted' with them the next day (December 1st), first thing in the morning. I am assured that the parcel will be delivered 'today' - I beg them to make a haste, as I have to catch a plane in the afternoon and the parcel was expected two days before anyway. Of course, by the time I have to go to the airport, nothing has showed up. The tracking system also showed the parcel as still in the depot and not with the driver. So, I re-scheduled the delivery for Tuesday December 5th. I mean, there should be enough time to schedule a delivery after the weekend right? No. Today (December 5th) the parcel is still in the depot. I chat with the useless support, and they tell me that the delivery is scheduled for today 'before 21:00'. Of course at 20:00 the support becomes unavailable and now it is 21:20 and nothing and no one has showed up. Useless service. The driver cannot find an address that anybody else has no issue in locating and does not call me for information. No way to contact anyone but the useless chat support (they can only read what I already see on the tracking system, and are empowered to do NOTHING) or the even more useless telephone number (automatic machine, no sight of human beings). Absolutely absymal, awful, useless trash service. My advice is to keep at bay. Don't use this service and run away from anyone who wants to send you stuff through them.

Absolute rubbish company. Delivered to the wrong address, not even close, but insisted we'd got the parcel. Luckily we found it the next day by scouring the neigbourhood. It had been outside all night. I dread when I've placed an order and it says Yodel are delivering!!!!!

Very poor experience with yodel delivery, not delivered to my address, yet they insisted it was with zero proof, no photo, nothing. Item was showing on their own tracking service as 'out for delivery' even though a week late, as soon as I enquired it miraculously changed to delivered. Liars plain and simple, had to resort to amazon claim to get my £6.08 refunded, not much I know but there was a principle at stake, will always check in future whether a retailer uses yodel, if so I shall buy elewhere

Missing parcel! Arrived on 23rd in the depot and then nothing. Various rub offs from yodel - assumption now it's stolen.

Stayed in and was told by there online system delivery was attempted! I was in all day lying no good driver has not made any attempt to deliver!!! Is it because the parcel was heavy ish 🤔

Was told my parcel had been delivered through my letter box, no picture or card to prove this,also was in all day.When contacting Yodel was told to ask neighbours or look in my garden!! Why would it be there if it was posted through my letter box .Miraculously after contacting my supplier and Yodel again it has just arrived (photo taken by driver) What a shambles.

Was attempting to deliver a package to a friend in the UK who has no means to go to a depot to pick up a package. Of note, I had 3 other packages delivered to this friend without issue around the same time. Yodel claimed they could not access the property and that the item was available for pickup at the depot. I attempted 3 times to explain the situation to Yodel's customer service but they would not re-attempt delivery. I had the sender (a UK store) reach out on my behalf and nothing was done. Customer Service repeatedly told me to have the sender reach out on my behalf and when I tried to explain that I did that already and nothing was done, they ignored me. A terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend using this service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional and complete liars . My parcel was picked up by yodel and I got a 2 hour slot, no attempted delivery on that day . Customer service told me it was coming on the 2nd , no delivery, they then told me it was coming on the 3rd NO DELIVERY, now they're saying its coming today and it's just a lie because tracking now says the 5th . Ridiculous company

i was told to sit in between 12.30 and 14.30 iam still sitting here waiting this mob are pure joke should be banned all together fo delivering stuff get your act together🤬

WORST COMPANY EVER. After the driver didn't even bother to knock on the door or ring the bell, I had to reschedule for another delivery and when it got close to my house, the driver broke the items. Customer support is treating clients like complete idiots. This is the worst company I have ever seen.

I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone..our parcel never arrived ,yet they had it marked down as delivered..we have cameras all around our home, so we could prove no one had been here ..the firm is not interested at all .. we had to contact ninja who promptly sent another one out ,delivered by dpd.. I highly recommended they get rid of yodel has this wasn’t the first time this happened

I would like to give a zero rating, but no option. I have had a buyer pay for Yodel store to store on a Vinted purchase. I have just tried to drop the parcel off for her at my 4 local drop off points for Yodel. Each time refused. Telephoned and automated service of no help. On line chat have said to contact Vinted! Yodel. How about you provide more delivery drivers?!

I ordered an item for my daughter for Christmas she was off work due to illness so was definitely at home to answer door. This was ordered two weeks ago and when checking on tracking said attempted delivery three times! And it was now at depot . I called you twice and you said you would re deliver but never did. I also called the company I bought the goods from twice and they said they would contact you and informed me on two occasions that you would deliver but no delivery. An appalling service .

What a shower this firm is, why on gods green earth would ANY company use them is beyond me. I've had the bitter experience of being on the receiving end of thier delivery uselessness mayhe 6 or so times. I recon they've managed to deliver as specified exactly ZERO!!!

Tracking showed today for delivery. However, status did not move, Webchat was terrible and very repetitive (computer) . Tried to find a way to track but was told to download the app which I was actually using !!! 9pm arrived but my parcel has not. JD0002247424437748. No help whatsoever.

Christmas presents sent from Edinburgh, we were in when they said they tried to deliver, but they didn’t bother to knock on the door or ring the bell, so they took it away with them. Chased up and was told that it would be redelivered today, but nothing. Chased up and they wanted to know what was in it!! Said that they couldn’t do anything without knowing what the parcel contained, which we didn’t know as they were presents!! (On the look out for presents for the lads are we?) They said that nothing at all could be done for 48 hours. Very difficult to find local depot phone numbers. This is far from the first time that yodel deliveries have ‘gone astray’ for us. Yodel really are the absolute pits and deserve to go bankrupt. (Deliver peoples parcels before you close your doors for good!)

Terrible! Waiting for an update on tracking for 24 hours. Parcels seem to go missing at the depot. Spoke to web chat and they are appallingly useless. They just quote what the last tracking info said. Awful scamming company avoid!!

Item was noted as delivered and left at the porch. Which it wasn't as I have a camera covering the cul de sac I live on, clearly no driver at any point not even a neighbour. Was just told by live chat to get in touch with the company that delivered the parcel..... absolutely dreadful service!!!

Yodel have a consistent habit of parcels going 'missing' at their local depots, and internal investigations into them being 'inconclusive' when pushed for further updates. Considering that they usually ask for the contents of what's in the parcel before they commit to any internal investigations, that usually translates (unofficially) into "what are we going to let the lads steal today?". If any of you are viewing this and have also experienced the same thing, I'd recommend trying to scout out for your local 'Lost Parcel Lucky Dip' events. Chances are that your stuff is being sold off for a few quid. If not, it's going to end up as a Yodel delivery driver's suprise xmas present to their family. You've got no other option but to complain to your seller about the situation and hope they use a different courier next time. This has been an issue for many years, and I've lost a multititude of packages through them. I actively avoid any businesses who states that they use Yodel, and the only reason I still suffer through all of this is that many ebay sellers don't seem to know any better! If you're a seller considering a courier: seriously avoid Yodel. All the couriers are varying degrees of 'not good', but Yodel is the creature lurking at the very bottom of the whole lot of them.
