“they delivered my parcel i opened it and it was badly damaged i have tried to contact them and i got nowhere the box was crushed and the item was really bent i really dont trust yodel when i tried to call a computer came on the phone not a human it was hard to say anything because you total silence so it can understand then i have to message them but when i put the ref in it say its not recognised please dont trust them”
“Truly appalling service. The only delivery company to consistently not deliver parcels with the same excuse that we were not in. The driver simply did not attempt to deliver and lied in saying that they had. The online chat support is next to useless, and the formal complaint response is patronising and does nothing to alleviate the problems. This has been a problem for year now and nothing changes. Zero would be a better score ( even that is being generous) I try to avoid online retailers that use Yodel as they are so awful”

If this was the case why was a card not put through the letterbox advising me of this so called failed delivery attempt. Happens every time with this company. “Missing parcel. This is another parcel that has not made it to me. Very disappointing. It’s clear from the photo evidence it is nowhere near my house. I’ve checked with the neighbours in case. Yodel have to be the absolute worst courier service in Northern Ireland. I have yet had a delivery or collection from them go as it should.
I have had parcels arrive up to 4 days late with zero communication, parcels smashed, parcels left at the wrong house, other people's parcels delivered to me instead of my own, bit the worst has to be where they were to collect a return to Dunelm, but took one of my deliveries, addressed to myself(all in the large post box) and returned it to sender instead of collecting the parcel with their details on it.
Customer service is worse than nonexistent. Telephone line is automated and when you hold for an advisor, they cut you off. "Live"chat is just AI as well, getting you no where. Absolute rubbish company.”

When I complained that I had two people turn up in a fold focus it were threatening behaviour wanted to hand me a open parcel enter remove my comments which are refused.
