Worst delivery company ever! 2 days in a row I’ve been notified delivery attempted whilst I’ve been sat at the window waiting on it, now they want me to wait in a third time ! Drivers obviously can’t be bothered actually delivering

Useless, will never buy anything from a company that uses them to deliver in future. Their tracker is a joke, the chat system is a joke, the whole company is a joke. Parcel to be delivered to me at work ( clearly 8am til 5pm) given time of 6.07pm for delivery so waited outside in the cold,dark,wet for one and a half hours, still no show. Asked by chat service to wait until 9.00pm in case, he had been at the top of my road 3 hours earlier!!!! Tracker showed him with just 4 stops before getting to me! However this didn't change for 3 hours and showed his van in the middle of nowhere ( maybe he parked up and slept in his van overnight) the worst company I have ever dealt with. We will see what tomorrow brings but I don't have much hope reading these other reviews. Not a happy bunny.

Was tracking my parcel till last 9 stops, then received email that more details needed for the address and contact chat. The chat person took ages to reply. I sent screenshot of email from Yodel with tracking number. First respond was that driver needs more info as can't find address, when I wrote detailed instructions and all, chat replies that my parcel ID is wrong and to contact sender. I asked how can it be wrong if I tracked all day the parcel and even the person him/her self said driver couldn't find me!? Answer was: "sorry, it was another parcel". When I asked for answers they just closed the chat. I have the whole chat recorded. Are you serious Yodel?

Absolutely Useless service. I bought an item from an online shop, and was emailed to say Yodel will deliver. I logged into their app to register and divert the parcel as I won't be home...I diverted it to THEIR OWN local pickup/drop off point. 3 days later still nothing there. When I phone you just chat to a robot and no help at all. And live Chat just told me the driver tried to deliver but cannot gain access to their own local pickup/drop off point that is on Yodels website. They don't phone you or update you to let you know, they not giving me the option to change address either even thought they at fault....its their own drop off point that is not working or the driver simply cannot find it. Blady useless!!! Now I've paid for an expensive parcel that I havnt received. Don't trust them!

Given a 2 hour time slot for delivery. Didn’t arrive. Got on to web chat. Said wait until 9pm. By this time delivery had gone over time slot by 5 hours. Still didn’t arrive by next morning. Got o to web chat again and they said it was delivered at 10 to 6 previous night. Definitely didn’t come here. Still waiting!!!! What a rubbish delivery service. A complete waste if time and definitely will not be recommending them!

Parcel was to arrive yesterday before 8 pm saying they attempted delivery at 2.08 am like wot kind of delivery company r they now when I log on to my order just saying delayed wish they would hurry the f up way it as its a table an chairs I need for my family for Xmas

Absolutely unprofessional service. Worst I’ve EVER HAD. Was due for my parcel to be delivered this morning, then it faced delays and was due for an afternoon delivery. No updates on the tracking for 7 hours. Web chat are completely useless as they all say the same garbage and claim it’s out for delivery when it clearly isn’t. They also claim the can’t contact the drivers to find out when it’s due for delivery. Beyond a joke. Whenever I order an eBay item now and don’t see what delivery service they are using I will ask them to NEVER use Yodel!!! This is my one experience with them and they are the literal WORST!!!!! Stay away from them as they will cause you nothing but stress and headaches. Even Royal Mail are better than this! And they’re a complete joke at times! But they are a damn sight more professional than Yodel. If I could I would give Yodel ZERO STARS! The company should either be shut down or given completely new management.

Awful service - i placed an order on vinted and was given a postage receipt with the tracking number on it and told it was going to be delivered in 5-8 days, it has just been collected from the seller and its been 12 days! hasn't even been posted yet! To make things worse the order was £100 and I need it in time for the 30th of November and Im concerned it may never come and I wont get a refund! DO NOT USE YODEL!

I now have absolutely no faith in Yodel. The last item I was expecting disappeared off the system after being collected from the seller. This time the tracking says it was delivered to a “safe place” while we were both at home and there is no card or sign of it anywhere outside my property and I can’t access any photo to prove where they supposedly left it.

I've only given Yodel 1 star because I can't give them anything lower. They "lost" my parcel between loading in on the van and it being delivered to the depot. I got to talk to lots of people at their call centre and was promised call backs and investigations. Well, none of that happened. My parcel was just "deemed lost". When I did eventually get to talk to a supervisor, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Yodel's attitude and system stink.

Still out for delivery even though I know it won't be delivered today and I've taken the whole day off to wait for it. Feels like we live in the stone age because other delivery companies are so much more reliable..yodel ...you are worth ZERO stars. Woeful.

Terrible company with a shocking attitude. They delivered my parcel to a house 1/4 mole away. When I said I hadn't received it they said the computer confirms our driver was at your address and treated me as if I was trying to get something for nothing. The parcel eventually found me and they still didn't accept responsibility. A sign was put clearly in the shed at the wrong address that you couldn't miss, yesterday they delivered there again!!!! Will not order from any company that uses Yodel

Wow shocking sold something on vinted took it to the parcel shop was told it was collected, then arrived at sort facility and then in transit. Been 9 days since the 'in transit' update contacted yodel to ask for an update and was told the parcel wasn't at the parcel shop for them to collect 10 days ago. Who's lying 🤣🤣🤣 they honestly never surprise me.

The tracking on Amazon said Yodel delivered today 4 30 pm. It now only 3 pm can they travel into the future to make deliveries. Still no image as promised

Totally unreliable previous parcels have been left in rain and ruined so with this delivery once message sent to say parcel out for delivery 15th November between 17.18 and 19.18 I stayed at home no parcel received yet email was sent by yodel at 22.17 to say parcel delivered at 21.15 Following day message to say parcel out for delivery 14.27 to 16.27 no delivery received, 2 days wasted still no parcel

They have been delivering the parcel for 6 days now and they cannot deliver it.... After 4 days, when the status of the parcel did not change, I wrote to the Yodel staff how long it would take for them to deliver my parcel and I was assured that it would definitely be delivered the next day. the next day I was assured that the parcel had left and the courier was on its way to the recipient and to give them a moment because this shipment was their priority. On the 6th day, it turned out that the parcel was still in the warehouse, the staff who assured me that the parcel was on the courier's lap did not have access to the location of the parcel and they did not know where it was. and priorities are set 48 hours in advance, so the assurance that the parcel is priority is also a lie, and the delay is caused by the courier, trying to pick up the parcel from their own point, arriving after closing hours. I checked it on tracking and it's correct, the courier tried to pick up the parcel at 7 p.m. in a store open until 4 p.m. but it's still a day of loss out of the 6 they need and I don't know if it will take longer because the package is still in their warehouse. I totally advise against using their services because they do it very poorly and lie to avoid the problem.

Totally rubbish, they don't ever deliver to the right address and when you live at an obvious address it beggars belief. Well done Yodel your useless.......
