Worst customer service people ever. Talk over your all the way through the call even when you are trying to say the tracking number the keep interrupting with “I’m” “yeah” “yeah”. Yodel have sent my item to the wrong door and yodel website just said contact the driver the driver said he didn’t remember. So unfortunately I had to speak to customer services. Meanwhile the seller contacted me with a photo of the door the item was delivered to (not my door). Their message: Hi ,I can't recall this delivery ,there should be an image available on yodel app if it's not expired now. If in doubt it's best to call yodel customer services ,thanks. I explained this to customer services that it had been delivered to the wrong door. She said it doesn’t matter she needs to log an investigation to ask the driver (even though I had that information she said they had to get it themselves). The investigation shows that they “had no other information” and to take it up with the seller. So Yodel are quite happy with the service if they deliver it to the wrong person it’s okay if the driver can’t remember. I spoke to customer services again and she again interrupted so much (may have been the same person, unless they all interrupt). She said the seller can claim from them. I asked how would the seller do that so I can pass on the info. She said she can’t tell me because I’m not their client and the seller definitely knows what to do. Yodel as a company seem perfectly happy that their drivers can push an item through the wrong door and not have any information of which door they delivered it to and that’s case closed. Awful company.

If I could leave 0 I would I have had 3 separate incidents with this company within the space of a month. The first I had a male delivery driver come to home and ask me to open the back gate so he could bring the items in that way. My back gate does not open and regardless if it did I do not want items delivered to the back of my house meaning I would have to drag them through the entirety of my home. Due to this I declined and explained it did not open to which he huffed at me and walked off. He then came back with 3 large parcels and left them out in the rain at the furthest point away from my door in my front garden and started to walk off.. when I noticed this I called after him and asked him to bring the items to the door to which he told me "they've been delivered to your house" and walked off. To note I am 6 months pregnant and was home alone so had no choice but to attempt to carry these large heavy items in before they got ruined by the rain or stolen. I contacted customer services who told me they would deal with it. A few days later we had another large delivery- a bed, on this occasion it wasn't even delivered to my home. I received an email stating the parcel had been delivered, there had been no knock or ring on my doorbell so looked outside - again it was raining - and it had been left outside my neighbours property to get ruined or stolen. Again contacted customer services and was fobbed off with a sorry and it would be passed on As this was the 2nd issue within a week this was not sufficient so I contacted the ceo complaints. They confirmed this was the same driver on both occasions so was clearly doing this out of spite and was assured he would be dealt with robustly and this would not happen again. Suprise.... it did. Yet again, no knock, no call, no ring on the doorbell. Massive parcel left at the bottom of my garden... in the rain. Clearly its the same driver and clearly nothing has been done about this even though they are aware of my pregnancy and current issues with carrying large parcels in currently The complete lack of care, empathy and customer service is appalling and I would urge you to never use this company if you have a choice. Unfortunately on all 3 occasions it has been the retailer who has sent the items through yodel and not my choice but if it was up to me I would never use them. If they were half the price of other companies I would still not use them. Vile company

Omg. I never ever leave reviews but if I could give this company 0 stars I would. My parcel was at the depot for 3 days , non stop contacting them and they have come to me and told me my parcel can’t be located at their depot. One of their dirty disgusting tramp of a worker from their Mitham depot has obviously stolen my trainers , they are lucky I don’t go down there and jump over the counter. Dirty disgusting company and I can’t believe they are still in business they are the worst effing company ever. Hope the tramp that stole my parcel enjoys their new trainers , hope they break both legs and lose a foot whilst wearing them the dirty little low life scabby c!nt :).

Absolutely shocking. I have no words to describe this Company. They lied when they said that it was at the local depot. Then they lied further when they said they couldn’t deliver it. I then received an email from the Company I ordered with, to say it was being returned to them I have now confirmed they got it back the day after they were supposed to deliver it to me. As if they can move parcels that quickly! I cannot understand reputable Companies continue to use such an abysmal firm. They must lose so much business but when asked to review a product (even if it was never received) they will not allow any comments about the delivery…. Companies need to wake up and change their couriers.

Your a joke. Twice I had a delivery via Yodel. Waited in and tracked my parcel and then informed via tracking, address could not be found. Next day, delivery turned up, driver said couldn't understand why address could not be found, its on a main road.Next time Yodel delivery turned up a day early late evening but left on drive over night. Your a bloody joke.

Good bye yodel you cheater. You left my parcel in communal place even I was at home and YODEL said Since the parcel does not require a signature upon delivery, the driver may choose to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour, which would be completely up to the driver's judgment. I pray YODEL Close business :)

Never again sent on goose trail 😡😡😡 2 phone calls not much help 3 different pick ups where it’s supposed to be,totally miles away from where I live got a text told to collect this was evening time so set off in taxi am an yes another Text now moved on to another store obviously they text u but ring office they tell u it’s waiting in your nominated place no mine was miles away my call to office again you agree on a place and wait for a text closer no not there neither DO NOT GIVE THEM TIME OF DAY never again 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely useless company they have had my package since the 17th April.the tracking is asking for more information regarding my address that is on the package in full with a eBay reference number that they think is part of the address and will not send my item . I have tried numerous times to call a human person but all you get is automated voice that is useless and no help whatsoever. I have also for the second time today done a web chat and was told 2 days ago I would receive my package the next day still no package and today told it will take up to 48 hours to update and if I don’t receive anything by next week to contact the eBay seller. Now this is completely ridiculous as they have the package but might not deliver it as they can’t read a postage label if it has a eBay reference code .I would not recommend this courier service to anyone I could have walked there and back to get my item in the 2 weeks it’s took this cowboy firm and still not got it or any sense out of the customer service staff

Parcel containing alcohol delivered to wrong house. Picture showed it left on pavement by persons front steps, apparently no attempt had been made to get a reply from house and hand over to responsible adult. Left outside for kids or anyone to pick up! Driver left comment that parcel left In 'safe place'!! Contacted Yodel who were totally unhelpful, said they would pass my comments on to depot manager and get back to me....they haven't! I spent an anxious night worrying kids might of found it. Have had to ask retailer to refund me. I hope they get money back from Yodel.

Definitely something fishy photo shows my package chucked over gate but no parcel when I return home yet my ring doesn’t pick any body else up but him and me when I return and look for my parcel

Yodel email stated that parcel was delivered to my address but no where to be found! Left at 'front porch'? - I don't have one. No picture proof either that it was delivered to right address just a blank image showing absolutely nothing.

Whenever i find out yodel is delivering my parcel i am feeled with dread! This has to be the worst delivery service ever. 3 parcels left in street to be stolen and about 4 times now i have waited in all day for a parcel that never arrived and same old rubbish on the app saying driver experienced a problem. You must have the worst drivers because they are forever experiencing problems. What a terrible experience i have had with this incompetent useless delivery service i just wish i could give it minus 10 stars

Parcel never arrived and Yodel is lying Parcel never arrived!it suppose to arrive no later than 16:48. At around 6pm I've contacted Yodel and explained that the parcel contains important special food for my poorly puppy and I've ran out today. I've paid extra for express delivery. I've got told that the driver is still on his way and it will be delivered before 9pm. I've waited by the window overlooking the front door all day. No parcel. Tried to call just after 9pm, but they were closed. At 10pm I've received an email that the parcel got delivered at 16:04 handed to occupier of the address. Absolute lies!!! I am disgusted with the service and worse the lies!

Yodel are the worst ever. They should be shut down. I was in all day, checked my tracker, which said I am next. No one rang my dooorbell at the time my parcel should have been delivered and no sign of it outside/in the post box. Can't access the webchat for non delivery, the phone response was like a recorded voice telling me my parcel has been delivered, after I read out the tracking number, then thank you and goodbye. Fat lot of good that was. Still no idea where my parcel is, doesn't look like I'll be getting it. Not one single positive review have I seen. No one has used four letter words so I have refrained, even though Yodel deserve every 4 letter word going.

They are horrible to their staff, do not pay them on time or respond to their calls and messages when asked for their wages on multiple occasions. If you want your money and resources to go to services that take care of their employees, do not use yodel.

I would 0 if I had the option to do so. Yodel has linked my personal number to one of their driver’s profile, and for the last 2 months I’ve been receiving phone calls and text message from their customers, and I must say, am very surprised how many parcels they lose every day only around Elephant area. Customer service is awful. They have not been able to fix this issue even though I’ve reached out to them countless times and they jus keep saying we will escalate this issue to the team but nothing has been done

Gusto box. Yodel driver did not even knock on my door he went straight to my neighbors and left in their garden bathe neighbours were away. How can u levena food box outside. Disgusting company and driver Did not even try and knock on my door

DO NOT USE YODEL disgusting service the driver was calling me asking me to go out and find him as he couldn't find the address when I eventually explained how to get to my address I see him dragging my parcel along the street and than refused to bring it to my door because he was to tired and doesn't deliver up the stairs I had to sit there and wait for a friend to come and help me he than walked off swearing I'm can't believe this company
