This is the worst service I have ever seen at home waiting for my parcel from them it did not turn up. Yodel sent me a message that my parcel was delivered to number that don't exist they have my address as door 8 but they delivered at door 109 our number goes to 28 I am really upset. All yodel can do is send me a message that it was delivered to 109 so should get in touch with the company I bought the item from. There is no 109 where am leaving if the person has come where I am living they know that the flats only goes to 28 not reliable very very poor service.

They buzz my intercom but didn’t deliver my parcel and when I checked the status they have they delivered but they Did not. Disgusting thieves

Yodel had my parcel for 2 weeks now, everyday in the morning if I track it says out for delivery.later it says at depot for the past week . You can’t talk to anyone I don’t know if they still going to deliver I wish they can send it back if they can’t so I can get my refund

I tried to give them the access code to my house they refused to take it and then I decide I’ll stay home keep the gate open and wait at the gate with my husband when it said 2 stops away .This driver said he came and could not enter?and left a calling card there was no card and no one came they are liars and I tried their web chat who are very rude I spoke to one named Ishu Sharma very rude agent not even courtesy to ask my query just rushed to tell me they failed they come again tomorrow!If you order anything and they tell you it’s coming with Yodel 😂Cancel the order otherwise you’ll never get it

Item delivered to yodel the next day.. Was told Monday 2.30 / 4.30...Never arrived Msg on chat... Told Tues deffo.. But no time available. Msg chat wed.. Very rudely told to just give it time and it would arrive.. I said what time.. No answer to that!!!. So waited in 3 full days now.. Just to be told to give it time and have a nice day... Fuming!!!!

Seriously no exaggeration the worst service ever experienced in my 45 years on planet, delivery date due Friday up to now over a full day of my time wasted both waiting for package not to arrive and also the many many online chats and phone call to Yodels 'advisors' not to mention the expense of a special 30 mile round trip in complete vain, everytime get promised delivery tomorrow and it never comes, ask to speak to a manager best they can do is ask them to call you back which they never do, despite all the problems and complaints the latest reasoning given was no drivers were going in the area, pretty much central Chesterfield... really!!! is this even a delivery company? you'd think given all the complaints they'd make damn sure a driver was going out that way but they have no care to customers, my advice would be if ordering anything that states uses Yodel stay well clear and businesses use someone different or you'll open yourself for bad reviews on the basis of the shoddy courier you choose to use. update it's now Tuesday and best I can hope is it may turn up tomorrow.

Driver was supposed to deliver today but couldn't find the address. My house is not in a new build, so it seems their drivers have £20 cheap sat navs from Amazon to make their deliveries. Even then, the driver failed to contact me to ask for directions. I received email "Sorry we missed you" despite me being at home and waiting for the parcel or the driver's call. Atrocious service - and I hope Argos ceases their partnership with them because of systematic failures. There is limited info on how to complain to them, so I will consider complaining to the Trading Standards as well.

Whenever I order online and yodel are the courier they are the only company who fail to find my address and this goes on for days , giving new times and fail to come . Then on the tracking they have the cheek to make it look like I've changed the delivery to the next day when they failed to deliver . They've also left frozen dog food up the road thinking it would grow legs and run the half mile on its own diabolical company . When you contact them it's either Indian chat line or automated answerphone service The only company that says my address is not recognised by sat nav but my cars ones do , dpd, evri, and taxis all find me

I have had exactly the same experienc as that described by Tracey Dawson earlier today so I shn't repeat the details. It's proved impossible to speak to a human being at the company or to contact the local depot correct. It's Catch 22 meets Kafka!!

If I could give no stars I would ! Absolute joke of a company. Get nowhere on chat. Don't respond to emails and their drivers can't obviously read a map or sat nav correctly. Made a formal complaint again them now as I so sick of trying to find my 'missing' parcel . I am am willing to pay extra to get my parcels delivered from another courier now. Five days I've been trying to get information out of them and it's just like going round in circles . Never again will I let them deliver anything again. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY !! Customer service is an absolute joke you get nowhere . AVOID !!!!

Parcel left Aylesham delivery depot and has not been scanned or seen since 1st August. Been in touch with 3 different agents and complaints department all fobbing me off with the same lie we have sent it back to sender when senders address was not in or on the parcel. It has obviously been lost, damaged or stolen as they haven't got a clue where it is. Yodel are just the worst courier ever

Liars and thieves, lost my parcel (driver stole it) was delivered to rear of house but he managed to get past 2 cameras and a locked rear gate to leave in our rear porch which we don't have.

Yodel said my parcel was delivered but it was not I was in all the time. I contacted yodel and their web chat said I had received my parcel and sent me proof of a photo. I said this is not true. my parcel had been delivered to another house and luckily they brought it to me the next day. Yodel is terrible and yodel in black and white wrote that I was lying. Yodel needs closing down and shops need to use other couriers.

Sadly I was severely disappointed by the service and the fashion my resultant complaint was dealt with. The first time it was claimed my parcel was delivered we were definitely in the house with a full view of any deliveries that were supposed to be delivered at the stated time. No bell was rung, nor delivery card left. After noting via Amazon tracking a supposed delivery had been attempted I changed my order details with YODEL (via the automated phone system..no human voice available) to ensure it would be left in the front porch for any future deliveries. Two future deliveries were apparently attempted, but still no card left on both occasions and package NOT left in the porch. There is no availability to actually talk to a human to resolve this problem, which would have hopefully resolved any problems much earlier. My only option was to use YODEL "live chat" option, this took 2 hours in total, with someone who I appreciated it was not their fault, but was obviously following instructions to stick to the party line of feedback, despite my delivery not following the correct delivery protocol (and the first delivery definitely being a "ghost" delivery). Ultimately I was informed that due to YODEL"attempting" 3 deliveries my parcel was being held in a warehouse 20 miles away and would need to be collected in person, despite me not having any transport to do so. Consequently, YODEL need to have a phone help desk whereby you can speak in real time to an actual human to resolve any problems and avoid this kind of frustration.

2 days of waiting in for a delivery that hasn’t arrived. Both times reply apparently drivers Sat nav can’t find a London address and postcode . After giving the correct address on chat and to the original company to pass on. They still say they can’t find this! And are passing the buck. Not had this problem with other delivery companies just yodel

My parcel was dropped off by the seller on 27th July 2023 and (according to YODEL) was at the depot on 30th July 2023 due to be delivered by 2nd August at the latest. I ordering the item well in advance of the event so I had plenty of time to check, wrap and gift the item. The item was not delivered on 1st August 2023 which was disappointing as I had waited in all day for it. The item was then to be delivered on 2nd August 2023 at the latest so at least I only had to wait in for one more day. The item was still not delivered. On 3rd August 2023 & every day up until today, I have been in touch with YODEL regarding this delivery. I have so far been told – • The parcel is 5 stops away • Tomorrow (Friday 4th August) is the latest the parcel will be • We could not delivery the parcel due to ‘access issues’ (no explanation) • The driver ‘did not have the access code’ (no explanation) • The driver ‘attempted delivery’ (no explanation) • The parcel will be delivered today • The driver ‘attempted delivery’ three minutes apart? • We do not condone the behaviour of the delivery driver • The parcel is on its way today at the latest • We can see that the delivery driver has not been anywhere near your home • The parcel has not left the depot at any point during the nine days we held it There is no way that all of these explanations for why I do not have my parcel can all be true and all be true at the same time. I can advise that Evri, Royal Mail & Amazon have had NONE of the issues YODEL claim to have had – very suspicious. It becomes even more suspicious when there is no such thing as an ‘access issue’, or an ‘access code’ and I know there was no attempted deliveries because I was home and this is backed up by CCTV. It seems that YODEL are taking items, holding them, making no attempt to deliver, then returning them to sender. Having checked online, I can see that a huge number of customers seem to have this exact complaint. Allegedly, my parcel is now being returned to sender – I wish YODEL had been as efficient at delivering my item as they have been at returning it. This was an important parcel, I am self employed and have wasted hours of the last nine days tracking this parcel. I am deeply concerned by YODELs conduct, the fact that they literally refused to advise me of the complaints procedure (despite their legal obligation)

No sign of my order two weeks after seller posted it, several web chats later & no further, how on earth can they loose a parcel, surely it’s straightforward enough, I am so disappointed as the item is needed for my Daughter’s wedding, dreadful experience so far!

Says package is delivered(handed to resident). But weve been here all the time and no one has come. Phoned driver multiple times. No answer. Phone Yodel, only automated call that told me my parcel was delivered. Tried webcam. Finally got through to someone who cut me off because apparently I hadn't responded in time. Wasn't even 2 mins. And now I can't get back onto it. Says they're all busy😠
