Absolutely abysmal, terrible, useless company. How are these incompetent cowboys still in business?? Horrendously bad courier.

Not even deserve one star. My parcel didn’t arrive as stated on the tracking status, only after delivery time did a message showed up asking me to contact them to confirm my address. Then they promised to deliver on the next day. Parcel still didn’t arrive, the agent again promised the parcel would arrive the next day. Again the parcel didn’t arrive. I chatted with them again, another promise that the parcel would arrive the next day. Next morning I did receive an email telling me the exact time slot the parcel would arrive. I waited at home during that time slot and suddenly got an email saying the parcel was delivered to an address only saying “unit 2”. But there is no unit 2 in my avenue and no. 2 of our avenue is currently vacant. They said they would investigate, but then they only repeated they delivered the parcel to unit 2. The parcel was missing and I have no choice but to ask for the seller for a refund. The second time is now that I bought something from eBay and the parcel which was sent out on Tuesday was supposed to arrive last Friday or Saturday as shown in the tracking status. Today the parcel is still missing and no idea when or whether it will arrive at all. It is more than a week already.

Parcel arrived - the item had been carefully packaged, and huge 'fragile' labels all over it. The parcel contained a glazed picture. The glass was completely broken. Contacted YODEL and the reply was very courteous, polite and apologetic. They acknowledged that I had had to pay for the picture to be reglazed (costing £65) - as a result of THEIR incompetence. Did they offer to pay? Did they offer a small amount to cover this (bearing in mind, I had to travel with the picture to deliver it to a picture framing service and then collect it a week later; pay for parking etc - so the cost was well above £65)? No, of course they didn't. They just do not care.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Driver stole my gusto parcel! Drove close enough to the address and took an image against the wall of a different house which is very clearly a different number. The order wasnt left at either mine or the picture locationa so it is clear he has tried to cheat the system and made it look like he has delivered but has actually kept my order. Disgraceful service.

Waited all day and guaranted multiple times that my parcel will be delivered only to be told 3 minutes after they STOP delivering that "We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us". WORST SERVICE.

Pathetic company. Worst delivery service. Always issues with deliveries, lies, drivers can't be bothered, company not taking responsibility for delivering to wrong addresses.

I have not received my parcel. The driver left my parcel in random place instead my address. I called several times , chatted with a photos . First time Yodel promised to investigate but after just ignored. It is not first time I had a problem with this company. But before the people who received my parcel brought it to me. Awful company, Awful service

Order should be delivered by Tuesday, 7.30-9pm and the driver should give me call with notification, spent all day at home , reschedule for Wednesday, was waiting all day no parcel arrive no phone calls no txt nothing at !:(

So if you order a package to a selected Yodel shop apparently Yodel actually decide they will deliver it to any Yodel shop including one that is 25 mins away???????

Utter Rubbish took a week to deliver a parcel when im only 75 mins away it spent over 2 days sat at Truro depot then instead of going to Devon it went to a sorting hub again in Hertfordshire .Dont waste your money they are worse than Evri .

The worst so-called delivery company there is. I ordered something from Ebay which stated a guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before a stated time. Unfortunately they didn't say that they would be using Yodel as the method of delivery. I have now been waiting 3 days and have still not received what i ordered. Businesses should be made to state which delivery company they use and then customers can make their own mind up as to whether they wish to place their order. Yodel deserves -5*

Definitely the worse courier company with multiple non deliveries to just me, one customer. Delivery instructions ignored even after confirmation e mail. No photograph of delivery taken. Delivery email reads "parcel was handed to resident" a lie yet a good excuse for non conformation to Yodel's own advertised procedures. THE ANSWER: Do not buy from sellers who use Yodel as couriers. I can start the list with HAYLOFT PLANTS and CJ Jones seed merchants.

What went wrong? Everything. I’m sick and tired of waiting around for Yodel. I work full time, I’m a mum, a pet owner and I have commitments, so when Yodel tell me my parcel will be delivered within a specific timeframe and they simply don’t show up then everyone in my house is affected because I can’t get on and do anything because I’m waiting for the doorbell. Absolute joke. Never ordering anything ever again if Yodel are the delivery company.

Worst service ever. The delivery got re-scheduled number of times without any prior notice. It shows that it will be delivered between 7-9PM for two straight days, but doesn’t arrive. Absolutely sh**ty service.

My item is now FIVE DAYS late, after being cancelled, twice, by the courier. My advice, look at the courier, before ordering. Absolute shambles.

Worst.company.ever. They’ve not delivered when I’ve been here and not bothered to even press the bell!!! Then sending me from pilar to post trying to locate my parcel that I spent my hard earned cash on!!!! Furious!! Disgraceful!!!

Would not recommend to anybody,two days now showing out for delivery,each time at last minute shows driver needs more information on address in these days of sat nav and Google can't believe it,using there system is useless can't speak to a real person,will never buy anything if they are the courier, total useless

Yet again  the Llandudno depot have managed to make parcels disappear. This time they didn't deliver to my chosen store but to 'next closest' which wasn't, but went past 10 other collection shops to be delivered to a store 20 miles away from me. I spent over a week trying to contact about this but the phone system is absolutely useless. I had to take the afternoon off work to make the trip, onlyto find that the store they 'delivered' to doesn't exist - and even better, you can't find it on the yodel website so how they managed that one I don't know! 3 times I've been told it will be redelivered, all lies. Then today I was told its been delivered to my local store now, after I've made the inconvenient trip! And it gets better...turns out that was a lie too, and actually they can't get hold of the store to arrange collection - probably because the shop doesn't exist! I had a very rude customer service person who wouldn't help me and hasn't listened that I want to log a formal complaint. I want compensating for the wasted journey.
