Lies AGAIN about attempting delivery. WHY. cannot understand why anyone uses this company. We are a high street business, but apparently no one was in at 1pm!!!

I can't give a no star raring to Yodel, they are a disgrace I ordered a package on Monday and paid extra for next day delivery The time slot was sent by the driver of 615pm to 815pm I have cctv and doorstep camera At 636pm I received a message to say "sorry we missed you" the driver tried to deliver and I was not in, I was in my front garden from 5pm to 7pm. The parcel was taken back to depot. I contacted "Very" who I bought the item from They said the parcel was scanned twice on the delivery date, once in the morning when it was put on the van, the second time was at 5:50pm on the delivery date, HOW CAN IT BE SCANNED BACK INTO THE DEPOT AT 550PM when the driver was supposed to be at my house delivering it at 636 when he sent the sorry we missed you message. Contacted Yodel complaints department and sent them footage of doorstep at 636 with no driver They insisted the driver tried to deliver The date to deliver was changed to the next day The next day I received an email from Yodel asking for a description of the item as they can not find it in the depot, the delivery date had not changed but parcel at depot 3 days later and a number of emails from Yodel still no parcel and still stuck at the deport (still can't find it) probably in the drivers car boot when it went back to depot To say its a joke is an understatement it's THE WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY EVER, DONT USE THEM

Driver 'unable to find address' despite being 25mins away from Dartford Depot. Large building with own postcode, which receives many deliveries each day. Yet, Yodel cannot locate!

Said parcel was going to be delivered between 17.17 and 19.17. When I got home at 3.30pm, the driver had already ben ad put a card through the door. I contacted the automated Yodel system and was told to choose another slot. I chose the 10th of July. The next thing I know, I am told the driver has the item on the truck and it will be delivered. As my Husband is in hospital, I told him I could not visit him as I was waiting for the parcel. IT DID NOT ARRIVE. YOU ARE A TOTAL DISGRACE

Garbage, waited 9 days for a parcel that should have been here in 3 days, contacted the customer service and he said there was a fire in the hub then proceeded to send me a link of a fire from 2017, absolutely disgusting service, abysmal customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are liars and deceitful and do not care about their customers, I suggest you use any other delivery service than these absolute poor incompetent excuse for a business

The WORST experience in my life The WORST experience in my life. They provide absolutely rubbish service. Please never use them! Save ur money and time. They leave parcels in public areas which may be not safe. They don’t care if u get it or not- taking photos of ur parcel on the floor is proof of delivery for them: will u find it or Not it doesn’t matter for them. There is no help from support team in case you need help finding a parcel or if you did get the parcel that was «delivered»! Please avoid this company!!! Never ever use them.

How customers can use the services of this so called "Courier" service. Is simply beyond me. When normal courier services, such as Hermes, take 48-72hrs to deliver parcels. I have been waiting for over a week now. You go onto the company's webchat. Who, incidentally, are South Africa based. And, whose customer service are a complete joke. This company needs reporting to the Department Of Trade & Industry, forthwith.

The only time I use this awful company is whem there the only option, every single time they say my parcel will arrive on 2 to 3 days, everytime they arrive 2 weeks late, I say on delivery to leave it in the safe place amd put a pic on where to leave it, every driver doesn't do it snd just takes it back to the depot, and that's if they've even bothered to delivery it, 80% of the time it just comes up my parcel has been refused even though at those times I've made sure I'm home and no one has arrived or even knocked on my door, the cluster service you will get no where with, there so clueless they have no idea what's going on and never answer your questions, they just answer your question by not answering it!

I am disgusted with Yodel. I had a delivery that has been in their local depot for 3 days. The event I needed the parcel was today. I tracked the driver from me being at number 73. When I finally got to number 1 the driver said they had been when I have proof from the company the driver was nowhere near the designated drop off. All they say is they will deliver it tomorrow- it’s too late. How they can get away by lying saying they had been when they hadn’t is unforgivable.

Driver allegedly delivered my parcel to my back door! Saw photo where dropped off & that nowhere resembles where I live! To get to my door, he would have to be Spider-Man as I live in an enclosed upstairs property. Rubbish website to try & contact. Avoid yodel at all costs!!!!

I would give 0 out of any number if I could. I have told that my parcel was due today. I check on the Web site and it said it has been at the depot for 3 days. I used the automated phone line that sent me a message to say that it was indeed at the depot. The seller says it has been sent 3 days ago to the depot. I email them after seeing other people's concerns. I have just had a hideous phone call. Apparently it was coming from America. Then it wasn't actually coming from Amaerica but if it had been then there would be a delay like this. But even with the Web site and the auto phone sending me information to say it was at the depot. The person said that it wasn't and tried to blame everyone else. I was just going round in circles for ages on the phone. I guess it is stuck in the Midlands and has either disappeared there or forgotten about. They say it has to get to Leeds. I even with my disabilities could have got it up here in that time. I was made to feel that Leicester was the back of the moon and they only have one old horse and cart to get it moving. Frustration is not the word. They have achieved one thing. That is complete utter failure at delivery and then customer service. Worse than pathetic is best I can say for them.

I ordered a parcel which said it had been delivered and handed to customer. I was in all day and no parcel arrived. I spoke to yodel on webcam and they said they would investigate. Next day I received a text saying that the driver confirmed delivery to proper address and handed to customer. ALL LIES. Luckily for me a young girl came round the same day with my parcel and said it had been delivered to no 58, I am no 46 and it had been left round the back of the house. An old man lives at no 58 and the young lady pops round every so often to check on him and that is when she saw my parcel. It could have been there for days had the young lady not popped over. I hate it when people lie and these drivers are supposed to be offering a service. I rarely complain about things but it enraged me to feel that I was being accused of not telling the truth. Yodel, I suggest you take a closer look at the people you employ and one of the reasons I have written this complaint is that it is impossible to talk to anyone at yodel directly.

Unable to update delivery instructions as website didn't allow and driver just dumped parcel on front doorstep in full view of street and walked off. Seems to be the norm these days. Thankfully suppliers I purchase from now offer alternative courier options and Yodel won't be one of them...

Yodel failed to deliver my parcel even though I had set a date. There were no updates as to why. The live chat function only told me what I already knew that my parcel was late and to wait till 9pm. I have no idea where my parcel is ,when it will be delivered and no communication from them.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Argos. If they don't have it in store it has to come from the warehouse. Via Yodel. I waited in and was tracking the parcel all morning. It was all quiet in my flat so I could hear the intercom. I live in a tower block. The tracking said I was next. I waited then I got a message saying there had been no one in and a card had been left. Nothing but lies! I guess it was too much trouble to get in a lift up to the 10th floor. So the courier just didn't bother. I wasn't going to mess about. I rang Argos and pointed out that thanks to their delivery, or rather non delivery, service, I was cancelling the order, thereby losing them a customer and I would get it from somewhere else. I just don't trust Yodel and don't want to do business with any company that uses them.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a delivery of any kind. No warning of delivery. No possibility to talk to anyone on the phone to reschedule - just some frankly completely useless people on their useless live chat. Just a massive joke really. Steer well clear unless you want to have several days of your life ruined

Expecting a parcel from Debenhams I don’t have a tracking number as they said would email it when it’s out for delivery. Returned home this morning to find a card saying parcel by back door, no time no date and no parcel. Did live chat with Yodel who informed me they can’t help as after giving them the card number it’s the wrong name and address on parcel, the parcel they say they delivered but didn’t and it’s against data protection. Really don’t know why any business uses these jokers
