Awful service, impossible to talk to someone go round and round in circles. They lie about deliveries and as good as say you are lying when you challenge them. The system of tracking is poor and not fit for purpose when it’s hours out of date.

This is the worst delivery company ever i dont understand why any business would use them. I will not buy any product again if they use Yodel. They are a disgrace i paid an extra fee for next day deliver but never got it.

This is beyond any doubt the worst delivery company in the world. They just assume it’s ok to throw packages through a door or drop items and assume the customer will go looking for the package. They don’t consider that delivery is to the address on the packet they just drop anywhere in the vicinity. And don’t care about old and disable people. A vile company vile drivers who in the main cannot read English. Do Not use if you want to maintain any sanity of find your goods

Yodel driver delivered my parcel on the 24th May which came from overseas. Ive had to wait nearly 3 weeks for it. As no one was home, the driver left my package outside my flat in a open amd public space. He has provided proof of leaving my parcel outside aswell as his GPS location. Yodel drivers seem to be confused as they leave parcels anywhere they wish without us customers confirming or asking them to do this. I recieved an email notifying me about my delivery and saw the proof of delivery, when I came home from work my parcel was not there, obviously someone helped themselves to my package. I have contacted Yodel on multiple occasions and they have done nothing about it besides advise me to wait, or contact the store over seas which is also no help. I contacted the driver who does not pick up or respond to the messages. It is now the 14th July and still nothing has been done. YODEL is by far THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I have dealt with. I now know to avoid them and would highly recomment you not to use them. I would have scored them a 0 if the option was available. Their customer support service is disgraceful and the delivery drivers are unprofessional, useless and complete mugs.

I thought evri was bad but yodel far exceeds them, poor communication, slow delivery and parcels dumped at bottom of 3 storey flats with no notice of delivery

I actually rate it zero stars. The track my parcel is a joke, it kept saying out for delivery that never arrived on multiple days that they said it would. I even had a message saying that sorry they missed me ! They never attempted to deliver it as I had been waiting continuously for it to arrive. Eventually I have received my parcel. This company needs a shake up it’s really bad customer service and the parcel tracker is useless also the number they give you to call your local courier is an invalid number. I will never order anything that uses yodel as their carrier service as it’s certainly a 0/10

I ordered flowers over a week ago for my mothers 80th birthday and Yodel failed to deliver today stating that they couldn’t find my address. Hmmm in an age of sat navs and telephones. Load of rubbish excuse as per usual from Yodel. I went on their so called customer service web chat and was finally given a phone number for the driver which went unanswered even by text. Customer service manager Adam Gupta from India finally telephoned me after much insistence on my part and said he would follow up with the depot in the UK. Amateur Hour at Yodel.

They don't give a time slot like Evri and don't update you, so expect you to wait in all day for something that probably won't turn up anyway. Went out for half hour and lo and behold missed parcel. I rearranged for the next day, no show, then the day after, no show again. My daughter who was also involved had a very rude online chat with someone in a foreign call centre who wanted to know what she'd ordered and size and colour of each item! My online chat was someone who assured me their tracking had not updated properly and it would come by 9pm.. definitely. This knowing that at 9pm they will have all gone home. Did it turn up? Did it hell. They just tell you what you want to hear. Absolutely the WORST delivery company by a country mile!!!

Why do companies still use yodel for delivery to customers,they are terrible . They have lost items that cannot be replaced … any company using yodel will get my custom .

HASSLE, DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM HASSLE, DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM. Yodel provides contact for the delivery driver. After my package was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted MARCIN who just blocked my number.

Delivery was supposed to be 8th July, nothing arrived. Tracking says it's still out for delivery, but apparently they don't work Sundays. Would be nice if they updated the tracking system, so we know what's going on

Yodel is probably the worse courier company. Not only do they always deliver parcels late, they often deliver them to the wrong address. Companies should never use Yodel as their courier unless they are looking for very dissatisfied customers.

Absolutely useless company. Their site provides false information on tracking. There was no number to contact the driver. And then their 'chat' option to talk to a person is never ever ever ever answered... why have it at all? Zero stars... The worst delivery company I have ever experienced. Stay away.

Very disappointed! Me parcel looks delivered but didn’t receive, I contacted them to ask at what number door it was delivered because is not on my door and the answer it was that they don’t now a number door but it is around my! Shame!

I have been checking your tracking system for a parcel which you advised would be delivered 08/07/2023. Checked evening of 06/07 and advised 08/07. attempted dely of item 07/07 with no notice. WHAT A SHOWER

I can't give a no star raring to Yodel, they are a disgrace I ordered a package on Monday and paid extra for next day delivery The time slot was sent by the driver of 615pm to 815pm I have cctv and doorstep camera At 636pm I received a message to say "sorry we missed you" the driver tried to deliver and I was not in, I was in my front garden from 5pm to 7pm. The parcel was taken back to depot. I contacted "Very" who I bought the item from They said the parcel was scanned twice on the delivery date, once in the morning when it was put on the van, the second time was at 5:50pm on the delivery date, HOW CAN IT BE SCANNED BACK INTO THE DEPOT AT 550PM when the driver was supposed to be at my house delivering it at 636 when he sent the sorry we missed you message. Contacted Yodel complaints department and sent them footage of doorstep at 636 with no driver They insisted the driver tried to deliver The date to deliver was changed to the next day The next day I received an email from Yodel asking for a description of the item as they can not find it in the depot, the delivery date had not changed but parcel at depot 3 days later and a number of emails from Yodel still no parcel and still stuck at the deport (still can't find it) probably in the drivers car boot when it went back to depot To say its a joke is an understatement it's THE WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY EVER, DONT USE THEM
