After a failed delivery on first attempt they Ignored alternate delivery instructions for next two attempts that would have ensured success. On complaining they reluctantly accepted fault and I was then told that exceptionally they would attempt delivery a fourth time and that a manager would call me. Neither happened and I am very sure that I was being lied to by the call handler. Further complaints were then ignored and they refused to accept that the fourth delivery had been promised despite me sending transcripts of the web chat. I will make all efforts to avoid ever having to use them again and I would advise others to do the same.

Fraudulent. The greedy ***** keep stringing me along, and you can't even contact their useless "customer service" outside of hours. The "chat" feature connects you to apathetic and unhelpful semi-literate people. The lazy cretins have not even attempted to deliver my package after nearly 2 weeks, 3 times lying about the delivery date, and now I contacted my bank, I am told my package does not exist. I wonder which Yodel "staff member" will be stealing my package this time. Never use Yodel! Oh, and to add insult to injury, they told me I would have to wait from 8am to 9pm for delivery, despite telling them a safe place to put my large item they never bothered to deliver. This company should be prosecuted.

Driver said they delivered my parcel but obviously it was lies. They buzzed and never got a reply and left it outside for any tom disk or Harry to take. Dishonest company avoid at all costs.....

This company is consistently diabolical and unhelpful, claiming to not be able to find our property when both they and others have regularly found it. They are now doing nothing to help other than insisting we drive a round trip of 50 miles to collect in a ludicrously small window on a Saturday. I recommend never ordering anything that involves a Yodel delivery. They are not to be trusted and cannot be contacted other than via a very flaky APP.

yet again we had no choice in delivery company and got stuck with Yodel. This time it was books sent out by the open University for a course that they have lost. clamour they have been delivered only not to our house. we have security cameras and a ring doorbell so can prove it they haven't been delivered here. our neighbours have also checked their security footage and no delivery was made on our small 10 house street. they have investigated and the driver insists he got it to the right address but they themselves confirmed the drivers GPS doesn't place him even close to our home address. yet still they say the driver is right and the books were delivered to the right place. have even checked the delivery address with both Yodel and open University and they were no errors. this service is beyond a ridiculous and as a result has actually affected someone's education as they now don't have the required books and the course began today. no help offered and online chat gets cut off by the customers service reps. no response to emails and not answering phones. just a recorded message to go through online chats. so what do we do now?

I have really bad experience with yodel i got message ur parcel is waiting i took the break from my work and went to the petson shop in bradford on the counter they says show the barcode i said i don't know about barcode i got the message ur parcel is waiting he said driver is not came yet. Very annoyed šŸ˜’ i highly says don't use yodel service very bad waste of time and parcel got late as well

Appalling. My parcel was simply dumped ā€œfurther up the roadā€ according to the kind person who picked it up and brought it to my door. This is the second time that Yodel simply dumped my parcel, on the first occasion it was handed to a total stranger who was kind enough (and honest) enough to track me down and give it to me. Both times my address and postcode were clearly marked. Yodel deserves no stars at all and in future I shall not order from any company that uses Yodel.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Yodel, as my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. Regrettably, they delivered my parcel to an incorrect address, resulting in its loss. Shockingly, when I contacted them regarding the issue, they adamantly claimed that they had fulfilled their responsibilities and refused to provide a refund for the lost parcel. Moreover, when I expressed my desire to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that the supervisor was currently unavailable. I strongly advise against utilizing Yodel's services, as it is evident that they prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction. During my interaction with their representative, I was astounded to hear that delivering parcels to incorrect addresses is considered normal for them, and they absolve themselves of any responsibility for such occurrences. Engaging with this company will only lead to financial loss and frustration

BOYCOTTING THIS COMPANY. I have banned any deliveries to my address from this company cancelled an order today because I realised these jokers were delivering…. All because they have a thieving courier and when you call them about it they don’t want to know and put the phone down on you! Remember yodel Hill Crest View BD13!!!! Stolen not 1 but 2 of my neighbours mobile phones. The first one just disappeared then the second (you’d have though very wouldn’t send it with yodel again but they FK DID!!!) he came straight to a neighbours house with a tampered package with an empty phone box….. why didn’t you try to delivery the the delivery address on the box instead of going straight to a neighbour????? And why did you come bk to take another photo dear ????? Because the first one you could see the sellotape at the back. So it looked like the neighbour did it …. I wonder. Leave parcels thrown in front garden in bad weather don’t even try and conceal the parcel. Taking advantage of my vulnerable neighbours I have advised her last night to report you and your dodgy courier to the police…. And that’s what she’s done.I’ll happily take a lie detector to prove I didn’t take my neighbours parcel would your courier do the same???? your not going to hear the last of this Yodel you really aren’t …….

There should be a zeroā˜† option. My parcel from Italy was tracked and for 3 days was "out for delivery" but it never arrived. It is totally impossible to speak to anyone at Yodel and I was eventually told that as the delivery driver hadn't been able to get access to our property (we have a Ring doorbell so not true) I would now have to go to the depot 25 miles away the following week during working hours to collect my parcel and take the card that the driver never left because they never tried to deliver it. I then got phone calls from the depot on the Monday and Tuesday saying the parcel had still not arrived at the depot, then on the Wednesday I was called again to tell me that my parcel was now officially classed as "lost in post" and they would inform the seller. They haven't done this, and have said they can't send me an email to confirm this. Now they are claiming that the parcel is logged as "returned to sender". So they're now saying that they found my lost parcel and decided that rather than deliver it to my house 25 miles away, the much easier and cheaper option was to send it back to Italy. The most frustrating thing is that I didn't choose to use YODEL and probably will have their incompetent services forced upon me again in the future unless more in hope than expectation, sellers stop using this cowboy outfit.

Useless courier. Driver could not be bothered to use google map or a satnav to find the address. Waiting all afternoon but no show or no telephone call. Avoid using this company if you can šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž

8 days waiting, no delivery. No answers from yodel. Impossible to speak to a human. Worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. Lied to about attempted deliveries when driver isn’t even anyway near delivery address. Lied to about why my parcel hasn’t left depot. Webchat are less than useless, just tell you to track it on their website, even though tracking hasn’t been updated for 2 days. I will avoid ordering from companies that use yodel from now on.

Driver has 'failed' to deliver my item 3 times in a row even though I was home the whole time. The 3rd time, the driver rang the bell and didn't even bother to wait for me to come down and was gone before I even reached the door (all within less than a minute) and then claimed they left a calling card. ?? This is by far the worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Packages have not be collected in my area for over 4 days. I went to 3 different stores including the next town over. I refused to take my package as they had no space and now there is a huge backlog. An I haves to mess around change listings and refund. This is a disgrace!! Pay and look after your workers and then maybe you can retain staff and fulfill the promise made by the company.

Yodel had just one job to do How do they do it so wrong Time after time? We stayed in all day today and they didn’t show up Now they say it’s tomorrow Do I have to stay in all day again just in case they show up? Total incompetence.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Absolute headache to deal with, ordered express delivery and delivery driver didn’t nock, ring door bell, or leave a note, i doubt they even came at all because I was checking the tracking obsessively and suddenly after refreshing i had supposedly missed the driver. Web chat is absolutely useless, just directs you to tracking page and can’t even call complaint line as it just tells you where the package is. Money wasted on them, still haven’t got my package. Do not use for reliable service.

Totally unreliable 3rd rate courier service. The so called tracking show a map with the supposed driver, telling you how many stops until your delivery arrives, this is the most hilarious thing I’ve ever seen!!!! Companies that use Yodel to deliver peoples paid for items are disrespectful and don’t deserve to be used. Dreadful company.

Totally incompetent, very poor customer service and absolutely useless. Delivered mu order to the wrong address and was able to get it back after 2 months, no one was able to help and no apologies at all. Pleade avoid if you can.
