Used yodel again they have had my parcel now for 5 days waited all day yesterday and all day today now they are saying it will be tomorrow because van has broken down I cannot give a agood review for yodel I can only say I will never use them again

Unwilling to help in anyway. Said they tried to deliver and left a card, there was no card. Their hours to collect from depot are not good enough, most people work between the hours there open. Why should we have to take time off work to collect a parcel you should've delivered in the first place

It would take all day to list the endless bad experiences with this company. They were Hermes, the worst delivery company on Earth. They re-badged and re-branded and now they are Yodel.... The worst delivery company on Earth. For the good of all customers worldwide, STOP using these morons. P.S. I retract the single star I was forced to give.

As with most of the other reviews, Yodel is terrible. I saw the driver outside my property, it was raining, he didn't get out of the van, didn't leave a card, but the app updated immediately claiming he had. Now I am waiting again. Customer service do nothing.

PLEASE NEVER USE YODEL PEOPLE!!! Every second item is broken out of my 17 items sent in the past month and I think they do it deliberately. Their Customer Service is useless. Not possible to get compensation even for the insured parcels. It takes them 7-9 days to deliver to the nearest Shire. They push medium-sized items through the letter box and break them (bamboo coffee mugs). Double boxes and extra padding nothing helps. Please boycott this horrible service and you will save your money!

Waiting for my parcel its been in my local depot since 5am fri 13th meant to be delivered today but wont hold my breath until it arrives ridiculous service sender not happy too !

Absolutely shocking customer service , I made it clear if I wasn’t at home to leave my parcel with my neighbour in a safe place this was totally not taken into consideration and my parcel was dumped outside my house on show which has been stolen, I’ve contacted them numerous of times in regards to this and wanting a refund and I’m getting ignored, this is over a week later.

Rubbish! I changed delivery date, instead of delivering on my requested date, they ‘apparently’ sent it back to the sender- hmm probably stole it. Live chat doesn’t even work! If a company is using yodal as their courier service, avoid that company. Can’t believe Evri is actually better

Item not delivered. Checked tracking which stated driver couldn’t find my address. Contact number for driver had a digit missing so unable to call him. Can’t get hold of yodel regarding the item, so now an expensive purchase has gone missing. If I had known that yodel was the courier for my order, I would it have purchased it as they are absolutely useless.

Why do companies use Yodel! One job, deliver parcels.....can't even do that! Over a week waiting for a deliver which was 1-3 days delivery. Chat bot, your parcel cleared customs on the 6th October, we're awaiting it at our depot!....it's now the 12th! You've clearly lost it in the warehouse!! USELESS!

Terrible! They fail to deliver twice even when I’m standing outside the building and checking tracking. No such thing as customer service. Possibly the worst delivery company in existence. Avoid!

Yet again a supplier on Amazon has sent me an item by Yodel. Yet again Yodel have lost it. Same old story, delivery has been delayed (we have lost it), it should be with you in the next few days ( you stand no chance), you can apply for a refund ( we don't care, it's the supplier's problem). Such a poor service

Shocking service, I am waiting for a parcel which is now a week overdue. I have also sent a parcel to a customer of mine and that is also a week overdue. Both parcels seem to be stuck at a depot nowhere near the addresses used. I'll be going back to using Evri.

Terrible! Unreliable, NO Customer service, just a stupid Chatbot that makes convenient lies. Tell you they attempted delivery, but the parcel never left the depot. They charge extra for next day delivery, but do not deliver it. I'll never use them again.

The pits. Ignored my instructions to deliver to neighbour, resheduled, stayed in all the specified day, no delivery, their phone system useless. On line chat tells me they have lost it and need to search at the depot, will update me in 48 hours ( sure they will!) I hate them.

Out for delivery on 6th of October 5am the base is only 40 miles away. It's now 9th still not delivered this delivery service is run by cowboys. God know why people use them.. I don't know why they supply a tracking service it totally feckin useless and when you phone up they stick their head up their ass and play dumb... Well you get what you pay for.. cheap postal service .. if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. There must be baboon in management and in the call centre. Shame for the people waiting on a parcel.. and your lucky if it's delivered to the correct house. My advice if your thinking about using this service. DONT Spend the extra pound and use post office.

I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered. It was apparently left in the porch even though we were home. It wasn't there so I contacted them to be told the office was closed till Monday. I contacted them today 9th October 2023 to be told that it was delivered to the correct place and sent me a photo. It was not my porch so I sent a photo back. I was then told to knock at my neighbours to see if they had it!! Why when it was apparently delivered correctly!! They then told me to contact the supplier there was nothing more they could do!! They then shut the chat down. I luckily have honest people in my area as tonight when they got back from holiday they brought it round to us. Absolutely useless yodel. No customer service at all and the drivers obviously can't read addresses

Absolutely shocking experience please see picture of their so called tracking, similar issues to others below, my advice do not use! Supposed to be next day delivery, 5 days later still no further forward, parcel not arrived.

If you want to receive your parcel do not use this company, they are an absolute disgrace. Claimed they have delivered mine and 100% have not, sent a "proof of delivery "photo from a place that is nothing like my delivery address. I asked 5 times to see a proof of delivery signature but they just ignored the request, why something to hide Yodel! They lie to you on live chat, I was promised an email update at least twice but surprise nothing. I don't believe my parcel had even been attempted to be delivered, has been stolen. Worst company I have ever known and will never ever buy from a company which uses them as a 'courier ' Wish I could give them a minus rating....absolute trash company Oh don't bother to email their trustpilot email address as they ignore it. Hope they get shut down.
