Terrible company with a shocking attitude. They delivered my parcel to a house 1/4 mole away. When I said I hadn't received it they said the computer confirms our driver was at your address and treated me as if I was trying to get something for nothing. The parcel eventually found me and they still didn't accept responsibility. A sign was put clearly in the shed at the wrong address that you couldn't miss, yesterday they delivered there again!!!! Will not order from any company that uses Yodel

Wow shocking sold something on vinted took it to the parcel shop was told it was collected, then arrived at sort facility and then in transit. Been 9 days since the 'in transit' update contacted yodel to ask for an update and was told the parcel wasn't at the parcel shop for them to collect 10 days ago. Who's lying 🤣🤣🤣 they honestly never surprise me.

The tracking on Amazon said Yodel delivered today 4 30 pm. It now only 3 pm can they travel into the future to make deliveries. Still no image as promised

Totally unreliable previous parcels have been left in rain and ruined so with this delivery once message sent to say parcel out for delivery 15th November between 17.18 and 19.18 I stayed at home no parcel received yet email was sent by yodel at 22.17 to say parcel delivered at 21.15 Following day message to say parcel out for delivery 14.27 to 16.27 no delivery received, 2 days wasted still no parcel

They have been delivering the parcel for 6 days now and they cannot deliver it.... After 4 days, when the status of the parcel did not change, I wrote to the Yodel staff how long it would take for them to deliver my parcel and I was assured that it would definitely be delivered the next day. the next day I was assured that the parcel had left and the courier was on its way to the recipient and to give them a moment because this shipment was their priority. On the 6th day, it turned out that the parcel was still in the warehouse, the staff who assured me that the parcel was on the courier's lap did not have access to the location of the parcel and they did not know where it was. and priorities are set 48 hours in advance, so the assurance that the parcel is priority is also a lie, and the delay is caused by the courier, trying to pick up the parcel from their own point, arriving after closing hours. I checked it on tracking and it's correct, the courier tried to pick up the parcel at 7 p.m. in a store open until 4 p.m. but it's still a day of loss out of the 6 they need and I don't know if it will take longer because the package is still in their warehouse. I totally advise against using their services because they do it very poorly and lie to avoid the problem.

Totally rubbish, they don't ever deliver to the right address and when you live at an obvious address it beggars belief. Well done Yodel your useless.......

so why when I order a service there is no information that the shipment is too big for the collection point?? why mislead people if no one will accept it anyway? if it provides sizes and weights, this function should not be available!! because the package is too big!! this is usually a scam! I will describe you everywhere..very very bad Di not used them

5days to get parcel from local office to my address. Left clear instructions for driver but he/she decides not to follow and leaves my parcel on a main rd. Parcel stolen now and yodel can't help,utter useless company full of lying drivers and useless customer services. Can't even talk to a human. Will never use yodel again.

Placed an order on eBay, received an email at 9.50 this morning saying it was out for delivery. Waited until 5pm then used the app, went to live chat and was told the same thing as the email. It's now 10.20pm and still no delivery. Absolutely useless.

Don't deliver on day I asked for driver couldn't find my address spoke to live chat and was like pulling teeth said I had to travel out of my way to collect from the depot

Yodel, seem to ship to small independent shops that refuse to even try to find your parcel. Screaming about a barcode when you have just been provided with a tracking code. I contacted customer services via LIVE CHAT who was NO help at all and just gave me another code Sunstar store in Winsford refused to enter. It seems to be idiots employing idiots and not capable of doing a job.

I paid for a two day delivery, dispatched Tuesday now five days no parcel. Said it would arrive today. Saturday. So stayed in. All day. Nothing. Shut on Sunday. So will see if it arrives on Monday. That is awful. It's currently sitting in the van since Friday evening. Tracking tells me.

Waste of a time company, my parcel has just been sat in their depot for days haven't even tried to send it for delivery, as for customer service, that's another waste of time. In short if you order something online ask who they use to deliver if its these get it from somebody else.

Would never deal with a company that uses yodel. Spent over 2 hours trying to change an address. Webchat is a waste of time they don't know what they are doing. Telephone is also a problem because you don't get to talk to a real person. In the end never got my package which was need for an graduation party and had to rush out to buy another gift. Never ever again and I tell all friends and family don't deal with any company that uses yodel.

Ordered an expensive item from a seller about a week ago, and they've decided to use Yodel, big mistake. Last Monday on the app they said it will be delivered to me. Nothing came, got told it will be with me on Tuesday, nothing came ect. I went on the site and talked to several employees by live chat and kept being told its at the depot and it will be delivered, Nothing came once again. I went back on chat and I was told the parcel is missing, missing?Yeah missing, it wasn't even scanned, so god knows where that it is or what member of staff has taking it. It doesn't stop there, they make me get in contact with the seller-company instead of them doing it. Now the seller has launched an investigation to find out where my parcel is. Absolutely awful service and company, I'm surprised they haven't been bankrupt yet. To all buyers and sellers please avoid using Yodel. A group of 5 year olds could run and manage that company better then what the current staff do. I don't even want a refund i want what I worked hard for

Parcel was not delivered. Reason given was that there was no-one to accept delivery. Untrue! Delivery driver attempted delivery at totally random address, which was confirmed by Yodel after checking their driver tracking. Was told very sorry but nothing they can do and parcel has been returned to sender now. DISGRACEFUL service.

This company is a joke, unprofessional, liars and unreliable. Stay away!! Is just full of headache and lost time trying to figure out where your parcel is. This company is the definition of incompetency. Next day: On top of that, phone beeing close just because they're beeing asked to repeat what they said. 👏

If you use Ebay ignore Ebay recommendation that Packlink is premier company to send your parcels it certainly is not. Ebay show on all their pages how Packlink have a better service than Royal Mail they dont. Packlink & Ebay are no cheaper they lose more deliveries than Royal Mail in fact i never have issues with R/M. Plus Packlink are difficult to deal with and Ebay will not help you they will only suggest Resolver. All worthless.

Dreadful couriers just dump parcels in lane no attempt to deliver to door. Latest one couldn’t find house despite postcode and what three word reference. Refuse to deal with suppliers who state they use Yodel unfortunately they often don’t specify.
