Your delivery people are lazy and don't even deliver the items customers pay a lot of money for. Reporting that the item has been delivered when it never was is deceitful and a very bad business practice. These people should be sacked before your company losses all creditablity that it still has. JJD0002247735455301 PARCEL NUMBER POST Code TN161PR I request the item or full refund.

My parcel was due for delivery between 10:47am & 12:47pm today. I was tracking this delivery and when the driver was 1 stop away the message changed to "at the depot". I opened a web chat to be told that the driver attempted to deliver my parcel which was untrue. Apparently they had no way to contact the driver (who would still be less than a mile away at this point) to ask them to redeliver and that I would need to take another day off for them to 'reattempt' tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened with Yodel, the delivery service and also customer service is often very poor! I may also add that this is a large item and therefore can not be left in a safe place etc as needs to be signed for.

Received a photo of package on my doorstep and time of delivery. Returned home and parcel had vanished. Live in a gated community with CCtV so was able to check time of delivery - no delivery at the time stated. Contacted Yodel who said my tracking number was incorrect - I stated that it wasn’t as they had apparently delivered the parcel and the photo was the end result of that tracking number. I was told to contact seller for correct tracking. I did and it was correct. Contacted Yodel again who said they would look in to it. Day after supposed delivery a Yodel driver turns up with said package and hands it to me, takes a snap and legs it! All very suspect. All I can think is driver photographed parcel on my step and then took it away with him - doesn’t seem right! No card to say attempted delivery and not left with neighbours who were in.

Consistently useless! Not the first time, a problem everytime guaranteed. Marked as delivered as I tracked driver at home, no delivery, no idea where it went, delivery photo (attached) is a blurry mess. Apparently the driver has lied and insisted the parcel was delivered, despite me being at home the whole day. Incompetent company, zero customer support, do not use. Any business using them for delivery will be avoided by me.

Yet another delivery from Yodel. Pity its not for me, not even my postcode. They are welcome to collect it, but I'm not delivering it on their behalf, that's what they are paid to do.

Seems all very familiar reading other complaints on here. Waited 3 times for delivery, each time given new delivery dates....twice at midday suddenly appeared on app driver is delayed & then nothing. Did a webchat, very helpful at saying all the right things, but again still waiting for my parcel. First experience at such a shoddy experience & now wait from the seller to see if they can help further escalate this for me.

My large item from Debenhams didn’t arrive, tracking said problem with my address and to use live chat. I did this and verified my address…still no delivery three days later. Phoned Yodel and it’s was an automated service with no option for my problem, no human to speak to, just an email service. I never expected Debenhams to use this atrocious company, so now a long haul ahead to get my money back…Just be aware that Debenhams use this courier and if you run into a problem there is no human contact available. I’m done with Debenhams now for this reason.

An utter disgrace. I now check everything i order for delivery and if its yodel ill order elsewhere. Theyve apparently been trying to deliver for 3 days, even tho ive been in, just checked security footage at front door and lo and behold no attempted deliveries.

3 times I’ve had parcels sent to me via Yodel. 3 times they fail to deliver. Claim the address is not available but Royal Mail seem to find it with no problems. It’s not just the terrible service but the lies they tell to cover up that bad service. Just do NOT send anything via Yodel

That sinking feeling you get when you come home to a Yodel card. Your in for long haul now. Forget about your package, they are keeping it. Forget about a refund, they know nothing. Small claims court if it's worth it otherwise write it off and move on.

I did not receive my package, even after a week. Yodel's customer service could not even locate it even after it had been 'delivered'. Very poor all around.

Don't use this company, they only care about the money, don't care about your parcel. I am very disappointed and shocked with the service that has been provided by the YODEL. I was expecting a parcel from virgin media, however I had to go out therefore nobody was at home, so the driver instead of taking the parcel back, he left it outside of my house in a heavy rain, I didn't get home till late. When I got home, saw the parcel in front of door, water went inside the parcel as it has been outside for 5hours.The parcel contained the Internet router inside, which has been damaged and not working anymore due to the driver stupidity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely terrible service: I will never order anything delivered by them again. They lied about trying to deliver my parcel repeatedly, claimed to have tried three times and left a card, but there was no card. I spoke to the alleged human on the customer service chat and was told they would redeliver the next day. I waited in all day for nothing. They repeated this nonsense twice more before telling me on my fourth chat with a bot that they couldn't redeliver at all. It's impossible to speak to an actual person or to get a straight answer on anything, but if you want to sit on a chat for over an hour while being lied to by a robot, this is definitely the company for you. I've put in a complaint with them but they don't seem in any hurry to address it, funnily enough.

We are forever being given other people's stuff. We now refuse to order from any company that uses Yodel for deliveries. We are not prepared to redeliver parcels for you...they will go in the bin from now on.

Once again shocking service expecting delivery Saturday driver says could not find us he was out side number one and unable to find number twenty four which if he had looked to his right he would have seen my property ,yodel then said will deliver Monday no attempt made so they will deliver Tuesday see driver delivering to number 27 no he has not got my parcel 15.30 check tracking parcel sent back to seller. Thanks yodel you are without doubt the worst delivery company ever because you never rectify your mistakes.
