“Had knock on door with delivery of one parcel. Received an email saying 2 parcels had been delivered. Contacted on Live Chat and said they would check and I would receive an email within 24 hours. No email, contacted again after 24 hours and they said driver had delivered. Interesting that I received an email confirming delivery of the the first package within minutes and then an email for the second one 4 hours later. No help at all.”
“Dire service. Ordered a next day delivery from Argos. It didn’t arrive. Got message saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver and that I would receive the parcel the following day and that I would have an email with a tracking number. No no email and no delivery! Telephones Argos and they could see it was with Yodel but Yodel hadn’t updated the system. Argos have no idea where the parcel is and is now having to investigate further to establish where it is and when I’m likely to expect delivery.”

“I was in the front room not more than 5 steps away from the front door. Got a email saying they attempted to deliver. Website doesn't help with contacting at all. Always have problem with parcels coming from Yodel. Don't understand how this company has lasted as long as it has.”

I live in a block of flats yodel have used false tracking to say they have attended my address and no one was at home, there is a communal letter box right by the front door (you cannot miss them) I have been shielding since last march and barely been out my door.
Their tracking system shows that i was carded and no one was home, when no card was left either.
I have reported them to action fraud as i suspect courier theft / fraud as due to social distancing the small item i ordered would have been left in my mail box, i would not have been carded any way.
I notified the vendor who has tried to play daft, so have reported them as well, as involved in the fraud, they are delaying repayment as long as possible and no responding to email and requests for a refund, as well as pretending to be daft in the one reply they did give.
This is clearly some kind of a scam exposed by covid-19 social distancing and has been reported as such.”
“If i could give the delivery company 0 stars i would! My parcel was out for delivery, as it got near to me i watched out the window for the delivery van as I've had previous probelms with delivery! As the van pulled up, insaw him get out amd go in to the back of the van, he then came out got back in to the front and drove off! No attempt to deliver at all! They always say they will get it sent out again and the same thing happens! Yodel must employ careless person! Its just not ok!”
“Awful. Said no one was home during a pandemic. Needed the delivery as it was a specialist car chair for my daughter to go to a her god mother's funeral. I have delt with them three times and its been more stress than I can care for. Shockingly bad. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.”
“Had an email to say my parcel was delivered in my front porch- I do not have a porch..I then complain as my item is nowhere to be seen and I have been in all day so the driver comes out the next day to say he handed it to a lady at the wrong house number..turns out this house has been empty since before Christmas yet he still stands there and try’s to say he handed it over to an imaginary person living in an empty house..I have heard it all, total liar of a driver who has blatantly had a neb and saw it was a Nintendo switch..still not resolved, that’s my sons birthday ruined. “Absolute horrendous experience. I am waiting for my parcel since Monday and it says it's out for delivery and then says 'sorry we couldn't find you'. Then I speak to their online team and they arrange for re-delivery the next day and the same thing happens again. its has been done 4 times. The online team is totally useless. Still waiting for my parcel and have no idea where it is. Absolute Nightmare !!!!”
“I had a package delivered that was empty.
The box was handed over to me by the driver. (no social distancing) in such a way that it appear that the seal was in tact. Unfortunately it was not and the item purchased was not in the box.
I tried to raise issue through complaints process three times but each time the communications process came to a quick halt.
Will never use again if I am aware of which suppliers use them. (Ebuyer.com in this case).
Please make sure you check the contents immediately if you get something delivered by these folk.”
“Saying order delivered, it wasn’t! I was home all day (funnily enough during lockdown) no calling card, nothing and no one will help me apart from saying it was signed for by someone called Gill (not my name, husbands name or any neighbours names) they just keep saying it has been delivered to my address. Asked for photograph evidence of it (all other companies are doing this at the moment) but they don’t have this facility!!”
