Got an email at 1930 to tell me my parcel had been delivered at 2115 been here all day no one has been near the house. contacted customer services and they tell me the parcel was delivered at 1430. Went on live chat lets see if they resolve my complaint.

2ND time these cowboys delivered a gift broken into pieces. NEVER AGAIN . Advice use another courier. Yodel must play catch with our boxes. try getting compensated you won't get anywhere just more stress

I've been waiting for my parcel all day. I kept track on it on the website and it informed me that the driver was in the area 5 minutes away approximately. I was keeping a look out and listening out for a knock on my door but nothing. I eventually got a message from the driver saying "I tried to deliver the parcel and left a card through your door, I will try again tomorrow " What the hell...i am so angry, he obviously lied and didn't do any of what he said and now I'm left with no parcel. Shocking!!! Lazy and deceitful. Be warned to not get your parcels when expected people! don't get excited and rely on getting it like I did. Really disappointing!

Yet again the old ploy of a person not being at home used by Yodel driver because he cannot be bothered to deliver. Did not ring our buzzer. Just left a missed delivery card. Chat support was likewise useless. Johnny Mall Never answered any of my questions. Deflecting them or just not able to understand me. Probably sticking to a standard script and doing a recitation from a third world country. Totally clueless. Not a very reliable company to use when one is awaiting or dispatching important items. Dpd is still number 1 in my book. Drivers are always reliable

Harible service, trying to change my adress planty of times on website not allowing me ,contact costumer services they was not able to do it the explanation was the parcel is on the way for two days , just give up not use this service very bad experience with Yodel .

Claimed they tried to deliver 3 times and left cards. Not one card received, and I was in all day. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Paid for next day delivery, merchant fulfilled its duty by dispatching it next day, yodel constant lies about when parcel is going to be delivered.

The first time Yodel tried to deliver my parcel. by the time I'd gotten to the foyer of my flats the driver had gone. Second delivery attempt today I was supposedly next in the LINE for delivery according to the tracking that was 2 and a half hours ago since then the driver who by the way pulled up outside before deciding not to deliver TO ME has been busy delivering everyone else's parcels.

Never had a problem with ASOS deliveries, but for my last order they've used Yodel. Yodel says they have delivered my parcel; they haven't. They have given a false description of my address to 'prove' they delivered it, and now both ASOS and Yodel are just telling me to 'double check' I don't have the parcel. I've now had to raise it as a dispute with the bank to get my money back. ASOS, if you're reading this, DROP YODEL! Why, why, why, are you using them? They clearly don't deliver parcels to the correct address and I don't know how many customers you have to hear this from before boycotting them.

Critical delivery expected today, paid an awful lot extra for next day delivery and it hasn't even left sorting centre, why does this company even exist? Con through and through! Even hermes are more reliable than these jokers!

Shocking! No card delivered through the door but I have been told its been delivered to 4 separate addresses. How? Have you separated my parcels into 4 pieces? Shocking customer service, half of them can't speak a word of English and just read off a sheet. Where the hell is my parcel?

Item never arrived. Helpline either knew nothing or were happy to tell any lie to close the chat. The customer chat line advise that they do not have a complaints dept. and there is no way to escalate the complaint. To the best of my knowledge they have decided to keep the item which in my book is theft. I would advise everyone to boycott Yodel and buy from providers who use a professional service.

what went wrong, is that I tracked my parcel all afternoon, it was getting near closing time (business premises) as my turn came - Then status was changed to unable to deliver as could not access property - they did not even come to premises or try to deliver - now I have to wait at least 3 days to get my parcel - avoid avoid avoid

yodel are the worst...lack of communication asked to pick said parcel up they said yes ,gave me there address at alfreton which took me 40 min,when i get there they said it had been put on the van...what a load of incompetent people...never use again. Bunch of liars.

Three days unsuccessful days fo trying to get my parcel from you. Day one - told me it had been delivered and spent hours door knocking and snooping at other addresses... Day two then told it was due for delivery again and they somehow missed me even though I was standing at the front gate waiting. .. Day three same again. No one will actually help. You get a hollow apology from a scripted chat each time. Worst delivery service out there by a long shot.

If your parcel is being delivered by them, you better start praying you get it and that the driver doesn't also try to fraudulently impersonate you to state its signed. As everyone below if I could rate them 0 stars I would, thankfully I was a lucky one and I received my parcel. Tracked and signed shipping, item was fairly fragile and expensive. Came home from work to find it had been posted through the letter box and the bag looked like it had been stood on by muddy boots. After requesting to see who signed for it. the signature I was sent as a proof of delivery was not mine but instead the delivery driver had guessed what my signature would look like and claimed that I was infact home and I signed for it. Had to speak to web chat and send them a copy of my signature with proof, when asking why this happened I was told it was the standard procedure if the driver believes someone is home. So why not knock?? This turned into more of a rant than a review TL:DR if you are a supplier who deals with this company STOP NOW for yours and your customers sake.

Whenever ASOS sends my order with Yodel they're either delivered late or they lose the parcel. It's crazy that this mail company does such a bad job and they still exist?! ASOS please stop working with Yodel!!
