“I will now purposely not order from any company that uses yodel! The delivery driver knocked and opened my front door. He poked his head in and then quickly closed the door when he saw me through the crack of the door. Pregnant with two children at home we were all very shocked that a stranger had attempted to enter our home!! We looked back on the cameras and not only did he open our front door he chucked our parcel on the doorstep before doing so! Living in a very quiet village I never thought I would have to keep my door locked during the day to avoid delivery drivers letting themselves in! Online chat were absolutely diabolical and could do nothing more than ‘have a word with the driver’ and apologise for the ‘inconvenience’! Absolutely awful”
“Put a card in my letter box simple wrote BIN ! Only problem was the bin was out for waste collection day contract eBay seller who’s as thick as yodel both say it’s been delivered!!! Hopefully eBay will refund me .”

“Sadly I cant give lass than 1 star.
I returned a coat using Yodel, it was £112. Yodel lost it, I have sent proof of collection, no signature from the coat company who didn't receive it.
Yodel wanted my bank statement to prove I bought it even though I sent the order / payment proof, as if I would send them my bank statement, data protection etc !
After days of emails, phone calls, Yodel offered £24 refund, don't ask how or why they came up with that amount.
Of course I will take this up with Trading Standards.”

“Message on tracking that driver had called and left a note- HE DIDN'T, made a new date to get it delivered , in all day no parcel, then updated tracking that it was delivered--- LIES. Would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact would advise NOT to use.”
“Tracking number keeps saying they cannot locate our address and ask to get in touch. There's a driver's number in the message for texts and calls. Tried it a couple of times, goes in the voicemail. Texts aren't returned. Tried again the next day, it's the "boss" who's been contracted to do the deliveries on Yodel's behalf. Apparently, he knows the address well (a few businesses here) and one of his drivers will deliver tomorrow. Sadly, this is the last time I've heard from him or "his drivers". Looking through the tracking history, the parcel has been further marked as unknown address and finally that customer chose collection from the depot. Wait, what? Clearly, the drivers have control of what codes they scan in to the system and choose to put all the responsibility on the receiving customer. I've never asked to keep the parcel at the depot. Matter of fact I've been expecting it for a few days in a row, including a Saturday. Not my first time with Yodel, and cetainly not the last. Wish I had control over who my suppliers choose to use as I'd ban Yodel from entering the estate plain and simple. Probably the most useless courier out there today.”

“Shocking service. Tracking not updated. Parcel left on my doorstep which is not safe. Luckily I was in and saw a person walk past a window with a parcel so checked my doorstep. Driver already in his van about 6 meters away. Tracking then updated and stated parcel had been handed over to me. How could I make a claim if it was stolen and the driver has a different version of events. Shocking.”

“I ordered goods from vax and received invoice which said it would be delivered before 20/01/21.When tracked parcel on yodel it said to be delivered on 21st. Stayed in all day but no sign of nigel the courier.At 9.30 looked at the tracker which said it had been delivered. I will have to get down to depot as customer service is hopeless. I have been in touch with vendor.”
“I have had yodel a couple of times now always from eBay parcels never show up on time and they never tell you the truth as to why saying they tried and no one was there or no access to the property I live on a main road with a none gated driveway so avoid using them wherever possible would give zero stars if that were an option”

“Awful service. My delivery came 2 weeks later than supposed to. The customer service is so unreliable.. they will tell you they will do something about your case but nothing really happens. had to contact them 5 times.. it's like I had to do work for them it's crazy. They have some serious management problems, wrong people are the senior levels that's for sure..”

“This is the worst delivery service imaginable. Three parcels have now gone missing. They say they have delivered and left a card. They haven't. There is NO customer service. Utterly useless!”
“After waiting over 6hrs for a delivery I contacted customer service on Web chat at 1345hrs who informed me that the van was still being loaded and I would receive an email with a 2hr time slot. At 2100hrs I received an email saying that they tried to deliver the parcel at 1400hrs. Either Yodel is the fastest delivery in the West or someone's lying, I personally think the latter.”
