Address cannot be found - so, as instructed I contact them to clarify & after around 45 mins of waiting & online chats - am not asked for any further info - just told it will arrive - don’t worry - they cannot explain why a driver will suddenly be able to find the address apparently they just will, guess what another failed delivery. Drivers have no phone to call if they cannot locate you, customer service cannot contact them - ive has this many times before & unfortunately when you order from a company they don’t say who will do the delivery because of its yodel i wouldn’t do it - other comalbies phone or ask for additional info - these people don’t & I wonder how they’re still in business?”
“Ordered some balloons from Moonpig for my granddaughter and Yodel delivered them.
The box was damaged and taped up, when my granddaughter opened box one off the balloons had popped and was flat.”

“I ordered a present for my brother and it never arrived. Their tracker said it was delivered to a neighbour, but cannot tell me who. Now because this dispute has gone on, the seller won't give me a refund and ebay says I'm out of time. So now I am out of money!!!!

I had one parcel on way to me was ordered 17/01/21 its 07/02/21 still no sign of parcel the tracking stops after first scan then nothing. Customer service is also ridiculous by saying it will be sorted in 48 hours then still nothing. I thing this company should stop working as they are completely useless.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Item was damaged on arrival, after 10 months of constant chasing they refused to issue compensation for the item as it was on their 'prohibited ' list as it was ceramic. Nothing to indicate this would be the case. You will waste hours going round in circles trying to resolve problems.”
“Absolute worst delivery company I’ve ever encountered. They say they’ve “delivered my parcel in a safe place” (behind the bins) but it’s nowhere to be found, they don’t request their drivers to take a picture so there’s no proof of the delivery actually happening or any way to guess which neighbor might have received it, and when you get in touch with them, it’s a simple “yeah we checked with the driver and it’s definitely behind the bins so if you can’t find it you should get in touch with the retailer”. Why would anyone work with them is a mystery to me.”
