Continually told I would get parcel on date stated and Nothing! Customer service is hopeless and no human contact by phone. The worst delivery service by far!

Says on ebay my item has been delivered?? Nothing outside my door, no one contacted me, my buzzer didn't ring and no card...where is my item?? Cowboy outfit avoid at all costs.

Zero stars if I could they have the nerve to ram a already open bag with virtually all the goods missing through the letterbox

I ordered an small item off ebay, the seller was in Preston, I live in Morecambe 20 miles away. The seller posted my item on 4th April. On a Yodel 2 to 3 days delivery. But I didn’t receive it until 13th April. The parcels journey took it from Yodels Preston depot,207 miles south to the Hatfield Terminol. Then on the 10th of April it left the Hatfield Terminol, and was returned to the Preston depot. Finally on the 13th April it was delivered to me in Morecambe. Talk about efficiency, Disgusting. MAS.

Absolutely horrible! Have been waiting for my parcel for two weeks now and what’s even more annoying is to receive 5 emails with ‘We are sorry, we’ve missed you / card left’ when in fact no one ever arrived. Every time I contact the customer services, they send me the same pre-scripted messages asking me to give them further instructions as the driver cannot locate my property. Yodel, do something about your sat navs / drivers. This is totally and utterly unacceptable!

I have been told by Amazon that delivery was attempted on the 10th April. It was not!! Yodel are difficult to contact and not very helpful

If I could I don’t give them even half of a star because the service is very poor, rude delivery mans, customer service is not helpful they don’t pick up phone and don’t respond to emails, I live in second floor and I have given my full address , they call me to come down and collect your parcel from Van , I told him i did operation recently and I have 2 child older is 5 years and younger is 2 years old , he told me it’s not my problem it is your business, what is job of a delivery man? Is their job is to deliver item to the address ? or call to customer to come and collect your parcel from Van? Very very rude delivery men , it is not first time that they did this to me always they do this , I kindly request people and companies to not choose this company to deliver your products you we’ll lose your customers for sure , personally I have cancelled those parcels which this company was supposed to deliver because they are so much rude and they abuse I give them 0 /10 .

Good communication on live chat when query delivery date. Tracked parcel once it was out for delivery. Nice, polite & helpful driver.

Absolutely useless Yodel delivery guy… Absolutely useless Yodel delivery guy today! I tracked the delivery all afternoon. And when I was next for delivery stood by my large front window that looks out onto the road. After 10 minutes of no sign of either delivery guy or Yodel van I rechecked the tracking screen....and unbelievably the message stated that the delivery guy had been unable to find my address! Absolutely Unbelievable!! 1) My property has a large clear sign with house name and number on my entrance! 2) Neither he or his van came anywhere near my property! I tried calling Yodel but it is just an annoying automated service that states the obvious - that the delivery man had failed to find my address! What puzzles and annoys me is that anyone here would have told him where my property is - so clearly he failed to even ask!!! Totally unacceptable and also so annoying considering I have already waited 10 days for the parcel to arrive! Now its gone back to the depot and I cant do anything about it! Yodel you need to speak to this driver as clearly he couldnt be bothered!! I will never recommend Yodel if this is the service they provide!

One star is too much! Never had a positive experience with yodel. Would avoid at all costs! It is such a shame that you can decide who your parcel is delivered with! I never received my parcel. My delivery driver didn’t answer his phone, the depot that were supposed to ring me never did & they never tried to deliver my item. Absolutely disgusting!

No delivery, online it says driver handed to customer. We have CCTV showing front of property, no sign of a driver for 1hr either side of the time they say t was delivered.

Had my parcel.for.over ten days now , cant even get it to.me., and then they want me to.donthere job and go and collect 20 miles away , worst people ever they have one job tondo and ca t even do it ... bunch on nonces .

Parcel is 'missing' driver claims he gave it to a man between 30 and 40 but not myself...asked all neighbours..no one has it, so god knows who he gave it too...they seem not care and just give parcels to anyone but the persons it is...disgusting courier service and this happened to me last year with yodel...avoid this courier service like the plague!

I ordered flowers from M&S to be delivered to my mother for Easter. I received a text saying they had been delivered and checked with my mum, no flowers! checked with Yodel who said they had been delivered to another address but they would sort out on Tuesday so 4 days later which is not ideal when it's a fresh flower delivery! On Wednesday after still no flowers I was sent a photo of flowers delivered to a doorstep I do not recognise, certainly not my mums. (see photo)Yodel saying it's not their fault as they have two addresses; mine (billing address) and my mum's (delivery address) neither of these addresses have had flowers delivered. Very, very poor service, you must do better Yodel!

Same as everyone else, the driver scans as 'attempted delivery' when they never, just so they can maintain their delivery metrics. I have cctv and no one came at any point in the day plus I spent most of the day on the front garden. The main problem comes when you try to contact them. Phone - automatic voice call which is just horrible and very stressful and I never got through to anyone, cut me off. Chat - It's an Indian in another country, say no more. As an e-commerce manager for a major brand myself, I can assure you we have and never will use Yodel, it's well known within my industry to stay away from them. Unfortunately, companies are all attracted to the cheap prices of shipping goods through them. It's sad in this day and age with the technology, we are actually going backwards in quality, not fowards.

The parcel was claimed "lost" . High value items appear "lost". I lost £185. Yodel have very poor customer service and they do not compensate the full price. I would never use them again. They are dishonest!

Claimed I was not home 4 times, then could not find me, directions given, not had problem with any other company deliveries, several phone calls, eventually arrived 4 days after stated delivery
