This courier seems to take far more time to collect & deliver.
I sent 2x parcels to same address to TEST THEM.
They took 5 days, Royal mail took 2days.
Why do sellers use them ?????”

Luckily the shop resent my order, and I will receive tomorrow.
It seems the parcel was delivered 25 miles away from my home, but Yodel didn’t help.

“They are late with deliveries, have missed returns collections and once tried to deliver an item and didn't know how to open a gate and just drove off. Surprisingly dreadful in comparison to other delivery companies.”
“If they were judged on the amount of broken promises and lies told, the service would be world class, day off work, no delivery message says cannot access property, I live on main road, customer service say will be out the next day as priority delivery, not even on delivery run, told manager will call no call, told to wait a few hours but no call, inept and a total mess, goods being declined and refund requested”
“What a shower of s*#t!! Parcel not delivered, gps tracking information forged ( Yodel admitted this ), “driver interview” not carried out because driver had a “ family emergency” the next day ( I think that means fired???), but yodel still won’t admit the parcel is missing because the gps says it’s been delivered. Comment accompanying gps data say “delivered through letterbox”?? ( package contained a pair of size 10 work boots??). Basically Yodel don’t give a s*&t!! The customer service is absolutely rubbish and their website just runs you round in circles. This is a company that really should fail!!”
“Terrible customer experience! My parcel was never delivered despite the Yodel tracking system saying that the delivery was attempted 3 times and calling cards were left in the mail. I work from home full-time and no one attempted delivery from Yodel in the past 3 days and no calling cards were left. When I called them and explained this to the woman from their customer service she recited the same thing I told her based on the tracking system without offering any solution, declined my request to escalate the issue and simply hung up. So rude and unprofessional! She should be fired and the liar-driver too. They basically don't do what they are supposed to do.”
“Had parcel delivered to me I never even ordered , nonsense of a firm and they addressed my email in guys name to me who had it ordered to my address in error. Am trying to get parcel back to them or him if he's lucky but they are robotic and not brightest button in box , Royal Mail far better RTS etc .Honesty is best policy but their customer service is joke 2 or 3 ending chat , eventually 1 was helpful lets see if parcel is picked up ?”
“They are not able to accept that they made a mistake. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Because I did receive an email saying that it was delivered and I didn't get the parcel. No one rand my bell and no one left the calling card saying that they left it with the neighbour. When I contacted web chat they said that Laura signed for it. And there is NO LAURA in my building, which means they DID deliver it to the wrong address! Web chat assistant said that she will pass my email to someone else to investigate and after that I got an email from them saying that they delivered it to the right address to the female in her 30-s. The email sent with a note that I am unable to reply to it and need to contact the web chat again! I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL ON THAT DAY! And I was at home all day. That means they did give it to someone else at the wrong address! Because there are no more women live in my building! And they keep gaslighting me saying we have proof that they did deliver it to the right address and I can't even reply to them.
! Someone brought my parcel in the end and put it on my porch, BUT that person could have just kept it and horrible Yodel wouldn't even believe me. They believe the driver who left it at the wrong address and lied saying that he gave it to me at EXACTLY correct address.
DO NOT USE YODEL! They will lose your paecel and blame you for it and gaslight you saying that they did deliver it to you. And you will not be even able to reply to their emails. Horrible customer service. I will never use then ever again. Even though I received my parcel in the end, the way they handle customer service is unacceptable. That Laura could have kept my parcel and I would lose my money and never get it back. So no thank you, no more Yodel for me.”
“YODELHELL! I have NEVER received a parcel from Yodel without having to go through at least 48 hours of phone calls and emails. Get an email saying it's been delivered, drivers GEO location is over 1 mile away. Still never got my package. WHY ANY COMPANY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD SHIP SOMETHING USING YODEL I DON'T KNOW.”

Automation is deaf. I keep saying no, but they cannot hear, nor understand what I am saying.
They then say I did not give enough information to pass me to someone and hang up on me.
Happens again and again.

“Appalling. Do not use if you have any choice. Delivery of my son's birthday present reportedly delivered and yet never received. Advised during a pandemic to contravene government advice and go knocking on my neighbours doors and not believed when reporting the fact that the parcel was not delivered.
Eventually promised an investigation would be opened and that I would receive a response within 24 hours. No response received.
Webchat exeprience deteriorated. Disconnected having been advised that it was my responsibility to sort out Yodel's mess and contact the seller. No apology or understanding shown.
Advised that I needed to conduct myself in a professional manner having called the webchatter a "donger". I requested they conduct their delivery business in the same professional manner which seemed beyond them.
A disgrace of a company.”
