Ipswich delivery driver stole parcel and marked it as delivered despite my premises being closed an hour prior to the alleged delivery. Depot manager doesn't care.. probably in on the scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First they have the wrong address so I contact them to change it. They don’t send the changes through to the depot so the next day, they have the wrong address again. Then the day after they say they couldn’t acces my property. There’s a door and there’s a bell, just ring it! Now I have to pick it up at the depot which is an hour away

As a business absolute rubbish. We are a small family business, as soon as we see Yodel as the courier, are hearts sink. Useless. They ought to be a shamed of themselves. So many courier services out there that get it right. Just copy them. You are costing small businesses money. Yodel are putting small businesses at risk. Just close down and do us all a favour.

Untrustworthy Order 27579296 from Cotswold outdoor UK website for UK delivery using yodel ref JD0002249681550570 Spend over £50 for next day delivery. I placed the order for over £60 and once payment was received and dispatched the delivery date was changed from 19/05 before 7pm to 25/05. I contacted yodel who claim the seller requested a delivery date of 25/05 not the original 19/05 advertised. I am being lied to by yodel and cotswold outdoor, what an awful way of doing business, Yodel failed to send the transcript of our chat to my email, what have they got to hide ! False advertising to make a sale, very dishonest, unreliable and unhelpful, I would not recommend Cotswold outdoor or yodel to anybody.

Got the ping and tracking of the van in the next street , waited and then 10 minuets later got the ping to say it had been delivered , i`m sat 10 foot away from the front door with cctv covering the the full length of my 30 foot long street . got in touch with their so called customer service and was told it was delivered at 11.45 , 10 minuets ago , i told them to send driver back and tell me that to my face , they said we will investigate and get back to you in 24 hours . What a farce , it`s only a small £8 shower valve i`ve waited 2 weeks for as i can`t get it from anywhere local i had to get it off ebay .

Yet Again disgusting service from Yodel how many times now have I had parcels go missing even though the sender has sent it tracked, and yet again another Parcel missing, would not recommend this company if my life depended on it they are useless

Reason for non delivery, Driver could not Access property, we live on an open plan estate no gates etc. Redelivered, we get a message that the delivery has been made, 3 hours after it was supposed to be delivered, 2 people at home, note to say the delivery was put through the letter box? It was a case of wine, previous deliveries not happened, excuses such as Breakdowns, damaged cases of wine, left at the wrong address etc. etc. It is criminal,

I don't write reviews but you push me to it. You are a liar, unreliable and heartless. The delivery claimed he came to my house(11th) left caller card and I wasn't. in. That was the time I received post from my postman and I didn't see the card either. I called your customer service the next day, that the parcel is my daughter's birthday (13th) gift. I was told it will be delivered between 1-3:15 that day (12th) and I should track it. I did for the whole day, at 7:09pm when I thought it's finally here, your van broke down. No call from the driver or any Message whatsoever. My daughter missed her gift. I called again, the robotic customer service said I should keep waiting for my parcel

If I could award no stars, I most certainly would. This is the very worst delivery service I've ever encountered... no attempts at delivery at my address, tracking is a total work of fiction, rubbishy non explanations and still no parcel. Yodel is a joke.

Well what can I say my delivery did not arrive even though tracker status says posted through letter box, got no joy from Yodel all they say is it says delivered, I asked for photo to prove delivery but they say you have to contact the supplier.WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, other delivery firms take photos that are available for you to view.

The worst ever parcel experience, I could not believe how a parcel promised in 5 days not only take a month but also ends up at the wrong address... Disgraceful, would never use these guys again

2021. We have monkey's that can play virtual ping-pong with there brains on a computer wirelessly. Yet prehistoric yodel driver's can't read updated delivery notes. Every single time i use yodel i have issues and everytime i say i shall never use them again.

The worst company ever for deliveries. Ordered a next day parcel on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. This item was funeral clothes for my father's funeral for this afternoon (Saturday) The driver claimed on Friday that no one was in to let him entry. Well that is a load of rubbish. I took the day off work, lost £45 In wages. This was bad enough. So I rearranged for today (Saturday) hoping it will be with me by 1pm so I cna go straight to my father's funeral. According to the yodel driver they tried to delivery but yet again couldn't gain entrance. What a load of cobs wallop! No one again even bothered to get out of their van. I waited by the window. The van was outside and then the driver drove off. The driver didn't even attempt to get out of the van. I spoke to someone. Via live chat 1 hr previous to this to put a note to ask to press 314 buzzer. Well yodel now I cannot got go my dad's funeral to say goodbye. I suffer with MH issues as it is and now you have destroyed my day to say goodbye to my dad who I was very close to. I am in tears and cannot cope anymore. You should be bloody ashamed of yourselves!

The driver claimed no one was in at 1230, which is a lie as the showroom staff are in from 0730hrs. I was also tracking the parcel on the app and waited out side. Next thing it’s been delivered to a random address on the industrial estate. I contacted them and the driver pulled up waited a few minutes inside his van then drove off. The company Yodel claimed it delivered to searched their postroom, offices and reception no package. It was one lie after another. The driver got an expensive item for free, I was left going back and forth with yodel for two weeks before being told by them, I’ve no rights and they asked me to stop harassing them by phone and email

Yodel told me that they will not be delivering my parcel as it is Damaged. I asked for photos of the damaged parcel, would not give me any photos, then they handed up. Appalling Service and rude

No parcel left in porch as company claimed…me and wife were in house all day.Card left ‘sorry we missed you’ with nothing filled in.Phoned yodel..say it was delivered and would contact local depot..well there’s always hope but looks like I can kiss the parcel goodbye

Minus 5 Stars. Driver lied and said he tried to deliver and left a card. No you didn’t Raphael I was in and oh no card left, I tried ringing the driver who won’t answer the phone. I text to ask where the card is, and no response. Complaints department and web chat are just as useless I asked Ankit twice for the complaints number and was refused! And the complaints department are like robots reading off a screen and no help at all. Did not care the driver had lied no offer of help or to speak to management. Avoid this terrible, ridiculous excuse for a courier service at all costs.
