Poor delivery & lack of updates. I have ordered a couple of items previously from other big companies that have used Yodel and the delivery is always horrendously delayed and there is no show. I always have to chase. Their online customer service is not very helpful as they repeat the exact same instructions, i.e. check online for updates where there are none. Compared to other delivery companies, they are lagging behind. They really need to get their act together.

No expected delivery information and absolutely shocking level of rudeness from their courier. I will do all I can to avoid using Yodel again.

Absolutely horrendous service they delivered my package but just propped it up against the door in front of two bus stops in full view all day to everyone..Great to see theses fools are letting burglars know your not in to..HORRENDOUS COMPANY DRIVER NEEDS SACKED

Abysmal customer service, a lying company! I paid extra for next day delivery, waited all day at home with no updates on the tracking page. After 6:00pm got “your property cannot be located” message. Web chat “help” did not apologise for this and said the driver couldn’t find the address. Which is ridiculous because my building is on a main road with a clear number on the door. The driver didn’t attempt to contact me to find the building. Next day I call the driver, same story-couldn’t find it. I explain the directions very clearly, and as he was in the area, he said he’d give me a call and deliver it later same day. Didn’t do that of course and didn’t pick up his phone for the rest of the day. Sham of a “company”! I didn’t choose them but got some online shopping done and the shop used them as their delivery service. What an absolute joke. I would give -5 stars if possible.

Never on time, Out for delivery for multiple days with no update to tracking, worst delivery service by a mile. I wish companies would just stop using them.

Driver left items on my doorstep for when I returned home from work at 6pm they had been there all afternoon in plain view of the world . Cheers pal.called customer services they couldn’t give a flying f#%k.

Had issues every single time Yodel has been used as a courier for my parcels. From losing parceld, not delivery when I paid next day delivery to completely lying and saying they couldn't access my property twice! Even though I was in both days, actively looking and watching the tracking. The driver didn't even get to my street! They have got to be the worse courier service there is. Customer service is useless, only telling you things you can see yourself. I dread everytime I see they have been used to deliver my parcels.

Unprofessional! Tricky lying company, estimate delivery time was 27-29 may 31 of may customer service told me that its gonna be delivered 1 of June, they changed it later for 2nd of June. Nobody come... I get message saying sorry we missed you, I called to customer center and after 5 minutes conversation they said sorry driver has issues with Van 😂 that's unbelievable...

Yodel never arrived today but at 2.30 am I get a missed delivery attempted at 9.36pm firstly that's far to late and secondly nobody pressed my buzzer lying company

They have NEVER, NOT ONCE delivered on time. I've been home the whole day, spent the whole delivery slot at the balcony, seen no one. And yet I get "sorry we've missed you". The shittiest service ever.

A delivery driver called Luke was quite rude claiming I wasn’t home when I was. No calling card was left either, I had also received a delivery from yodel not but an hour previously from someone else who works at yodel. It’s unbelievable when someone tries to tell you if your in or not and then lies about leaving a calling card.

Need to be able to give NO Stars. This is the most despicable service I have ever encountered for deliveries from around the world. I placed 2 orders for delivery on specific days to different addresses. Sadly the supplier used Yodel as the courier. Neither was delivered and no reason was given. The first was perishable and due to be delivered on Monday last week it arrived on Tuesday fit for the bin - no explanation and no apology. The second was not delivered on Saturday because the driver could not find the address - he was parked around the corner and had the contact phone number of the recipient. Another delivery service for another gift called to ensure their item could be delivered and it was as promised. Yodel promised the item (also perishable) would be delivered today 3 days late. No surprise it was not. Another promise for delivery tomorrow. I am not hopeful. Two wedding surprises, planned weeks ahead ruined by a courier who apparently could not care less. I will not use any supplier if they use Yodel as the courier service.

Waited in all day to receive an email saying they had missed me?1? Next day put a massive sign up advising yodel driver to ring doorbell.Another missed me email!! No note through door or anything.Decided to try arranging pickup.Website just keeps going in circles.Absolutely useless.Funny enough (?) had the same problem with them once before.Both deliveries from Virgin.Who are rubbish enough themselves :'D

if i could give it no stars i would orded from argos for next day delivery i had mesg to say that they would text me when on way but did not get text checked email and saw mesg from yodel saying my order was here but i was in all day and nobody had knocked on my door as i would no i have dog who barks at the door they said the parcels need a signature for got in touch with yodel and they said that my parcels had been left but they had been left on the yard of my neighbour who is on holiday and we would not have found them if my daughter had not gone looking down the street shame on you argos for using yodel .

Delivery driver didn't even knock on the door. I was sat in my living room seen him come and just leave the note without knocking. Absolute rubbish company

Discusting!!!........I got lied to with 2 different stories,where my Parcel was left,Yodel r a Disgrace.....I was,in all day the Driver cud not even be Bothered to ring my intercom or come to first floor but lied,that left it with someone at door of hallway,then said,left in a,Safe place,by mailboxes in hallway for it to be Stolen,they refuse to give me a Refund...beyond me how ther still in business.

Somehow, the house name was missing from the delivery address. Rather than trying to find out what it should be, they just repeatedly say they cant find my house. They have my mobile number so could call, but they dont. And it is impossible to get anyone to talk to, and the webchat is not available 24/7

I took time off work to receive parcel, got feedback that they hadn’t been able to access the property. I’d had 3 successful deliveries from other services that day. On raising this was left uncertain that I would receive delivery that day but asked to wait in for a further7 hours. Apparently the parcel had been scanned some distance from my address. I don’t live in a huge town so I’m sure it’s not beyond yodel to retrace so that delivery takes place on the day agreed. Disappointing service.
