“Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but nobody showed up, then I rang them and arranged for the delivery on Wednesday, also giving them my number in case they couldn't find my address, still didn't turn up, contacted them Wednesday evening and they assure me it would be delivered on the Thursday and then this morning (Thursday) I have checked the tracking and it says its on the way back to the supplier. I rang Yodel and asked them what was going on and they said they dont know and that I was to contact the supplier. I have now cancelled my order and will look elsewhere. Very very bad service.”
“After a catalogue of poor deliveries, some to houses as far as 1.5 miles away (same road name) i had to post a review. latest issue is a folding table from Amazon seller. 1st arrived with massive tear up the box. opened to find a large scrape up the table and the corner of the table completely smashed. seller took return and sent out a new one. new one just arrived with the box taped up where it had obviously come apart. opened to find a massive crack in the table and when you open it the legs on one side have had screws completely torn out. this is a folded table with legs on inside when folded (as it was in box) and they have managed to bust the inside of it in transit. I cannot imagine the effort you wold need to go to to do this damage. it has to have been dropped from a significant height to cause that shock. yodel are the absoulte worst delivery company in history.”
“As usual just dumped on doorstep, courier already in vehicle to make his escape, doesn’t even know if anybody is in to receive parcel, would have just left it there for anybody to steal, parcel damaged (have taken photos), managed to stop him to check contents for damage, his reply “you can reject parcel if you want”, contents were ok, he shot away as he was on his next life or death mission, I would not use Yodel if they were the only couriers on the planet, would take my parcel myself, only couriers that check you are in are DPD, Hermes & Amazon Prime!”

“Terrible service. Here is why
- the driver went to the wrong address and left a calling card at the wrong address, without any calling attempt
- I contacted the customer service and gave detailed delivery instructions to give to the driver
- the day after the driver went to the wrong address again and left another calling card at the wrong address!!!!!
- I contacted the customer service again and I have been told to wait up to 24 hours.
- I spent 45 Min of my time chatting with support for something that should be hassle-free.
Drivers should have company phones and call customers and at least they should be able to get to the correct address

“Yodel delivered a parcel yesterday but to the wrong house, the wrong house is at least 150 yards from our house in a very small lane. The names of the two cottages bear no resemblance at all to each other. Both cottages have distinctive house signs on them, and to cap it all the poor man where the parcel was delivered to had to load it in his car and bring it to us, and it was very heavy and large. Where on earth do they find these drivers from. Service was rubbish.”
“Driver was meant to arrive at 11. At 18:00 they updated tracking to say they could not find my house (sat NAV will take you to my front door), no other company has had an issue. Contacted support and found that a painful experience. Avoid if you can.”

“OK, I live in a remote part of the UK but waiting 2 weeks for delivery is a LOT. Royal mail can deliver in 24-48 hours - probably a turtle would be quicker than them.”

“Got an email at 1930 to tell me my parcel had been delivered at 2115 been here all day no one has been near the house. contacted customer services and they tell me the parcel was delivered at 1430. Went on live chat lets see if they resolve my complaint.”

“I've been waiting for my parcel all day. I kept track on it on the website and it informed me that the driver was in the area 5 minutes away approximately. I was keeping a look out and listening out for a knock on my door but nothing. I eventually got a message from the driver saying "I tried to deliver the parcel and left a card through your door, I will try again tomorrow "
What the hell...i am so angry, he obviously lied and didn't do any of what he said and now I'm left with no parcel. Shocking!!! Lazy and deceitful.
Be warned to not get your parcels when expected people! don't get excited and rely on getting it like I did. Really disappointing!”
“Yet again the old ploy of a person not being at home used by Yodel driver because he cannot be bothered to deliver. Did not ring our buzzer. Just left a missed delivery card. Chat support was likewise useless. Johnny Mall Never answered any of my questions. Deflecting them or just not able to understand me. Probably sticking to a standard script and doing a recitation from a third world country. Totally clueless. Not a very reliable company to use when one is awaiting or dispatching important items. Dpd is still number 1 in my book. Drivers are always reliable”

“The first time Yodel tried to deliver my parcel. by the time I'd gotten to the foyer of my flats the driver had gone. Second delivery attempt today I was supposedly next in the LINE for delivery according to the tracking that was 2 and a half hours ago since then the driver who by the way pulled up outside before deciding not to deliver TO ME has been busy delivering everyone else's parcels.”
