I would accept that a delivery is late or postponed, but I won't be taken for a fool. I was in and waiting and no, Yodel, it is not true that your driver could not deliver my parcel because I did not provide access. Why the need to lie? What's wrong with truthful communication? Yodel, since when is misleading a good business practice? And how do a webchat advisor and supervisor terminating the chat when run out of stock answers, constitute customer service? You are an embarrassment.

I have regularly had failed deliveries from yodel. The driver doesn't know how to use a map, they don't drive all the way down our lane to the point marked on google maps to the postcode. they mark the failed delivery as unable to gain access to the property one day then can't find the address the next. You can't get the phone number of the local depot from their call centre in africa. I am still waiting on my delivery of perishable items and I am going on holliday for 2 weeks

Really poor communication. Lack of tracking, slow and not given a time window? Worst delivery service I have used. Will be avoiding.

Ordered lawn mower on 29/5/21 By 17/6/21 still not rec mower Company I bought off kindly replaced this item with named day delivery guess what they have lost the 2nd mower, also in this period I returned a parcel to a catalogue they have lost that as well. So basically in 3 weeks they have lost one customer 3 parcels value around £500. Totally unfit for purpose and until suppliers stop using them they will not clean their act up.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Been waiting since thursday! Driver cant find my address although he was not even in my village. Then to call of sick and shock my parcel is just chilling in his van! And no one can retrieve it. No updates or anything! And an automated system! Yodel livingstone! You are shocking.

I am taking part in the governments covid survey trial and had a sample test to be collected by Yodel within a two hour window which was given by Yodel. Needless to say this was never collected. Looked at the tracking and it quoted that the package was not ready for collection, which was lies as I have a very vocal dog which would have alerted me to anyone at my house. I wonder how many other test kits have been charged for, but not collected, therefore wasting taxpayers money. This is the worst courier company ever, as I do not think I have ever had a straight forward transaction from them

Worst courrier ever. Even worst than Hermes. They never delivered my 2 parcels as they're not able to find my flat. So I'll have to drive for 30 km to go to their depot and get my parcels! The chat customer service promised me each time the following day the parcels will be delivered without failure but obviously it was a lie. Furthermore, it's not possible to speak to a human by phone. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered from Very and Yodel supposed to deliver. Took 4 hours to get onto Web chat. Was told that they had the parcel but would be returning it to the sender rather than delivering to me as it hadn't been scanned in 48hrs. Not to mention the Borehsmwood depot is only ten mins away from me. Atrocious service. Even says on the tracker that it is to be delivered on the 21st and it is now the 26th. I have never had such poor service, Yodel should be embarrassed

Totally unprofessional company who lie about attempting delivery, don’t show up when they say they will and will happily dump your parcel 'somewhere' away from your property and expect you to search for it. No duty of care, no care, just don't care. This has occurred five times in the last 2 months. Neighbours all share similar experiences. Maybe just a local issue, but still unresolved despite contact with customer services/ My suggestion: avoid using Yodel, buy from suppliers using other couriers. Dpd, Hermes, Royal Mail, Amazon..all fine

If they are delivering your packages you won’t be getting them. The worst delivery company, chat on the website is always unavailable

Worst delivery service ever paid for next day delivery waited in all day as it was up till 9pm , no show , said the delivery failed so they put card through my door which is lies ,said they would deliver next day still no delivery , they are a load of lazy good for nothing cowboys , will never use them again dont know how they get away with it.Had to ask for refund from my retailer which will take forever. Disgusting how they treat customers they are just time wasters and I will not waste any more of my time with there delivery firm.

Tracking says that my parcel was left in a safe place and delivery note put through my door (not true). Tracking also says that the driver couldn’t locate my address! I was in at the time and had no call from the driver.

Sent out 2 headlights last week, both in perfect condition. Unfortunately can’t insure lights through them. Both items arrived damaged other end. Both to separate people may I add!! Absolutely useless. They must play football with the items they carry. Avoid at all costs!!!

Utterly useless. A website and app that don't update, and web chat staff who try to pass the blame to suppliers, and then provide no information beyond a cut 'n' paste of "visit the tracking page". Without doubt the worst courier in the UK.

Every single time I have problems with yodel, has to be one of the worst courier companies. Usually they deliver to the wrong address and then I am left trying to sort it. Avoid at all costs

This is a perfect example of a big company cutting corners when it comes to customer service. 3 TIMES I have had “attempted delivery’s” where apparently the driver could not access the property. I live on a main road, where the communal entrance is always open, if not there is a buzzer to my apartment and I even have yodel my number and access code in case of any issues. Yet somehow they were unable to deliver. On the 3rd attempt as I was tracking and saw I was the next delivery, I waited in the communal area for the driver, they stopped outside the complex for 5 seconds, took a picture on their phone and drove off. Absolutely disgusting service. And where they cut corners the most is their “customer service” line which is either an automated phone message that will only track your order or online chat with offshore employees who live in a completely different country and can’t even contact the driver and at best will just tell you to wait or that they will re-assign the delivery for the next working day. Out of all the delivery services this has to be the worse experience atleast with other company I can call and speak to someone and get the issue dealt with, not be fobbed of either promises or will be delivered tomorrow when in fact it does not even on a 3rd attempt, with every detail possibly needed and myself home all day. Going on to the 4th attempt now as it has been 12 days so far since the sender company dispatched the order and it’s been in yodels possession. This is not okay. Never ever will I buy from a company who uses yodel from now on, horrendously a scent service and 0 customer service. Sort it out yodel, you can’t keep getting away with this
