This is the worst delivery service I have ever used, I was in the house for all 3 delivery attempts, no card was left but the feedback I kept recieving was that the delivery was failed and returned to sender. The customer service team is also none existent if you need to get in touch. If I could give 0stars I would.

I’m intrigued and surprised to discover that Yodel are still holding themselves out to be a delivery company. Could they not just give it up and stop. The world would be very grateful if the accompany simply did not exist.

Delivered to wrong address twice. Also left parcel in middle of the road and my postman found it. Worst delivery company ever.

Apparently there is no access to my house, despite being at home and my front door being on the road. I was also in the kitchen next to the front door

This company is a joke! They couldn't deliver my parcel, didn't even bother letting me know. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from them!

Stay away! I ordered 2 days service and today is 8th day! Hasn't arrived yet! Decided to see what the company is like YODEL and came to this web site to see the same experience with so many people!

Lied about trying to deliver when I was home and no-one came to my door. Most untrustworthy of all courier companies Third rate organisation.

They delivered my parcel to the wrong place, no idea where it is. This isn’t the first time either please avoid if you can

This company is a joke. I have had many parcels go missing or sent back to the sender. Nearly every parcel I have to chase up it is costing me a lot of money. I am a small business that is reliant on my deliveries and these guys can not consistently deliver.

It's currently 10 days no delivery. I originally opted to pick up package from Borehamwood depot as it needed to be signed for but they changed the pick up date 3 times so decided to change delivery address to my wife's salon a few miles away. (I did try popping into Borehamwood depot on a Saturday but it was closed and the place looked like an abandoned set from The Walking Dead). They have 'tried' 3 times to deliver now and based on live tracking my 'package' has been within a few drops from getting to the salon but each time live tracking is switched off and 'address not found' comes back on the app! This despite it being opposite a tube station and 4 banks within walking distance! Have scheduled another delivery attempt tomorrow but I know how that's going to turn out.. Oh! And what did I order! A very nice men's 2 piece bracelet set from Pig & Hen worth £130.00 So if you see a van driver around the Edgware area with a nice set of red bracelets give him a wave from me.

Shambolic and dishonest. Update says driver left a card but did not. Attempting to deliver to a business address out of hours. All other couriers and Royal Mail can manage it! Still not delivered because three "attempts" were made.

Lost to of my parcels, 0 customer service, 0 plausible explanation where my parcels are, just lies. It looks like the drivers found it very interesting what was in my package. Disgusting....

Horrible company, ordered from yours clothing, my delivery wasn't delivered a card wasn't left behind and I can't track my parcel.

Yodel are about as reliable as a wet fart you never know what you are goi g to get apart from bei g let down that is the carrier drivers are so dumb they don’t know where they are or what day it is the complaints department are no better either so don’t hold your breaths you will be treated like a wet fart you will be let down

Booked a Timberland return online with Yodel. Driver turned up on day booked and everything went as planned. During these difficult days they should be congratulated on their reliability. I would definitely recommend them.

The driver decided at 7 pm one delivery before my delivery not to travel a further 200 yards to deliver my parcel which we have been waiting in for then he had the cheek to send me a no one in when he tried to deliver but I caught the lier because I have security cameras and you guessed it no yodel van or driver in the street that day I am livid

Found out my parcel was going to be delivered by yodel after purchasing. A day later they said they’d deliver between 10:30-12:30. They told me the parcel was ‘handed to customer’ at 11:11 which is impossible as I’m in a high rise building and isolating with COVID-19. Any parcels are handed to reception. Reception denied receiving the parcel and showed me CCTV. Company I bought from have refunded me but not happy with Yodel at all.

Purchased fridge from littewoods.. paid next day delivery.. yodel advised they forgot to put the fridge on the van due to “ human error” . Made several calls no apology, 2 advisors hung up and still unable to get a manager on the phone. Fridge being delivered 5 days later than promised Joke of a company avoid at all cost!! Terrible customer service experience, poor management and not interested one bit in doing whats right for customers. Lack of care and poorly trained staff members, refused to have any dealings with them going forward .

most useless delivery company ever say they tried to deliver when they did not, keep changing delivery times and the tracking system is useless.
