This item was funeral clothes for my father's funeral for this afternoon (Saturday)
The driver claimed on Friday that no one was in to let him entry. Well that is a load of rubbish. I took the day off work, lost £45 In wages. This was bad enough.
So I rearranged for today (Saturday) hoping it will be with me by 1pm so I cna go straight to my father's funeral.
According to the yodel driver they tried to delivery but yet again couldn't gain entrance. What a load of cobs wallop!
No one again even bothered to get out of their van. I waited by the window. The van was outside and then the driver drove off. The driver didn't even attempt to get out of the van.
I spoke to someone. Via live chat 1 hr previous to this to put a note to ask to press 314 buzzer.
Well yodel now I cannot got go my dad's funeral to say goodbye. I suffer with MH issues as it is and now you have destroyed my day to say goodbye to my dad who I was very close to.

“The driver claimed no one was in at 1230, which is a lie as the showroom staff are in from 0730hrs.
I was also tracking the parcel on the app and waited out side. Next thing it’s been delivered to a random address on the industrial estate. I contacted them and the driver pulled up waited a few minutes inside his van then drove off.
The company Yodel claimed it delivered to searched their postroom, offices and reception no package.
It was one lie after another. The driver got an expensive item for free, I was left going back and forth with yodel for two weeks before being told by them, I’ve no rights and they asked me to stop harassing them by phone and email”

“Minus 5 Stars. Driver lied and said he tried to deliver and left a card. No you didn’t Raphael I was in and oh no card left, I tried ringing the driver who won’t answer the phone. I text to ask where the card is, and no response. Complaints department and web chat are just as useless I asked Ankit twice for the complaints number and was refused! And the complaints department are like robots reading off a screen and no help at all. Did not care the driver had lied no offer of help or to speak to management. Avoid this terrible, ridiculous excuse for a courier service at all costs.”

3 days are failed attempts to deliver my package and now they ask me to collect it.
They said they missed me and I was in my flat for three days! Every day I chat to them they say they couldn't find my flat I said ok here are the directions and now they said we couldn't access the property and they are lying over and over. I will not go and collect it from Enfield when I paid for delivery the worst company ever and the worst delivery services. The worst customer service as I told them I have a back problem and I need my parcel which is the desk so I can sit properly. Worst company ever and I wish I can sue them for the stress they caused me and the harm they caused my back for not delivering my desk”

I messaged the driver as advised to do so ask to kindly ring My dad upon arrival at the flats and he would meet him at the entrance to collect the parcel.
