“Totally unprofessional company who lie about attempting delivery, don’t show up when they say they will and will happily dump your parcel 'somewhere' away from your property and expect you to search for it. No duty of care, no care, just don't care. This has occurred five times in the last 2 months. Neighbours all share similar experiences. Maybe just a local issue, but still unresolved despite contact with customer services/ My suggestion: avoid using Yodel, buy from suppliers using other couriers. Dpd, Hermes, Royal Mail, Amazon..all fine”
“Worst delivery service ever paid for next day delivery waited in all day as it was up till 9pm , no show , said the delivery failed so they put card through my door which is lies ,said they would deliver next day still no delivery , they are a load of lazy good for nothing cowboys , will never use them again dont know how they get away with it.Had to ask for refund from my retailer which will take forever. Disgusting how they treat customers they are just time wasters and I will not waste any more of my time with there delivery firm.”
“Tracking says that my parcel was left in a safe place and delivery note put through my door (not true). Tracking also says that the driver couldn’t locate my address! I was in at the time and had no call from the driver.”

“This is a perfect example of a big company cutting corners when it comes to customer service. 3 TIMES I have had “attempted delivery’s” where apparently the driver could not access the property. I live on a main road, where the communal entrance is always open, if not there is a buzzer to my apartment and I even have yodel my number and access code in case of any issues. Yet somehow they were unable to deliver. On the 3rd attempt as I was tracking and saw I was the next delivery, I waited in the communal area for the driver, they stopped outside the complex for 5 seconds, took a picture on their phone and drove off. Absolutely disgusting service. And where they cut corners the most is their “customer service” line which is either an automated phone message that will only track your order or online chat with offshore employees who live in a completely different country and can’t even contact the driver and at best will just tell you to wait or that they will re-assign the delivery for the next working day. Out of all the delivery services this has to be the worse experience atleast with other company I can call and speak to someone and get the issue dealt with, not be fobbed of either promises or will be delivered tomorrow when in fact it does not even on a 3rd attempt, with every detail possibly needed and myself home all day. Going on to the 4th attempt now as it has been 12 days so far since the sender company dispatched the order and it’s been in yodels possession. This is not okay. Never ever will I buy from a company who uses yodel from now on, horrendously a scent service and 0 customer service. Sort it out yodel, you can’t keep getting away with this”
“Poor delivery & lack of updates. I have ordered a couple of items previously from other big companies that have used Yodel and the delivery is always horrendously delayed and there is no show. I always have to chase. Their online customer service is not very helpful as they repeat the exact same instructions, i.e. check online for updates where there are none. Compared to other delivery companies, they are lagging behind. They really need to get their act together.”

“Abysmal customer service, a lying company! I paid extra for next day delivery, waited all day at home with no updates on the tracking page. After 6:00pm got “your property cannot be located” message. Web chat “help” did not apologise for this and said the driver couldn’t find the address. Which is ridiculous because my building is on a main road with a clear number on the door. The driver didn’t attempt to contact me to find the building. Next day I call the driver, same story-couldn’t find it. I explain the directions very clearly, and as he was in the area, he said he’d give me a call and deliver it later same day. Didn’t do that of course and didn’t pick up his phone for the rest of the day. Sham of a “company”! I didn’t choose them but got some online shopping done and the shop used them as their delivery service. What an absolute joke. I would give -5 stars if possible.”

“Had issues every single time Yodel has been used as a courier for my parcels. From losing parceld, not delivery when I paid next day delivery to completely lying and saying they couldn't access my property twice! Even though I was in both days, actively looking and watching the tracking. The driver didn't even get to my street!
They have got to be the worse courier service there is. Customer service is useless, only telling you things you can see yourself.
I dread everytime I see they have been used to deliver my parcels.”

“Yodel never arrived today but at 2.30 am I get a missed delivery attempted at 9.36pm firstly that's far to late and secondly nobody pressed my buzzer lying company”
