I paid for next day delivery for a reason to get my parcel in time for a birthday present to then be told they are having delays due to “unseen circumstances”Why not let people aware of this before we pay for the extra delivery? Every day since Saturday I’ve been told my parcel will be delivered. It’s constantly shown as out for delivery but when I contact them it’s suddenly not. I’m starting to believe my parcel has been stolen by one of their couriers. I never have this problem with any other courier service. I understand that there is delays but I’d rather have honesty than be told constant lies They constantly have delays. It’s pure and utter laziness that’s what it is! Scamming and thieving company

Parcel was due on 16/08. Did not arrive, no explanation. on 17/08 the App said short delay although it still said parcel was due on 16/08. No change for the rest of the day. Used webchat which was cumbersome. Got an apology for delay but no update on actual delivery. on 18/08 reviewed parcel journey online to discover it had been returned to their national hub which it had left on 14/08. utterly useless as a delivery company.

Disgusting company. Seems to lose every parcel I send. Can't get through to support. Can't call them. Never again. Don't send a parcel with them if you want it to arrive. I think this company is now the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life. There is no way to contact them and the webchat just cuts you off, and that is the only pathetic way of contacting them. There is no way to contact them by phone.

I had an email from Yodel advising that my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox. I was at work all day and nothing had been posted through my letterbox. I was confused as to what had been delivered as I was waiting for a parcel but it wouldn't have fitted through my letterbox. I did a Webchat with Yodel and they 'confirmed' that my parcel was put through my letter box. The only order I had made was from an Amazon seller (two bottles of shampoo) and they confirmed that it had been delivered on the day in question (as Yodel would have 'confirmed delivery') I went back to Yodel via Webchat and I told them that the order was from an Amazon seller and would never had fitted through my letterbox, so their driver was not being honest. They said that the drivers satnav showed he was at my address and I asked them how could they explain that he delivered a parcel through my letterbox that would never have fitted? Then, I had an email advising that the parcel had been 'handed over' at my property and I should check with other members of my household and my neighbours. Well, I live alone and my neighbour doesn't have it. So what is it Yodel-was it handed to someone or put through my letterbox? They also advised that I should contact the seller-but why the hell should I do that if Yodel insist that the parcel was definitely delivered? I have been waiting on my delivery for a long while. Yodel lost it the first time then have just failed to deliver this time. I have been on webchat 4 times and each time I have been told its just delayed and 'please wait' then finally today they tell me that its caused by a backlog at Livingston depo and they have no idea when they will deliver. They will not commit to a date! Worst delivery company!

Delivery no show. Said attempted and left a card but im sat next to the door so complete garbage. Live chat useless and cant redeliver until Monday. Family are isolating due to COVID and needed this delivery today Yodel are by far the worst couriers in the country by far. This isnt the first time ive been lied to regarding failed deliveries but lazy drivers Disgusting customer service from a mickey mouse company

Worst delivery service I've ever used. Tracking says parcel on the van ready for delivery then nothing. 2 days later says the same. Contact customer services say it's on another van the next day. Out for delivery. Then nothing for 2 days again. Contact my customer. Still not been delivered?? What is going on? I've paid nearly £7 for delivery of a pair of shoes. It really can't be that difficult. Spoken to customer services again and tell me it's in the depot. So lied to the whole time. Still waiting for delivery.

the whole process, personal number of delivery driver? why not professional and against data protection, so he gets my complaint rather than you, as he cant leave parcel unless customer in and then he doesn't get paid, has to use own phone etc for minimum wage shame on you, management and company need to take more responsibility

Im a bit annoyed? Because the despatch was so quick and my parcel was out for delivery very quickly but then they literally passed my house and said they can’t access it, when they can? so I asked them to re deliver today, and the exact same thing has happened. Still haven’t got the parcel but other delivery companies have managed to deliver fine.

This company always delivers to the wrong address! Multiple times where I have shipments sent to the UK and they deliver to the wrong address.

Terrible service my trainers still not been delivered they keep being sent back to the lincoln sorting office bloody stupid now 4 days and not being delivered at all its supposed to be 48 hour delivery times not coming up 5 days

Tracking said approx 10am -being loaded on van, then - will be a pm delivery, then at 4pm collect at local depot in 48 hrs. Why not the next day if going back to local depot, if it ever was on van?? Then every day the day to collect form depot was put forward 24 hrs. So from “being loaded on van” on Monday latest is collect from the depot on Sat- and I’m sure it’s ongoing but I’ve given up, which I’m sure is their ultimate aim. Take a look at the other delivery companies and maybe use the system with best delivery rate and customer satisfaction rate or just close your company down as it’s not really a delivery company!

Yet another non delivery by Yodel.was told left with neighbour checked the two flats downstairs and buildings either side and none of them had spoken to a Yodel Driver.not surprisingly my downstairs Neighbour was also looking for a package delivered by Yodel which she had been told had been left with my flat! Do not use Yodel,ever.

Had a parcel being delivered for a present, watched the online tracking for 3 hrs and when it was 2 streets away I went out and waited at the gate, then when no vehicles had entered my street. I received a notification saying sorry you weren’t in we’ve left a calling card. Don’t know where they left the calling card but it wasn’t with me. It’s now marked as at depot and has been there for 2 days. I won’t be waiting in for yodel parcels ever again. Absolute disgrace. Well they can take the parcel they have of mine and stick it where the sun don’t shine and if the driver does try and deliver it again he’ll get a piece off my mind.

These clowns claim that they left a parcel for me in my garage. I was in all day, my garage was locked and I have cctv covering the garage and drive. Nothing was delivered to me by Yodel and clearly they have left my parcel elsewhere and are simply not bothered to sort it out.

In 10 days they have failed to deliver item .they have correct address and postcode but claim unable to find my address .unlike rest of companys trading in UK. Its on Google maps ffs.this is the worst experience of any delivery company ever dishonest and total incompetence ray

Yodel have incompetent drivers that turn up at thr wrong address???!!! And then leave with your parcel. Their helpline staff are equally useless and unhelpful. I spoke to Wasim, Dinesh Sharma and Harish (the last one is a supervisor, who simply ended tge live chat because he didn't have the answers).

Worst delivery company ever. When I received an email to say my parcel was being delivered by Yodel I just KNEW immediately it would not arrive. Apparently it’s been out for delivery since 6:19am and has it arrived - No of course not! I don’t understand why companies use them or how they even exist. What’s worse is their system doesn’t give you any clue what’s happening with your parcel and you can’t ever contact anyone to find out what’s happening. The most embarrassing company ever. I have no idea how they get people to even work there! Shocking.
