This company is a terrible liar. They didn't attempt to deliver and I've been waiting at home for two days and no one had ring the doorbell. But they said, "We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property. Please check back for updates.". No one should suffer from this terrible company

Driver lied and said I’d told him to deliver on the left of the house outside a gate. It’s a lie as I was at holiday home. Left a note on doir asking for it to go across the road . Also spoke to him with these instructions which he ignored. I don’t have parcel as neighbors have since been abs checked and it’s not there.

They are a disgrace to the delivery service. They lie, don't answer your calls, make you feel your in the wrong and you have to spend days and days chasing them. Absolute shambles of a company, they deserve to go bust. Never heard a good story from anyone who has used yodel.

If I can put no stars at all I would.. 3 days are failed attempts to deliver my package and now they ask me to collect it. They said they missed me and I was in my flat for three days! Every day I chat to them they say they couldn't find my flat I said ok here are the directions and now they said we couldn't access the property and they are lying over and over. I will not go and collect it from Enfield when I paid for delivery the worst company ever and the worst delivery services. The worst customer service as I told them I have a back problem and I need my parcel which is the desk so I can sit properly. Worst company ever and I wish I can sue them for the stress they caused me and the harm they caused my back for not delivering my desk

The worst delivery company by far. Delivered Majestics parcel to wrong address and then disputed the fact despite the tracking demonstrating that they had. Incompetent, non-trustworthy where client service seems to be an afterthought.

Left delivery outside on the doorstep without doing the door or doorbell. Then showed item as delivered and handed to customer. Only realised it was there when postman knocked to say there was a package on my doorstep.

My parcel should be signed by me, but instead the driver left it with the neighbours, didn’t leave any note for me, i should ask for my parcel 5 neighbours!!!! Unacceptable

I sent a parcel for my dad's birthday, he lives In secured flats. I messaged the driver as advised to do so ask to kindly ring My dad upon arrival at the flats and he would meet him at the entrance to collect the parcel. On all 3 days of attempting to deliver an email was received to say they couldn't deliver as the coudlnt gain access to the property! *bangs head against wall Now my dad's bday present is over a week late and he has to drive 20miles to collect from the depot.

If I was able to award zero stars I would I have now been waiting for a brand-new phone for three days customer services are useless they cannot tell me when this will be delivered the only information I keep getting is that it is unsafe parcel and they would not want to deliver that but after reading these many reviews I understand that this is something that happens regularly absolutely disgusting service I’m currently paying for a contract that I don’t even have the phone for this company should not be allowed to deliver parcels as they clearly are not good at it. No apology no explanation no nothing completely dissatisfied as are many others something should be done about this company!

The driver Nazzier has been brilliant coming back the following day when Iv been out on his first attempt to deliver he’s happy and explains everything if costumers don’t under stand.

Ordered 3 items for children for Easter on 7 April 2021 it is now 23 April and still no delivery. Sat at first depot for 9 days then sent to wrong depot and still waiting for this to be resolved. Children are autistic and cannot understand why their gifts are late. Nor can I tbh. Absolutely appalling will in future ask what courier people use before placing an order and if Yodel will not be placing any orders.

Delivery text received stating delivery by 9pm. 12.26 text received saying parcel delivered. Not the case. Tracking numbers said incorrect number as did telephone enquiries. No card left Asked where the parcel was delivered. Web chat said delivered 'nearby' and suggested I check with neighbours. Unacceptable, it could be anywhere. Told them to contact driver and find out where he delivered it! They've said they will reply in 24 hours. Watch this space!

An absolute joke!!! Been waiting 3 weeks for my parcel which STILL ISN’T here!!! Told me false information, gave me a delivery date then it got removed then they said they didn’t even have my parcel.. No update for 2 weeks.. Then got another delivery date which was removed, then found out my parcel is at the wrong bloody depot! Absolute waste of time.. next time just go and get your items at the shop!!! If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!

Order not delivered. 2 x expensive designer radiators. Tracking showed delivered late at night to the wrong address. Later the time was changed and the map tracking was not available. Would not buy from anyone who uses them.

UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL SERVICE!!!! My parcel was not delivered on Saturday 17th April 2021 as the driver came to my address but never attempted the delivery. Myself and my neighbours were home all day and no such attempt were made. After contacting Yodel via webchat they did nothing to rectify the issue, only offering delivery from Monday onwards. I paid a premium for faster delivery and have certainly wasted my money. Whilst on the webchat, I was told "I wish you could understand our limitations with this matter too" as far as I am concerned there are no limitations on their end...tell the driver to come back to my address and actually do their job. Before I got the chance to finish my webchat conversation, there were connection issues...my WIFI was fine. I have never received such awful service.

Supplier despatched parcel immediately, then Yodel messed around with it for EIGHT days, causing me great inconvenience. Wish suppliers would learn to avoid using them.
