“Terrible delivery company 3 times in a row delivering to the wrong address.
Ordered flowers for wife's birthday just for the driver to caresslesly drop them off who knows where, said "left a card" there was no card. We were home in the front room whole day too!
Wasn't my choice to use them, and If you're a business I suggest not using them. Called the call centre no timescale, nothing was provided to get this resolved.
Also would like to say that this seems to be an experience a lot of customers seem to be facing, which makes me doubt the genuinity of the positive comments”
“Was told driver couldn't find my address. Tracker showed driver was literally on my street. Didn't make any attempt to deliver, just drove off. Have never had issues with other couriers finding my address, awful service.”

“Spoke with WebChat service to track parcel as tracking service did not update for two days..First time I was told parcel was definitely out for delivery and would arrive that day- it didnt. Couple of days later they said they’d contacted to the driver who has my parcel and asked to deliver this time as priority- it didn't arrive. Third time- your parcel was never received by our depot, please contact sender ....so infuriating. I have no idea which update, if any, was the truth and which was a lie. My assumption is that my parcel went mysteriously ‘missing’- and that they’re either completely useless or crooked, and I in turn am fuming. The transcripts of the Webchats were offered to be sent to my email address, I confirmed I’d like a copy but surprise surprise they never turned up...”
“Flower delivery was left in the porch upside down hence the box was soaking wet from the water running down out of the vase. It was so wet it is very possible that it was transported that way. Consequently the flowers were ruined. 4 days after complaining to company via email I am still waiting for a response!”

Nothing, if your parcel goes near either one you will never see it again.
Again Yodel have completely fail to deliver a parcel.
In future I will phone companies before ordering, and if they use Yodel I shall explain that I will not be ordering from them and they have lost my custom.”
“Use them when I need to order Nespresso pods by phone during lockdowns. They were Ok then 2 months in a row, drivers were claiming couldn’t deliver, lying they’d put cards in door. Two of us in flat and waiting. Redirected to Collect plus as I was fed up. Complained to Nespresso who used a different company, who delivered. Yodel are awful. Now have loads of pods for recycling,waiting for the boutiques to reopen.”

“We have repeatedly been told the driver can not find our address even though we have received hundreds of parcels through these guys in the past. Recently they have lost several parcels and sent more back to sender. Normally this is annoying but I mange to get the send to send through another courier and they arrive but my latest parcel is a very specialist piece of equipment and will take weeks to reorder and I am struggling to get in contact with sender.”

“Yodel failed to deliver, tracking stated "delivered to customer" but it certainly was NOT delivered to me. Tracking stated that it had left the Bristol hub, so got lost between hub and my address. I suggest delivered to wrong address. Requested photographic proof of delivery that they are unable to provide. Ebay purchase so refund from seller is unfair as she fulfilled her responsibilities. According to Yodel the Seller has to chase Yodel for compensation. Left seriously out of pocket”

Driver lied about attempted delivery , although we sat home for the whole day and he couldn't even be bothered to get out of the van!
Will never recommend you, nor use your services. Manager Prakash lied during the web chat, ended the chat because couldn't answer simple questions. Absolutely disgraceful.
