Terrible customer experience! My parcel was never delivered despite the Yodel tracking system saying that the delivery was attempted 3 times and calling cards were left in the mail. I work from home full-time and no one attempted delivery from Yodel in the past 3 days and no calling cards were left. When I called them and explained this to the woman from their customer service she recited the same thing I told her based on the tracking system without offering any solution, declined my request to escalate the issue and simply hung up. So rude and unprofessional! She should be fired and the liar-driver too. They basically don't do what they are supposed to do.

Had parcel delivered to me I never even ordered , nonsense of a firm and they addressed my email in guys name to me who had it ordered to my address in error. Am trying to get parcel back to them or him if he's lucky but they are robotic and not brightest button in box , Royal Mail far better RTS etc .Honesty is best policy but their customer service is joke 2 or 3 ending chat , eventually 1 was helpful lets see if parcel is picked up ?

They are not able to accept that they made a mistake. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Because I did receive an email saying that it was delivered and I didn't get the parcel. No one rand my bell and no one left the calling card saying that they left it with the neighbour. When I contacted web chat they said that Laura signed for it. And there is NO LAURA in my building, which means they DID deliver it to the wrong address! Web chat assistant said that she will pass my email to someone else to investigate and after that I got an email from them saying that they delivered it to the right address to the female in her 30-s. The email sent with a note that I am unable to reply to it and need to contact the web chat again! I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL ON THAT DAY! And I was at home all day. That means they did give it to someone else at the wrong address! Because there are no more women live in my building! And they keep gaslighting me saying we have proof that they did deliver it to the right address and I can't even reply to them. ! Someone brought my parcel in the end and put it on my porch, BUT that person could have just kept it and horrible Yodel wouldn't even believe me. They believe the driver who left it at the wrong address and lied saying that he gave it to me at EXACTLY correct address. DO NOT USE YODEL! They will lose your paecel and blame you for it and gaslight you saying that they did deliver it to you. And you will not be even able to reply to their emails. Horrible customer service. I will never use then ever again. Even though I received my parcel in the end, the way they handle customer service is unacceptable. That Laura could have kept my parcel and I would lose my money and never get it back. So no thank you, no more Yodel for me.

YODELHELL! I have NEVER received a parcel from Yodel without having to go through at least 48 hours of phone calls and emails. Get an email saying it's been delivered, drivers GEO location is over 1 mile away. Still never got my package. WHY ANY COMPANY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD SHIP SOMETHING USING YODEL I DON'T KNOW.

Cannot speak to a human Automation is deaf. I keep saying no, but they cannot hear, nor understand what I am saying. They then say I did not give enough information to pass me to someone and hang up on me. Happens again and again. Useless system.

Appalling. Do not use if you have any choice. Delivery of my son's birthday present reportedly delivered and yet never received. Advised during a pandemic to contravene government advice and go knocking on my neighbours doors and not believed when reporting the fact that the parcel was not delivered. Eventually promised an investigation would be opened and that I would receive a response within 24 hours. No response received. Webchat exeprience deteriorated. Disconnected having been advised that it was my responsibility to sort out Yodel's mess and contact the seller. No apology or understanding shown. Advised that I needed to conduct myself in a professional manner having called the webchatter a "donger". I requested they conduct their delivery business in the same professional manner which seemed beyond them. A disgrace of a company.

Terrible delivery company 3 times in a row delivering to the wrong address. Ordered flowers for wife's birthday just for the driver to caresslesly drop them off who knows where, said "left a card" there was no card. We were home in the front room whole day too! Wasn't my choice to use them, and If you're a business I suggest not using them. Called the call centre no timescale, nothing was provided to get this resolved. Also would like to say that this seems to be an experience a lot of customers seem to be facing, which makes me doubt the genuinity of the positive comments

Was told driver couldn't find my address. Tracker showed driver was literally on my street. Didn't make any attempt to deliver, just drove off. Have never had issues with other couriers finding my address, awful service.

Delivery drivers working for Yodel have average IQ of 20. Yodel as a business is terrible, genuinely need to have a investigation on what the hell is going on.

useless, never tried to deliver never left a calling card said I had used my 3 delivery attempts had to pick up from an hour away driver never got in contact absolute shambles of a company still haven't received my delivery

Spoke with WebChat service to track parcel as tracking service did not update for two days..First time I was told parcel was definitely out for delivery and would arrive that day- it didnt. Couple of days later they said they’d contacted to the driver who has my parcel and asked to deliver this time as priority- it didn't arrive. Third time- your parcel was never received by our depot, please contact sender ....so infuriating. I have no idea which update, if any, was the truth and which was a lie. My assumption is that my parcel went mysteriously ‘missing’- and that they’re either completely useless or crooked, and I in turn am fuming. The transcripts of the Webchats were offered to be sent to my email address, I confirmed I’d like a copy but surprise surprise they never turned up...

Flower delivery was left in the porch upside down hence the box was soaking wet from the water running down out of the vase. It was so wet it is very possible that it was transported that way. Consequently the flowers were ruined. 4 days after complaining to company via email I am still waiting for a response!

What's the difference between Yodel and a Black Hole? Nothing, if your parcel goes near either one you will never see it again. Again Yodel have completely fail to deliver a parcel. In future I will phone companies before ordering, and if they use Yodel I shall explain that I will not be ordering from them and they have lost my custom.

Use them when I need to order Nespresso pods by phone during lockdowns. They were Ok then 2 months in a row, drivers were claiming couldn’t deliver, lying they’d put cards in door. Two of us in flat and waiting. Redirected to Collect plus as I was fed up. Complained to Nespresso who used a different company, who delivered. Yodel are awful. Now have loads of pods for recycling,waiting for the boutiques to reopen.

Just terrible. Out for delivery- gone back to depot- out for delivery- gone back to depot. So after three days of being messed around I decide to collect from the depot, the online page says fine, available tomorrow, checked this morning and now not available until Monday. Oh my gosh, just ridiculous.
