Instead yodel have sent it back to the sender which is 100’s of miles away and I certainly won’t be receiving it this week. Yodel claim that the sender (lush uk) have requested the parcel back which is pure lies. So upset with this company.”

“My package was supposed to be delivered on a certain day. I tracked the package all day and when it there was only five steps left before mine, I waited by the window to make sure I wouldn't miss it as it was an important delivery. As I'm sat by the window waiting, I get an email saying that they will try to deliver again tomorrow because no one is in (despite the fact my whole family had been in all day due to lockdown) and that they had left a calling card. Yet no one had been to the door and obviously there was no calling card. We wen't on a live chat with customer service, and they confirmed that they had scanned our package for away from our location, so again confirming they didn't even try to deliver the parcel. They then assured and promised us that the parcel would be delivered the next day with no problems.
It get's to 1pm the next day, and my parcel still hadn't left the depot. I wen't on live chat to speak to someone to explain what had happened and that I had been told I would receive it today. The customer service person just told he would re-arrange for it to be delivered tomorrow. I declined and explained that I had been told I would receive my package today so he informed the depot. I then followed up by saying I would be making a complaint if I didn't receive it today and he ended the chat immediately. I then wen't back onto a live chat an hour later, where I got told my package would be delivered. The delivery did not leave the depot, and has not been delivered. The customer service was poor and they are yet to deliver my order which is very important. They did not stick to their word, and they keep failing to deliver the parcel. Absolutely unacceptable.”

it's been 6 days of a lot of headache, and no decent answer about my parcel, I was waiting all day at home, I just received the notification your parcel was delivered?!?!? where?”
“Well what went wrong. Tracking states delivered. Well it is delivered, where is it? I have a large laminated sign on my post box that clearly states in red, if not in, redeliver, do not under any circumstances leave parcel unattended or with a neighbour. I have 6ft locked gates after the post box so that no one can get to my door. Open driveway onto a busy road. I was not in and away overnight. The parcel had been in the system for a whole week with no sign of it being delivered and after contacting the sender several time just told to be patient. Well I have been patient. No parcel but delivered..I wonder if the parcel was invisible? How does one convince the sender that I don't have the goods?”
“Parcel delivered with packaging obviously damaged and 20kg bag of bird seed missing . Obvious to driver that was an issue but still left it in my porch contrary to company policy .
When I eventually got a reply they told me to contact the supplier of missing items”
“Received text advising my parcel was delivered...problem is it hasnt. Both myself and the wife are at home and we got nothing. Speaking to an agent i was asked to check with my neighbours...did i order it for my neighbour or are the drivers so ***** lazy that cant knock on the door?
I have however asked the neighbours and nothing was delivered to them. If only i knew that Yodelwould be used i would have never ordered from the merchant.”
“Tracked my parcel, it did not arrive on the day stated, tracking said that there was nobody in and that they left a card.
My wife and I were in all day, we live in a small cul-de-sac and can see all visitors coming and going. Nobody came to our door un-noticed, no card was left now I have had to arrange redelivery. My door is clearly numbered and easily seen from the road, Yodel's complaints system is a farce, get your act together.”
“Excellent delivery every time. The same driver makes our deliveries and is always within the time slot always polite and adheres to the current rules I would love to be able to send a thank you to his depot but cannot find out how to do this”
“worst company i’ve ever dealt with. waiting on and expensive order to the highlands, attempted delivery (apparently), and after missing it due to there being no tracking information whatsoever, i rebooked for the next day. Delivery wasn’t even attempted and after waiting all day decided to contact them via webchat - useless. Was told it was booked in for collection the next day (as per my request as i was sick of waiting), to then drive miles and get told the parcel wasn’t even there. Proceeded to wait AGAIN only this time all weekend, was meant to be delivered again today but again, no attempt even made by the looks of it. No tracking info, no updates, no card through the door. Absolute joke of a company.”
“chaotic and absolutely unprofessional, tracking is no existing as they never know where my parcel is. the customer service in the webchat has no intention to help or find out what is going on with your parcel, they just read the tracking information that you also have access to and read before contacting them. Whenever I see that my parcel is going to be delivered by Yodel I'm anxious. Avoid like plague.”

“Ordered a item on the 4th from eBay with an estimated delivery in 3-5 days, after ordering and getting the tracking number I find out it's yodel,,, immediately I slapped my forehead because I knew yodel is lazy. Now, using the tracking № on there website gives me a time estimated delivery of the 14th
Avoid at all costs due to this issue and past issues iv had like the old parcel been delivered trick when clearly it hasn't
Also the ebay seller going to get negative feedback just for using yodel”
“Left my parcel in the rain. No note through letter box. It was tea bags. Ruined. I was in. My phone number was clearly visible on the parcel. My doorbell works. Dreadful service. Avoid.”
“Did not deliver the parcel but LIED and said they had at a time when my daughter was on the doorstep.
Later a lady knocked at the door who said she had found my parcel along with another half a mile away just tossed in the road.
Yodel are outrageous.
Something must be done about yodel.
Many many times they have lied to people and said they have delivered when they haven't.
If it wasn't for the very kind lady that hand delivered my parcel and someone else's that was laying in the road then we would not have got it at all.
