“Parcel not delivered and impossible to make complaints by phone or web advisor. Phoning is useless as just put on a automatic merry go round This is a company to avoid as customer service so poor.”

“worst drivers, most rude drivers and when they cause hundreds of pounds worth of damage to your property through bad driving and the inability to follow instructions, they will not take responsibility unless you have photographic evidence of it happening!.........shameful company!! would give zero stars if possible. I shall watch to see how they use my email address too!!”

“We have repeatedly been told the driver can not find our address even though we have received hundreds of parcels through these guys in the past. Recently they have lost several parcels and sent more back to sender. Normally this is annoying but I mange to get the send to send through another courier and they arrive but my latest parcel is a very specialist piece of equipment and will take weeks to reorder and I am struggling to get in contact with sender.”

“Best UK delivery service by a long way. Tracking facility is SUPERB showing exactly where delivery van is and how many stops he/she has to make before your own ( updated live ) OUTSTANDING delivery service. Highly recommended”

“Yodel failed to deliver, tracking stated "delivered to customer" but it certainly was NOT delivered to me. Tracking stated that it had left the Bristol hub, so got lost between hub and my address. I suggest delivered to wrong address. Requested photographic proof of delivery that they are unable to provide. Ebay purchase so refund from seller is unfair as she fulfilled her responsibilities. According to Yodel the Seller has to chase Yodel for compensation. Left seriously out of pocket”

“Absolutely disgusting no standards service. Wouldn't give you 1 star in rating if it would be possible. Tried to find resolution , but have to wait till Monday. Managers not trained how to deal with discriminatory situations. Driver lied about attempted delivery , although we sat home for the whole day and he couldn't even be bothered to get out of the van! Will never recommend you, nor use your services. Manager Prakash lied during the web chat, ended the chat because couldn't answer simple questions. Absolutely disgraceful. I hope #VirginMedia will think twice by using your services. Fyi both conversations are emailed to myself.”

“If I could I would give yodel 0 stars. Incompetent, useless delivery firm. Despite 4 attempts to the delivery address they claimed they couldnt find it despite tracking them on their map they were in the same street but had a useless message each time saying they couldn't find address. Waste of time firm they shouldn't be a delivery service if the can't deliver the item. Hopeless firm!!!”

“Lies, lies & more misinformation & then patronised on the phone! It will be delivered, be patient, it will be with you today - I’ve raised it on the highest level, then a different person in call centre we don’t know where your parcel is & haven’t for 2 days it takes 24 hours to find, just wait - I would not lie to you, well someone is as your stories conflict! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!”

“Parcel not delivered by Yodel, who then came up with a range of conflicting excuses and refused to either return the parcel, explain what had happened to it or refund me the value. It was only because my partner had insured it that we got the value of the parcel back.”

“Couldn’t find our address even though it’s correct and a pub the biggest building on the street so you cannot miss it and amazingly all other delivery companies are able to find it..... Yodel are the worst delivery company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.... Been told the delivery would be here today now it can’t come until tomorrow sometime but should of been here yesterday.... This is not the first time we have had issues with this company delivering to us please do not use them to send your deliveries to customers they are useless and it causes more stress for your customers.. honestly if we’d of known it was Yodel delivering we would not of purchased the items from these sellers but gone elsewhere even if it cost a little more it would of been worth it....”

“Could not find address even though all details correct and every other delivery service finds us. Promised early delivery the day after - today- but tracker tells me I am 61st in the delivery list for today, and it is already 1000. This is a car part needed urgently as was explained to them.”

“How do they still get business? Address cannot be found - so, as instructed I contact them to clarify & after around 45 mins of waiting & online chats - am not asked for any further info - just told it will arrive - don’t worry - they cannot explain why a driver will suddenly be able to find the address apparently they just will, guess what another failed delivery. Drivers have no phone to call if they cannot locate you, customer service cannot contact them - ive has this many times before & unfortunately when you order from a company they don’t say who will do the delivery because of its yodel i wouldn’t do it - other comalbies phone or ask for additional info - these people don’t & I wonder how they’re still in business?”

“Ordered some balloons from Moonpig for my granddaughter and Yodel delivered them. The box was damaged and taped up, when my granddaughter opened box one off the balloons had popped and was flat.”

“They said they delivered to a fictitious person who does not exist at my premises. Refuse to show a copy of the signature and say I have to take it up with the sender. Totally bogus service.”

“Parcel states delivered. No option to see signature No option to see GPS location Yodel state use webchat but the service is down. Won't pick up on telephone either. Ebay have not agreed as yodel states 'Delivered' so I'm out of pocket. Absolutely helpless”

“I ordered a present for my brother and it never arrived. Their tracker said it was delivered to a neighbour, but cannot tell me who. Now because this dispute has gone on, the seller won't give me a refund and ebay says I'm out of time. So now I am out of money!!!! Anything I purchase from now on, I am going to ask which company will be delivering it. If its you, I won't purchase the item. You discust me, I hope you can sleep at night!!!!!”
