“Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I have to. An absolute disappointment of a company who fail to do the minimum of what a delivery service should... DELIVER!
Why reputable companies use them I do not know! After going back and forth and expecting a delivery everyday they have now told me they have lost the parcel!
They also lied and said they tried to deliver and left a note. No note and if they tried to deliver it they must have had my parcel surely.”

This is not the first time Yodel have lost a parcel for me and I suspect it won't be the last if cheapskates insist on using this dire method of delivery.”
“Normally I rather write good or nothing. But todays bad experience was not the first with Yodel. I was expecting an important delivery. I even took a day off from work just to make sure I will be at home to receive the package which was due to arrive between 17:47-19:47. Than at 18:22 I received an email while sitting in my living room, saying that the driver tried to deliver the parcel but I was not home. Noone ever rang the bell, kmock the door or phoned me for guidance. Clearly the driver just ignored to deliver my parcel. When trying to contac customer support to complain and offer that I go and collect the package myself as it is important, I felt the support staff ignorant as well. I felt absolutely let down. And again it is not the first time I had issue with Yodel. Worst service I ever received from delivery companies.”

I have used Collect plus for about 5 years and no parcel got missing but Yodel delivering the parcel this time since October 1st
My parcel contains bag, shoes and clothes as Christmas gift. Tracking shows misrouted and redirected until there was no movement inside their sorting hub. I made a lot of calls, chats and emails where most of the customer service are not very helpful.
Now they said the parcel got lost and I have to claim. Not all parcel are replaceable of their claim!
I have entrusted my parcel but they fail to deliver it securely. No one can explain to me how a huge parcel got lost in their care unless someone got interest on it! As they can't explain how it got lost I said it is not lost it was stolen!
As parcel that huge will not walk on its own!
Very disappointing and very upsetting.
Better get a reputable and reliable courier.”
“Parcel tracked 4th January and apparently was in depot and announced that it would be delivered on the 5th
No sign of any delivery driver in 5th
On 6th January checked to find it had been delivered and signed for by someone with initials JS!!! at 1350hrs- no one in the household or any of the 4 other houses in the street has those initials or took delivery.
Complained and learned via the robotic answer service that it had been signed for at that time and SatNav confirmed driver in right location at this time.
Took this one stage further using live chat system and learned that it had now been delivered on the 2nd at 0937hrs but NOT signed for because of COVID-19 restrictions?!!!
Checked with neighbours again - no one has taken it in
Amazingly they will investigate internally by interviewing the driver!!!!! and get back to me via email within 24hrs
So they’ve given me 2 different dates & times for when it was delivered despite it not being in the depot until the 4th yet delivered on 2nd but not signed for OR delivered on the 5th AND signed for
So where is my parcel and what recourse do I have to get it???

“Take it from me I would never use this service. They have tried to deliver something to a normal Edinburgh city address more than five times and failed they are now trying for a sixth time but I have no confidence that they will do so. They have criss-cross this address several times today according to the tracker and are now more than a mile away from the address and no nearer to delivering it I do not know how their delivery system works or how they prioritise parcels but the sixth attempt I suspect will also fail.”

I stay less than 15 miles from where there depots are and the weather is fine, not the first time I've had problems with this pathetic company”

We ordered an expensive TV unit before Christmas and was told it'd arrive on the 31st, they failed to deliver and said it'd be delivered today. I've been in all day and no one has turned up once again. Absolute sham of a company and do not trust their tracking because it's a load of ****. Avoid at all costs.”
