“Yodel has apparently delivered 3 times a parcel but there were any card left. There is staff 24/7 in the building who can collect parcels. When I realized it I contacted customer service on the webchat kindly they promised me to deliver again for the 4th time as it was 23rd of December I asked to add to ring the office bell if none was st home. Ageing the driver said he left a card...no card has been founded. I called them again spoke with a webchat I was very angry as it was a Christmas present. Gas been promise it will be delivered again on the 28th of December...I have been the whole day at home and yodel decide to send my parcel back to the supplier. How can the driver won't find a place where I receive parcels nearly every day without any problem? Where are staff 24/7 who can collect parcels even if I'm not st home!! Very bad and poor service!!! Drivers with bad attitude and not thinking to customers!!!”
“Waiting for a parcel delivery only to find it's been delivered and handed to customer, me, on 31.12.20. Person who signed for it is called Simon. Not me. only 12 houses in my street and no one called Simon. Yodel not interested cos its been delivered. Rubbish delivery company.”

Are the delivery driver's stealing packages? Do I contact the Police? Do I file a claim against Yodel? Will Yodel ever investigate missing packages? Reading reviews, seems many people are suffering this same problem. Just avoid using this company if you're a business and need happy customers, also cannot afford to payout refunds on a daily basis.”
“Very very disappointed. I waited in all evening and continually refreshed the delivery update page. No one ever buzzed my flat or left a card, and the delivery was eventually marked as 'attempted'. I contacted the customer service chat and was told the driver tried delivering to the wrong address. I have no idea how or why this would have happened but it seems to be happening to many other people as well. I was offered no real help and I am just hoping my package is delivered eventually without damage. If you have a choice, do not choose Yodel.”

Customer service useless don’t waste your time contacting them the whole company seems to thrive on pissing off the customer and making sure you don’t get what you want when it’s due.
Also went to yodel depot to collect parcel after confirmation email from company saying it’s ready to collect they were as rude and un helpful as the rest of their staff and took over an hour to find my parcel which by the way was damaged after all that.
Seriously do not use this company avoid at all costs!”
“I am staggered, or maybe l shouldn't be, with the amount of fellow customers, that have been treated so badly by a callous, lying, money before customer company l have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.
A company that lied about delivery, that was told it was on it's way, that late at night, my children were petrified.
A company that doesn't bother leaving delivery card's and dump your parcels outside, in full view of all and in the rain.
A company that lies claiming they have contacted the driver's and depot's to supposedly tell them off and l read, so many fellow customers have had the exact same treatment.
A company that l sent over 25 emails too, whom answered 6 times, each time, their bluffing got worse.
A company that is so despicable, so callous towards what keeps them in business, yes, customers.
I am fuming, l got Resolver involved for support, but they can't do much.
In what has been a terrible year for so many, losing jobs, losing loved one's and yet horrors like the people from Yodel, just take your money and don't give a sh-t !!!
They should be avoided at all costs.
Bad people get found out, so let's hope for nothing but bad time's for a company that should be closed down.

“Delivery driver drove straight past my house. They then proceeded to say they couldn’t find the property when I could see the van from the window. Have now updated to deliver tomorrow, fingers crossed they will be bothered to look for the house this time.”

They never deliver on the day they say they will and inevitable I will get an email to say that they attempted delivery but I was not in and a card was left. Home all the time and no card left.
