I ordered goods from vax and received invoice which said it would be delivered before 20/01/21.When tracked parcel on yodel it said to be delivered on 21st. Stayed in all day but no sign of nigel the courier.At 9.30 looked at the tracker which said it had been delivered. I will have to get down to depot as customer service is hopeless. I have been in touch with vendor.

I have had yodel a couple of times now always from eBay parcels never show up on time and they never tell you the truth as to why saying they tried and no one was there or no access to the property I live on a main road with a none gated driveway so avoid using them wherever possible would give zero stars if that were an option

My delivery never came, but yodel insisted it was delivered! Then I've raised the issue, on a yodel live chat man admitted that driver didn't come even close to my property, but in the end they still insisted it was delivered! Wourse delivery company ever!

Said my parcel was delivered which it wasnt also said i signed with it with my initials which i never do always sign with my full name, my neighbour has cctv so will be asking for a copy of it

Awful service. My delivery came 2 weeks later than supposed to. The customer service is so unreliable.. they will tell you they will do something about your case but nothing really happens. had to contact them 5 times.. it's like I had to do work for them it's crazy. They have some serious management problems, wrong people are the senior levels that's for sure..

these oxygen theives didn't even show up - sat in the house all day, then got a notification saying they been and gone / left a card - nothing of the sort. Joke of a company

This is the worst delivery service imaginable. Three parcels have now gone missing. They say they have delivered and left a card. They haven't. There is NO customer service. Utterly useless!

After waiting over 6hrs for a delivery I contacted customer service on Web chat at 1345hrs who informed me that the van was still being loaded and I would receive an email with a 2hr time slot. At 2100hrs I received an email saying that they tried to deliver the parcel at 1400hrs. Either Yodel is the fastest delivery in the West or someone's lying, I personally think the latter.

Had knock on door with delivery of one parcel. Received an email saying 2 parcels had been delivered. Contacted on Live Chat and said they would check and I would receive an email within 24 hours. No email, contacted again after 24 hours and they said driver had delivered. Interesting that I received an email confirming delivery of the the first package within minutes and then an email for the second one 4 hours later. No help at all.

Dire service. Ordered a next day delivery from Argos. It didn’t arrive. Got message saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver and that I would receive the parcel the following day and that I would have an email with a tracking number. No no email and no delivery! Telephones Argos and they could see it was with Yodel but Yodel hadn’t updated the system. Argos have no idea where the parcel is and is now having to investigate further to establish where it is and when I’m likely to expect delivery.

Anonymous Yodel is the worst delivery so far they never delivered my parcel and yet the tracking is showing delivered. Custumer service unhelpful. The worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0. Lied about me signing for a parcel, customer service wouldnt help. I dont know why companies use Yodel as service provider, it should be closed down, they have been voted worse delivery company and they are not improving. Really bad. Really unhappy yet again.

Email has just come from Yodel at 16.42 claiming the delivery was attempted at 11.40 and that no-one was in and a card was left. Two bare-faced lies: 1. I've been in all day waiting and the door bell was never rung. 2. No card was left.

Yodel continue to throw my packages over my fence onto the drive, customer services are useless and web chat couldn’t care that items are being broken. After complaining yet another package was thrown over the fence. Absolutely rubbish company and I can’t understand why people use them to deliver packages

I was in the front room not more than 5 steps away from the front door. Got a email saying they attempted to deliver. Website doesn't help with contacting at all. Always have problem with parcels coming from Yodel. Don't understand how this company has lasted as long as it has.

Ebay vendor used yodel. I live in a block of flats yodel have used false tracking to say they have attended my address and no one was at home, there is a communal letter box right by the front door (you cannot miss them) I have been shielding since last march and barely been out my door. Their tracking system shows that i was carded and no one was home, when no card was left either. I have reported them to action fraud as i suspect courier theft / fraud as due to social distancing the small item i ordered would have been left in my mail box, i would not have been carded any way. I notified the vendor who has tried to play daft, so have reported them as well, as involved in the fraud, they are delaying repayment as long as possible and no responding to email and requests for a refund, as well as pretending to be daft in the one reply they did give. This is clearly some kind of a scam exposed by covid-19 social distancing and has been reported as such.

If i could give the delivery company 0 stars i would! My parcel was out for delivery, as it got near to me i watched out the window for the delivery van as I've had previous probelms with delivery! As the van pulled up, insaw him get out amd go in to the back of the van, he then came out got back in to the front and drove off! No attempt to deliver at all! They always say they will get it sent out again and the same thing happens! Yodel must employ careless person! Its just not ok!

Awful. Said no one was home during a pandemic. Needed the delivery as it was a specialist car chair for my daughter to go to a her god mother's funeral. I have delt with them three times and its been more stress than I can care for. Shockingly bad. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
