“Excellent delivery every time. The same driver makes our deliveries and is always within the time slot always polite and adheres to the current rules I would love to be able to send a thank you to his depot but cannot find out how to do this”

“worst company i’ve ever dealt with. waiting on and expensive order to the highlands, attempted delivery (apparently), and after missing it due to there being no tracking information whatsoever, i rebooked for the next day. Delivery wasn’t even attempted and after waiting all day decided to contact them via webchat - useless. Was told it was booked in for collection the next day (as per my request as i was sick of waiting), to then drive miles and get told the parcel wasn’t even there. Proceeded to wait AGAIN only this time all weekend, was meant to be delivered again today but again, no attempt even made by the looks of it. No tracking info, no updates, no card through the door. Absolute joke of a company.”

“chaotic and absolutely unprofessional, tracking is no existing as they never know where my parcel is. the customer service in the webchat has no intention to help or find out what is going on with your parcel, they just read the tracking information that you also have access to and read before contacting them. Whenever I see that my parcel is going to be delivered by Yodel I'm anxious. Avoid like plague.”

“Ordered a item on the 4th from eBay with an estimated delivery in 3-5 days, after ordering and getting the tracking number I find out it's yodel,,, immediately I slapped my forehead because I knew yodel is lazy. Now, using the tracking № on there website gives me a time estimated delivery of the 14th Avoid at all costs due to this issue and past issues iv had like the old parcel been delivered trick when clearly it hasn't Also the ebay seller going to get negative feedback just for using yodel”

“Left my parcel in the rain. No note through letter box. It was tea bags. Ruined. I was in. My phone number was clearly visible on the parcel. My doorbell works. Dreadful service. Avoid.”

“Did not deliver the parcel but LIED and said they had at a time when my daughter was on the doorstep. Later a lady knocked at the door who said she had found my parcel along with another half a mile away just tossed in the road. Yodel are outrageous. Something must be done about yodel. Many many times they have lied to people and said they have delivered when they haven't. If it wasn't for the very kind lady that hand delivered my parcel and someone else's that was laying in the road then we would not have got it at all. BOYCOTT yodel.”

“What a pathetic lying unprofessional company who must train their courier drivers to lie on the page because they cannot be bothered to deliver packages. Not the first time I have had issues with yodel. Will now check whenever I order online from a store or site which courier they use. If it is yodel I will shop elsewhere. BUNCH OF TIME WASTING FOOLS. YODEL YOU ARE A DISGRACE BEST THING YOU SHOULD DO AS A COMPANY IS CLOSE YOUR COURIERS ARE A BUNCH OF LYING TWATS.”

“I had a parcel Xmas Eve I was supposed to get a message telling me when it was delivered that didn’t happen when the parcel arrived the box was open it was all wet and the goods damaged he didn’t ring my bell just left it by the door it was Xmas present”

“Yodel is a scam avoid at all costs they lie and cheat to get oust of delivering your parcel they calm to have made an attempt to deliver but could not access my property two times now which is a lie as they have been about 5 miles away each time on the tracker. Don't waste your time with them and buy extension Ebuyer who use them to deliver there products”

“Really angry, I have taken the time sensitive Covid test this morning before 8am,taking part in the current important research project, I have waited in all day, followed the tracking, the driver got within 2 miles of our property, which is not difficult to find or access and then claimed to have attempted collection, NO this didn’t happen, Yodel have lied and ultimately our precious NHS will suffer. In time of national emergency we need everybody to pull together and Yodel should not grab NHS contracts they are unable to fulfill. Shame on Yodel. Was told the Yodel “Covid team” would contact me immediately this was 2 hours ago!!!”

“Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I have to. An absolute disappointment of a company who fail to do the minimum of what a delivery service should... DELIVER! Why reputable companies use them I do not know! After going back and forth and expecting a delivery everyday they have now told me they have lost the parcel! They also lied and said they tried to deliver and left a note. No note and if they tried to deliver it they must have had my parcel surely.”

“Told me it had been delivered at 1400hr but there was nothing and I have been in the house all day expecting the parcel. Unbelievable that people still use this company. This is not the first time Yodel have lost a parcel for me and I suspect it won't be the last if cheapskates insist on using this dire method of delivery.”

“Normally I rather write good or nothing. But todays bad experience was not the first with Yodel. I was expecting an important delivery. I even took a day off from work just to make sure I will be at home to receive the package which was due to arrive between 17:47-19:47. Than at 18:22 I received an email while sitting in my living room, saying that the driver tried to deliver the parcel but I was not home. Noone ever rang the bell, kmock the door or phoned me for guidance. Clearly the driver just ignored to deliver my parcel. When trying to contac customer support to complain and offer that I go and collect the package myself as it is important, I felt the support staff ignorant as well. I felt absolutely let down. And again it is not the first time I had issue with Yodel. Worst service I ever received from delivery companies.”
