“Terrible delivery and customer service, 3 attempted deliveries allegedly (got ring doorbell) and no cards left on any visit, now held at local depot which is in different local authority with different covid-19 level, so unable to collect, finally after 3 webchats thought I had managed to rearrange delivery for yesterday, waited in all day still no delivery. Tracking now saying "short delay". Just want delivery to be made or be able to actually talk to someone to try and sort out. Have contacted supplier to highlight the terrible service from this courier company .š”š””
“If there was a minus star Yodel will get it! Tried to deliver my parcel to the neighbour across the lane who told them I was across the way. We have to isolate due to vulnerable occupants in the house so always in. No delivery and Yodel say itās been delivered to our doorstep. No photographic proof of the ādoorstepā and they categorically will not take any responsibility. Yodel say according to geographic tracking it was delivered, albeit our parcel did go to the house opposite first but wasnāt then redelivered to us when the driver was told we were opposite. Terribly poor customer service and will check beforehand and not buy from anyone who uses Yodel as a delivery company again. Have two journalists in the family who will denounce this company countrywide š”

The drivers are either thieves, definitely liars or just dump the parcels anywhere because they are on a time restriction to get them delivered.”

“Amazon stated āparcel deliveredā. I received no parcel. After 40 minute phone call, was promised emailed response in 24 to 48 hours. I got one today (72 hours). It said they could confirm via driverās GPS that it had been delivered to the correct adddress. Just lies....lying seems to be standard practice with Yodel.
A lovely lady came to my door the day before Yodelās email with a battered and bruised parcel....a hole punched through on one side...she said this had been left at her back door on the Yodel delivery day. Her house is roughly 150 yards away from mine. So I knew Yodel were lying (again). A company that are pretty much dysfunctional from top to bottom. That was their last chance. I will buy nothing that involves Yodel as the delivery courier.”

“On yodel tracking info it states my parcel was delivered NO it wasnt, have now spent last 2 days and 6 yodel advisors asking 2 simple questions, 'where is my parcel and why did delivery driver lie !!!' I'm unable to get a straight honest answer, I did receive an email from yodel customer service, Liverpool (I'm in Birmingham) asking if I'd received my parcel .....duhhhhh no otherwise I wouldn't be spending hours trying to sort it out, the email address from Liverpool, doesn't accept replies !!!!!!! Also when I clicked on 'would I like transcript of conversation sent to my email address' convinently for yodel that 1 second, screen stated no internet !!!!!!!!!!! So now I take screenshots as that happened after each of my 6 live chats. I was also advised twice yesterday by 2 different advisors my parcel would be delivered by 10pm. Still no parcel !!!!!! I have also advised yodel that if my parcel doesn't arrive, I'll be reporting it as theft, I really can't think of any other explanation. My tracking info now shows parcel delivered at 14.18 and 19.38 !!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute farce”
“Yodel said they had delivered a parcel. I explained I hadnt recieved it. Told they would look into it and ring me back, they didnt. I rang them again and explained again, they said they could see the driver had parked near my house and that was enough proof. They insisted my parcel had been delivered to my address. I insisted that I had not recieved my parcel and my neighbours did not have it, I had also not had a note put through my door. They said they would ring me back, they never did. Over a month later I had a knock at the door, a kind man who lives on the next street had bought my parcel round. No idea why they had taken it to him. DO NOT TRUST YODEL, THEY ARE USELESS LIARS!”
“As others have said, Yodel tracking says the parcel was delivered and left in the porch by the wall. Nobody rang the doorbell (I have been home all day) and there's no package left in the porch. How did they get into the building if I didn't open the door?
Contacted Yodel via Web Chat who just said it has been delivered... completely useless. They said they will "interview the delivery driver" and get back to me. Absolute thieves.”
“Yodel have had my parcel for over 23 days. I used web chat and called them just to be told it would be delivered the next day. 3 times this happened. The tracking app says its in their depot yet yodel say they have nit received it. Bad excuses after bad excuses. Totally useless. Pity i cant give minus star ratings.”

“Absolutely rubbish would not recommend them to anyone. Left my package at a neighbours put the wrong house number on the card. On a second occasion left my package outside the gate did not find it until the morning after. Rang the company up to complain and got no were. Very poor customer service.”
