Items ordered and never arrived, yet Yodel claim to have delivered but they were not, I received an email from eBay saying the parcel was delivered at 16.26 on 30/11/20... only one problem I can see... I received the email at 14.03 on 30/11/20... quite how they managed to tell me a parcel had been delivered 2.5 hours after I received the email is beyond me! Avoid this dodgy company at all costs!”
“Their app says my parcel was delivered. I was home all day and at the time Yodel say they delivered, but no parcel, no call and no ringing of the doorbell. I managed to receive several other items via other couriers, but not the Yodel one.
Spoke to their online customer services chat, and was promised they would investigate and respond within 48 hours (it’s now been 4 days).
Spoke to the sender (fortunately a helpful and reputable company), who managed to get some insight from Yodel. Feedback from Yodel is that the driver left the parcel on the doorstep after knocking (which when there is a doorbell?!) and then left when they thought they heard someone coming. Their one job was to get a parcel to a person. (Allegedly) leaving it outside, thinking someone was going to take it in, but not waiting to make sure is very poor.
Thankfully my seller is arranging a re-delivery, but hopefully not via Yodel!”

Got an update at 9:42pm, yes pm, saying will attempt to deliver between 7pm-9pm. So, that means going back in time?
Then, 1 minute after that, at 9:43pm, it says item delivered.
Obviously did not receive anything.

“1. I'm not sure the driver lies or the company lies that they delivered my parcel but actually I got nothing. I wait for the parcel for TWO WEEKS and got NOTHING! And the customer service is not willing to help and if they don't want to help they will just end the conversation by themself.
2. The company just made up a person who took my parcel which needs a signature. And the most ridiculous thing is that at the time they said they delivered the parcel I stay at my home. Why when they deliver the parcel they don't check whether they send to the right place or the right person? And I also highly doubt that my parcel was stolen by the company's staff.
3. If you have other options when you choose the delivery company please DO NOT choose yodel. I'm sure you will regret when you choose this company!”
“I would have left no stars but didn’t think it was an option. For the past 9 months they have been leaving all my parcels from Zioplus at the top of the lane, in the lane, outside my neighbours house. This is despite numerous calls to them and online complaints about the issue and their reassurances that this won’t happen again. My elderly neighbour is fed up, I’m extremely fed up and feel like they couldn’t give a t**s. The parcels which I get from Zooplus are extremely heavy 24kg of cat litter plus tins of food, so I have to get a wheelbarrow to get them. Amazon, DPD and Hermes all manage to deliver to me without any problems. What is wrong with them? I have to use them as this is who the company uses. My most recent parcel ( tins only) wasn’t even left there this time- God knows where it’s been left this time. It’s really shocking that this just keeps on and on happening and I know it’s not going to change whatever else I do. Useless company and customer service in my experience.”

3rd Attempt = Nothing.
This company is beyond useless how any company still uses them is beyond me. I live on a marina and the gates are closed and there is no one there to refuse the parcel and then to be told they couldn't find it. I spoke to their (lack of) customer services and gave them my contact details to enter into the marina, even the client (naked wines) gave them the instructions to contact me, nothing. I ended up waiting around a day for nothing.”

when i checked the tracking the parcel went back to the depot? the next day the tracking shows parcel due to be delivered today later the tracking shows parcel been refused and back to the depot?????? 7 days in total try to contact them they are really busy”
“Had txt saying parcel handed to customer,did not receive the parcel so called yodel and the tracking number did not match my details,there solution was to contact the seller to request refund. Had already contacted seller and they said its yodels mistake. Dont really hold out much hope of receiving my parcel or a refund.”
“Delivery driver stole my PS5, lied about posting a card through my door as I was tracking him when he was parked up I got a notification to say he had left it with my neighbour at Number 21 which does not exist! I rang Yodel who are complicit in theft for high end goods and they lied as well. The police are now involved as there has been a spike in theft of consoles in the last week alone from Yodel.
And after today’s update, because they know the Police are involved, Yodel are now trying to say he delivered it by mistake to the wrong address and he will go back and collect it!
Another lie, been reading lots and lots of comments across SM when Yodel read from the script, next thing I expect to be told is that the driver attempted to get my parcel back but there is no one in! Just as well the Police said they will go get the “missing/STOLEN” PS5 from them!”
“My parcel was 2 days late so I messaged customer service who were very helpful I must say. Parcel arrived then 4 days after the estimated due date which was fine once I knew it was still going to be delivered. Only unfortunate thing was that the box seemed battered, luckily all items from my order where still in the box and thankfully not damaged as they are Christmas gifts”
“never use yodel they hardly ever proactively get to your front door to deliver your parcel if its in a block or flats with intercom or have to park and wait a minute,they like front doors they can pull up to without parking ,i have had 1000s of delivery's and most got here apart from ones sent by yodel they either went missing or driver was to lazy and when i try redirect or re-delivery they do same and never get to my door but DPD royal mail hermes DHL fedex parcel force all find my front door no problems but yodel cant and are just incompetent company grabbing big company contracts they cant even deliver on”

Parcel is delivered to a wrong address, then uplifted 2 days later delivered a few doors down from first drop.... both miles away from house and not even the door number matches!!!!! Just how.... now mysteriously an expensive sought after item has gone missing.... and all web chat do is lie lie lie.... and we have proof of all the lies too which is just a farce.
Depot are definitely in on it I believe as they have been none helpful.
I hope they lose many big contracts after this as I'm not the only person this dodgy dealings have happened to.”
“I've no doubt that some have problems, but this site appears to be the repository for anyone who needs to give a bad review. Speaking of my own experience, I have never had a problem with Yodel. My last parcel, delivered this week, arrive a day ahead of original estimated time, and the driver was, as always, polite. The tracking system worked.”

There were not delivered albeit we tried to contact driver but to no avail
We waited until 9.45pm on the items being delivered only to be told by text that he did not deliver after 9pm as this was company policy
As this was supposed to be a surprise for my wife you can see why I am upset as the flowers will now have been in transit for 2 days some surprise. It has ruined the party for my wife and I.

“Shocking service- had a test to say item was handed to customer but the doorbell never even rang- all I can assume is it's theft. Apparently after calling customer service, the drivers aren't required to even take a photo to prove delivery. So my word against his?

“The did n ot try to deliver but claim they did. I was sitting in front of my house waiting and the driver just drove right by. Seconds later an email claiming they couldnt access the property. These companies need a regulator.
