“They didn't bother to attempt the delivery. Chat service do not have updated status with them about your parcel and call service only have IVR. My first parcel with them was sent back to sender as driver couldn't access my property. They didn't attempted the redelivery of it or call me for access. And my second parcel is on the verge of same today. Really bad service. My personal experience, don't use this service at all - look for something else, something better. I can't post without a star hence this 1 star.”
“I missed my parcel delivery . I went on your site and selected eave in a safe place and ticked the box to say i would take responsibility for the parcel. I then recieved a further delivery note saying I had missed my delivery despite me updating the website. I assumed the update had not been given to the driver so expected my parcel Yesterday. there was no parcel and no card and when i tried the web chat they said a third attempt had been made and I had to collect it from your depot. I reiterated i had asked to deliver to a safe place the web chat operator said call customer service ,. I did that and got the same automated message. 3 attempts go and collect. This is a joke my instructions were not followed I spend 30 minutes chatting on the web then pushed to make a call where you cant speak to anyone only to be told the same thing. What sort of customer service is this. I already have a GDPR complaint against your company for providing my details to a third party . Resolve it”
“absolutely appalling service ! Parcel delivered damaged and i am still awaiting collection for return. Full two weeks i have been waiting for this delivery ! Even the supplier is frustrated as everytime Yodel claim to have tried to collect they get charged.
There is no way to dispute the status on their website. Its a collection of joke statements including inaccessible property (no it isnt); parcel not ready for collection (err lies - it was outside the front door!) etc etc
I will certainly be checking suppliers courier in future - if Yodel then no deal !”
“Yodel driver left a parcel on my doorstep without my consent and it was stolen. Nobody is taking responsibility. I did not instruct for my parcel to be left anywhere and it should have been taken back to the depot for re-delivery. You have to press an intercom buzzer to gain access - I was not home so did not let the driver in. They must have gained access via another property or following someone into the building and to save themselves from doing their job properly dumped my parcel on my doorstep which is not a safe place - it is a communal hallway in a block of flats and parcels go missing all the time. Now all Yodel are telling me is that their computer shows the parcel was delivered.....IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!!! Please use your brains and stop relying on what a computer tells you. Any driver can say they delivered something when they didn't. The note through my door says I consented to leaving the parcel on my doorstep which is a complete lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!”
“Four times driver has attempted to deliver to a hotel which is on lockdown. Big notice at front says 'all deliveries to rear' but driver obviously can't read so puts a card in letter box. There is a local drop off point but he didn't do that. Hopeless! Still not got parcel one week on. How comes all other carriers can read and deliver to the rear!”

“They initially attempted to deliver my parcel, which was a bracelet containing my dads ashes, I contacted them to arrange a redelivery and they lost it !!! I have spent 3 weeks waiting for them to do a manual check for it, so I web chatted with an agent and he ended the call before I could reply and just been back on webchat with a woman and she told me to speak to sender to get a replacement or a refund ??? When you speak to a representative you get conflicting information.
Was told attempted delivery had failed yet someone was home all day and no card was put through the door.
Then half the delivery came the following day and still no sign of the other half some 4 days later, despite it being promised yesterday. Today it's still not on the van. I think it has been lost but being given the run around.”
“This was the 2nd attempt at delivery as the first time they said I wasn’t there and I was, I waited for an entire 12 hours and tracked the driver I finally got to one in front of me at 4.30-5pm and the tracking froze! After many messages to your chat with us they kept assuring me that he was in his way. It got to 9.10 and still no delivery and I couldn’t speak to anyone. What next????? No email or any contact from yourselves”
“First failed delivery due to lacking door code, which I called Yodel and provided. After this Yodel failed 2 more deliveries and cancelled my delivery...Only Yodel fails deliveries to my property hence I will advise sellers from now on to avoid Yodel when they are to deliver to me.”
