“My Majestic crate of wine delivered today contained only 2 bottles. The remaining ten had been stolen by an employee of Yodel. The box seal had been broken, contents removed and re taped up prior to delivery. Thieving scum! Worst couriers ever!!!!”

“Yet ANOTHER shocking delivery attempt by Yodel. Ticket through the door with no info to have it redelivered, delivered to a neighbour or anything! Just the date and a tick saying they couldn’t deliver. Now I suppose I will have to miss the redelivery until they send it back to where I bought it.
If I had known the shop used Yodel, I would never of bought from them in the first place.
This is not my first bad review for Yodel, and I bet the Yodel person who contacted me the last time, done nothing about my complaint. If you are going to message me again asking for details, don’t! Save us both the time!!

“Parcel collected as agreed should have been 2 days back to shop. Took me "chatting" to find out parcel was lost. Then surprise surprise it was found and delivered 2 days later. 3 chats and 1 phone call to complain, no response. Will never use again. I would have given no stars if I could.”
“Awful service, will avoid as much as possible and never recommend. Had a week of "missed" deliveries when they're clearly either going to a wrong address or not coming to the front door as no card left on any occasion and we have been by the front door for the majority of the times they claim to have called. Getting through to a real person to speak to was a real pain due to automated phone system set up to try and get you to do everything through their website. Tracking on website only worked correctly on one occasion and even then seemed inaccurate because the driver somehow completed 36 other deliveries in 30 mins. Webchat never loads - absolute waste of time. Avoid using this company at all costs.”
“Ordered £600 worth of electrical equipment, never came, nobody knows or cares where it is. Advise to you all, if you buy online make sure the retailer doesn't use yodel as a delivery. I rather pay £5-10 more and make sure my parcel reaches me safe and sound, and on time. Avoid at all costs, they should be prosecuted for the quality of service they provide.”
“I would also like to say if I could give a minus review I would! We were told to expect our delivery by 9pm on Wednesday. Like most others we used the tracking link which was 11 stops away around 7pm.
At 20.12 we received an email from our supplier saying that yodel had an issue with our order : Sorry we were unable to locate your property. Please contact us! - tried to no avail! Also our address is a straight forward residential address!!!
At 20.54 we received an email from yodel stating: sorry about the delay but your order has been damaged in transit and unable to deliver. We will inform your retailer of issue and to get in touch with them to rearrange delivery.
At 23.11 we received another email from our supplier to say : Yodel told us that your order was delivered on Wednesday at 21.04. But the Detail Status said: You have collected your parcel, thank you!!!!
I then took it up with our supplier, who I hasten to add have been great in trying to sort this with Yodel directly. Yodel response - The parcel was delivered late in the evening as the driver had a breakdown. Please extend our apologies to the customer for the method in which this parcel was delivered, as this is not the service that we want to provide to our customers!
Today I have filled out a Non Receipt form provided by the retailer who assure me that they will re ship our original order FOC, which is great, but suggested they should pursue Yodel as it all seems very highly suspicious!!! Oh I should mention our order was two boxes of 30 German mixed beers.....I say no more!”

This company's drivers lie about attempting to deliver your parcel. I have been waiting for nearly 1 week for a parcel that Yodel notified me had been delayed. Then I received emails telling me the driver had left a card as we were not at home. My wife and I have been self isolating for the last 7 days and not been out of the house. When I contacted Yodel's driver by text he replied saying the parcel had been delayed because of Covid and it would be delivered either the next day or the following day. No delivery attempt was made but the updated parcel tracking said attempts had been made and cards left. Complete lies. Avoid this company at all costs. They should not be in the delivery business.”
“Definitely the worst delivery company in the UK. Same story as most other people on here. Waiting for a package of Xmas gifts to post home to Australia ASAP. Package marked as 'delivered' - doorbell never rang, went out and checked 10 minutes after it was supposedly delivered - nothing there. Checked with all the neighbours. Webchat claimed their 'satellite GPS' shows it was delivered to the correct address. Driver said it was delivered 'outside the black door' - however my door is blue. Now have to try and get a refund/redelivery from the seller. Probably won't get my gifts home in time for Xmas. Thanks a lot Yodel”
“I got a text and email to say my parcel was delivered on Sat 14th November at 7p.m. It wasn't. We were home and our lounge is just beside the front door. I looked outside and it was not left outside our house. The parcel is now missing. I raised the issue with YODAL who said they will ask the driver. They were closed yesterday so I could not communicate with anyone there. At the moment it's my word vs the drivers. He has recorded it as delivered. I never received it. Am very upset.”

Then message "delivery refused at door" , 10 Apartment in this Building always someone to let in and I was in I checked hallway, no 'failed delivery' note left. A case of wine I will never see nor the sender Sunday Times Wine Club !!!!!!!!!!!!! Not difficult to work out why !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last time , I am live in Brighton, Yodel update arrived Gatwick awaiting pickup , next arrived Manchester depot ,then days later parcel damaged , then item damaged then nothing , I got cash refund from sender; Yodel got the parcel”
“My girlfriend bought a coffee bundle of different flavours for a friend of hers and she’s been out at work at a care home and I’ve been in all day and so has my family, she got an email at 3:20pm yesterday but she only read it after returning from work which was around 9pm. It said it has been delivered to a safe place.....by “safe place” it was outside our next door neighbour’s door, no note was left and no one was in to tell us if our neighbour got a parcel for us, not only that but the package was soaked in the rain, we had no one knocking on the door all day and it was still daylight so my only conclusion is the driver delivered it to the wrong address not bothering to leave a note for our neighbour to tell us about a parcel left on their front door. The level of “care” and sense of knowing the correct address is just lazy if I’m honest, I could’ve not twigged about it and left my suspicions but it just made no sense, I mean it was literally 1 door away from the correct address which is only 3 metres away, how can you get that wrong?”

“Worst service ever posted my daughter's parcel to shop thinking nothing can go wrong seemingly driver said shop not open even when my daughter got a code to collect then it was returned 3 hours later to depot. When I got in touch they investigated so they told me it was being sent back to me well today I live in Norfolk the parcel is Lemington. When I spoke to customer services they said its actually lost. To raise a claim that was my grand daughters Xmas. When I asked about reporting it to the police as being stolen they cut my chat off. Well done yodel. Ruined a, girls Xmas thought by sending it now wouldn't go a miss.”
