My PS5 arrived today!Glowers caused water damage but we can take it away🙈🤣🤣🤣Outer box was saturated a s box inside had been interfered with obv to look like water damage!How can they treat people like this?

my delivery to the wrong address then when I contact them about 10 times anytime I'll give them a call they said we escalating the issue and nothing happened and in the end they told me we did deliver it wrong address but it's not our problem anymore get contact with the seller the worst company ever if I could I would give him 0 star.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and the person who received it even signed for it .my parcel was clearly addressed to me but for some unknown reason was delivered to an address not known to me can not understand why the driver didn’t actually look at my address but followed sat nav one very angry customer as now I’m told the driver will have to go to the unknown address get my parcel back then take it back to depot and then hopefully deliver to me appallingly bad service

Yodel NEVER bother trying to deliver. Been on hold for 6 days Would give ZERO stars if I could. Delivery was sent on 1 Dec, due 4th Dec. Now on 9th Dec and it is still not out for delivery and back on hold. The sender and their courier have reconfirmed the address and postcode lots of times AND given them my mobile number. For a week now they keep claiming address query and have NEVER tried to deliver the package. There has been someone here every day as we work from home. Every other courier service has NO problem finding us, the postcode takes drivers right to our house. Showing on hold at depot on 9 Dec. History shows 08/12/2020 - 19:29 On Hold - Address Query 05/12/2020 - 18:24 On Hold - Address Query 04/12/2020 - 17:42 In Transit Delay - Bad Weather 03/12/2020 - 18:33 On Hold - Address Query 03/12/2020 - 03:26 Received by Carrier Delivery Depot 01/12/2020 - 11:19 Shipment Details Created

3 times my parcel has been rescheduled for a collectplus delivery and each time I have received a message that there was a problem and to call their helpline, to then be told they couldn't locate the problem (the first time I was advised the parcel delivery had not even been attempted) but will try again. I've eventually asked could the parcel by delivered to my home address in case there is an issue with the collection point, to be told this isn't possible. I still don't have my items. Very bad customer service.

Just printed out a return shipping label for the item they didn't deliver despite being adamant they did. Let's see if they attempt to pick the phantom parcel up. If they want to play games, I'm happy to oblige. Should not be allowed to trade and I will avoid all businesses who use them in the future.

I had 4 seperate deliveries with them, never received any, basically when ebay seller uses yodel you know there would be trouble.

Yodel customer services insisted the parcel definitely HAD been delivered to me. 2 days later a "postage not paid. Fee to pay £2" came through my letter box from royal mail. I paid via their website and behold! The parcel was delivered by our friendly postman. Far be it from me to suggest that the Yodel delivery person had put it in a post box after not delivering it. But it does look rather suspicious. So I've had to pay postage twice. What a service. The pictures below show the package with a Yodel label and the royal mail sticker "Fee to pay" and the card that was put through my door.

you lie all the time youve said youve attempted delivery 3 times but i have proof you havent even attended the property, the first attempt i was in the garden when i got the update saying ive just missed the delivery yet no one was in the road or at my property and they would have had to walk past ne to do it no missed parcel cards and usless staff at a call centre who just quote what you can see on the tracking page and quote computer says no and from a script you are the most untrustworthy usless lying bunch of clowns i have evr had the misfirtue to deal with as this has been repeated the previous times ive been forced to use you i accept that its the norm for you. tips for improving service - close down and let someone who can do the job take over

Literally the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. Not only do they not give any indication of when they are going to attempt delivery, but they also think that 10pm is an acceptable cut off point for a day's deliveries. When I contacted their customer service chat, they then hung up within a minute of not hearing from me. And the cherry on the cake was that their chat feedback refused to accept my entry so I couldn't even inform them how shoddy their service is. I will never buy from a company that uses Yodel again when numerous competent alternatives exist.

Again, my review is the same as the rest. Was at home sitting by the window when I received an email saying my package was delivered. No one rang my bell, no package left outside my door. These drivers are thiefs. Customèr Service is atrocious, no way to speak to anyone by phone. I had to speak to an automated type in system. They are still not accepting responsibility stating that the package was left at my door. Please, please dont ever use these thiefs.

Bunch of cowboys. Been told they couldn't deliver as nobody was in. We have 4 adults in the house and 2 dogs that bark as soon as somebody steps foot on the gravel drive. What are the delivery drivers, NINJA'S! Blatant lies. They will try again tomorrow. Cant wait to hear there excuse.

They lied last week, saying they couldn’t gain access to the 24 hour garage I’d used as my collect plus store, today my tracking information has been saying since 11AM there was one more delivery before mine, it’s now almost 5pm!!!! Anytime I’ve been sent something via yodel there has been a problem, this company is an actual disgrace and should be stripped of its right to operate as a courier company abs don’t get me started on the appalling customer service, would love to have given minus stars!!!!

At home waiting a whole day for delivery. They did not find our house on the map which anyone could find using our address on Google Maps. I could actually see the delivery guy a block away on the map in the app, just to turn off the other direction. When contacting the support they claimed the driver left a note which of course is a blatant lie. They then suggested to try again the next day but had no response to how that would work since they could not find it the day before. Tried to suggest giving them my phone number so the driver could call if he got lost again, but was told the drivers did not have mobile phones!

I was told my parcel had been delivered to me on the 26th Nov. The signature they sent me for proof of delivery is a joke. I have a camera that videos everyone who comes to my door. I had no delivery’s that day. I am an 80 year old so don’t go out. I will be taking this further as something is very suspicious.

Absolutely criminal on the 27 of October they said delivered it was not phoned help absolutely criminal again no after 7 phone calls they admitted that their driver was not in my area for delivery by his vehicle tracking he lied saying he left on the porch I don't have a porch still waiting for recompense from this organisation which is bordering on criminal behaviour yesterday another parcel said was delivered it was not again the same lies Still waiting delivery they are the most disgraceful lying c Courier service in Britain absolute lying untrust worthy organisation
