Yodel is awful. They returned my package back to sender claiming they couldn’t get access to address. But the address was a click and collect at a petrol station! Apparently they tried to deliver to the petrol station after working hours on a Sunday, Instead of dropping it at collection point on Monday as scheduled! Then my items which would have been Christmas presents were sent back to warehouse! What a disaster because when I tried to reorder they were out of stock!

Yodel really need investigating by the police because someone is making a lot of money on undelivered parcels, and the grief it puts people through is unreal , they are the most corrupt thieving company you could ever find , please please avoid these people at all costs , they have just cost me £40 on a parcel they said they delivered when they hadn't , they alter there tracking to suit saying its been delivered, and you can't contest this , thus getting away with it.

Absolutely horrible company, the delivery window that they provide you is not honoured, the drivers never shows up and their support team doesn't even know how to update you on the status of your parcel

Terrible company can’t understand why so many large companies use them Tracked my parcel to my address then saw the driver pull up didn’t press to let him in so I quickly opened the gate and he just drive off without even leaving a card never even waited 1 minute the customer help line is just as bad will never use them again

Terrible service waited in all day to find a card behind my door saying left with neighbour, after checking around a few doors there was no parcel. I was in the living room & there certainly wasn’t a knock at my door. I’ve rearranged for Monday so will see if it arrives. Also called drivers number numerous times & not able to connect.

An appalling service awaiting for parcel tracking minus emailed company reply lost in depot question time told to get in touch with the seller would never recommend this company to anyone.

No delivery, no calling card, no answer on mobile phone to speak to courier as indicated in the email stating no answer calling card left please call this number. Terrible service from the delivery driver and customer on line service. Why does Nespresso use such an inadequate delivery company.

Yet another case of saying items delivered but not was in the house on the day nothing was delivered is the company completely run by criminals as obviously the stuff is getting stolen

Rubbish. Rubbish.. saying they made 2 attempts.. third attempt the driver looked at the building and me stood on the door and was ready to pull off until I told him it was my parcel. Sped down our street breaking the speed limit and speed off. Dangerous

Don't waste your time with this company. Absolutely 100% useless. Say they delivered your parcel and say resident has signed for it when they haven't.

If I could leave no stars I would. Supposed to have delivered my new new router on Thursday, apparently it was left in my front porch when I dont even have one, no card left either, customer service are a complete waste of time, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Would give this “company” minus stars if possible! They tried to deliver the parcel to my neighbour across the road as the driver went to the wrong house, neighbour told them we were almost opposite him. Never received the parcel and we are in all the time due to shielding. Yodel takes no responsibility and say the geotracking says it’s been delivered and was left on our doorstep. Which of course the geotracking would say that as my neighbours house is the same postcode due to us living in a country lane. No photographic proof of our “doorstep” either. Terribly poor customer service, person on the phone more or less said tough luck. We will be checking which delivery firm is used for all further purchases in the future and if it’s Yodel, then we will not buy from anyone who uses Yodel. We have journalists in the family who will spread the word about this awful delivery company and along with their dreadful customer service.

Terrible delivery and customer service, 3 attempted deliveries allegedly (got ring doorbell) and no cards left on any visit, now held at local depot which is in different local authority with different covid-19 level, so unable to collect, finally after 3 webchats thought I had managed to rearrange delivery for yesterday, waited in all day still no delivery. Tracking now saying "short delay". Just want delivery to be made or be able to actually talk to someone to try and sort out. Have contacted supplier to highlight the terrible service from this courier company .😡😡

If there was a minus star Yodel will get it! Tried to deliver my parcel to the neighbour across the lane who told them I was across the way. We have to isolate due to vulnerable occupants in the house so always in. No delivery and Yodel say it’s been delivered to our doorstep. No photographic proof of the “doorstep” and they categorically will not take any responsibility. Yodel say according to geographic tracking it was delivered, albeit our parcel did go to the house opposite first but wasn’t then redelivered to us when the driver was told we were opposite. Terribly poor customer service and will check beforehand and not buy from anyone who uses Yodel as a delivery company again. Have two journalists in the family who will denounce this company countrywide 😊

Parcel wasn't delivered, it has now vanished, customer service is a total waste of time, I would not recommend this carrier to anyone who actually wants something delivered,

Terrible company. tracking stopped updating midday yesterday then parcel taken back to depot, meant to deliver today still not here not updated online chat says will be delivered today it’s 21.08 and still not delivered. No attempt no card. This is an awful company where customer service seem to repeat the same sentence. Lazy drivers and awful company this company does not strive for good reviews

Another Yodel delivery gone astray, Yodel even confirmed the address it had been delivered to, no-where near me. Over a week later and still haven’t received anything. The drivers are either thieves, definitely liars or just dump the parcels anywhere because they are on a time restriction to get them delivered.

Do not go with them i was Meant to have a parcel delivered on 26 have not arrived and now they are saying they have lost it but on my Tracking it is at the Depot more like someone has it
