“Yodel stated they’d delivered my parcel when they hadn’t! I was at home & had been tracking it. Live chat unhelpful & suggested I visit nearby addresses to try and find it!! Shocking service.”

“Would have given zero stars but I can't. I sent a parcel on the 1st of November with collect+ unknown to me that collect+ also have a share in Yodel, my parcel was on a 3 day service and as of today, 13th November is still in transit. On contacting customer services was told driver couldn't find address so I gave additional directions but no point because parcel was sent back to depot, contacted customer service they tell me we'll arrange 2nd delivery on 13th November NO attempt at delivery as recipient told me nobody has attempted delivery, customer services then told me that the parcel would be available for collection but the catch is the parcel would be available for collection at the depot by the recipient but he would have to travel some 20 miles to collect so I suggested a re-delivery. now my parcel is being returned to me because its now been reported as damaged. Its all very bizarre.
SERIOUSLY Please stay well clear of either of these two companies, the hassle isn't worth, with them its just continual lies.......will I receive the returned item, probably not but who knows.”
“One star is too much, -5 is more accurate. Yesterday I was at home but I couldn’t hear anything from the driver, just got a note that he missed me. Today I was tracking my package constantly since number 28 (before me) and I went outside the house from 16 onwards. I stayed for 45min-1hour and the app got stuck at number 6. I also got an email saying that my parcel will be delivered 4 hours later so I went back inside the house and still referencing tha app every 3-4 minutes. Well, once when I updated it it jumped from the forever number 6 to “missed delivery”. And I was genuinely downstairs with no sound at all so I could hear. No knock, no ring, no tracking updates. Also I contacted the firm and they said they registered my complaint and I need to wait 24h for response even if the driver was still on the same street and had my package!! And then they hung up and closed the chat out of a sudden. Such rubbish service from both the driver and the call/web centre. I genuinely don’t know why this people get paid at all!!! WHAT A WASTE ON SALARIES FOR THIS!!!”

They wont discuss with me, only the company who booked them who just keep rebooting collection day after day . I am beyond furious. “No well organised delivery ever comes from using yodel. The number of times they move a time delivery slot if you are lucky enough to have one. Once flowers from m&s where I paid for next day delivery were on the yodel van it would seem for 3 days, kept get given a time that was pushed back and back for 3 days! Flowers were not great when they arrived a bit embarrassing!
Today I have a delivery from children in need. Already a day late and it says expected delivery today, and it also says there may be a delay... standard for yodel. Absolute shambles.
Avoid any company that uses yodel!”
