“Expecting delivery from Majestic received text saying delivered to safe space. Nothing and as in lockdown strange as in all day. Checked back nothing there. Checked my Ring doorbell footage no showing a delivery. Advised by Majestic would need to try and contact driver to find out what had happened. Did advise they would replace but so not happy. Still waiting and have had to chase Majestic twice.”
“Dreadful, is the best way to sum up. Keep delivering to wrong house in the next village.
Which is in a different post code and 1/4 mile away. Would suggest location info Yodel used is full of errors, or driver's cant read maps. Put both together you get poor delivery, as parcel drop at wrong property, and then the parcel is then missing. Also a box can be put through letter box when delivered. As for customer service call !!!!!”
“Parcel out for delivery x3 times. Advised that there ‘was a problem with access to property’ on 2 of these occasions. This is incorrect- I tracked van until 1 more delivery to make and I could see van stop in distance and I went onto street to meet it and it drove off! Advised that parcel would be delivered on 4th. attempt but this has not happened. I use ‘Wayfair’ and it is unfortunate that they use ‘Yodel’ for delivering as I shall not purchase from them again. There are many more better delivery companies.”
“Absolutely bloody useless in every single way. Promised delivery Monday to be told couldn't find us but had posted a card through letter box advising we weren't it..rubbish... customer service shocking and not at all,helpful. “Says my parcel has been delivered to the customer handed to the customer it was not it was 100% not handed to me. Been in contact with customer service and have to wait 24 working hours for them to conduct a interview with the driver not on will not buy from a company that use this courier again that's 100% promis”

“Was due a delivery from Nespresso and was following the courier. I could see that he was not going to get to me within the promised timescale. At the latest delivery time the tracking details says that he couldn’t find our property - we live in a small road and every house is numbered. Yodel now say they can’t contact the courier but the package will be delivered tomorrow.”

Yet again, a company has sent a package to me via Yodel and yet again Yodel have failed to deliver. I’ve never once had a good experience with Yodel, always either late and recently, they just don’t deliver at all. Most recently, they’ve told me I don’t live at my address. Fact is, they never came to it, just lie. Plus, my package is now somewhere in limbo between them and the supplier so no resolution, just an even longer wait. You’ve got to ask yourself, what is the point of Yodel!!!”

“i ordered 2 ps5s and 1 xbox series x and all were delivered by yodel perfectly on time and on release date.
Yodel's tracking worked perfectly as well. Not sure about others who have had bad experiences but I have had a perfect experience with Yodel.

Still no tracking update for a day after launch and all I can hope is they get me my console as people are reporting missing (stolen ) consoles already. “My Majestic crate of wine delivered today contained only 2 bottles. The remaining ten had been stolen by an employee of Yodel. The box seal had been broken, contents removed and re taped up prior to delivery. Thieving scum! Worst couriers ever!!!!”
