Amazon stated “parcel delivered”. I received no parcel. After 40 minute phone call, was promised emailed response in 24 to 48 hours. I got one today (72 hours). It said they could confirm via driver’s GPS that it had been delivered to the correct adddress. Just lies....lying seems to be standard practice with Yodel. A lovely lady came to my door the day before Yodel’s email with a battered and bruised parcel....a hole punched through on one side...she said this had been left at her back door on the Yodel delivery day. Her house is roughly 150 yards away from mine. So I knew Yodel were lying (again). A company that are pretty much dysfunctional from top to bottom. That was their last chance. I will buy nothing that involves Yodel as the delivery courier.

Thieves. Everyone has cctv these days. How you think you can get away with stealing an iPhone 12 is beyond me. Said delivered even though it hadn’t been signed for and didn’t even bother walking up the drive to make your lie believable. Absolute tramps. Any firm thinking of hiring yodel to deliver there parcels need to use someone more trustworthy like Royal Mail.

Cannot find house in Edinburgh built in 1993 despite being repeatedly told where it is. Nobody obviously takes notes.

The worst company i ve ever deal with.i received a msg they would be today between 20-22 i was at home waiting and then information we couldnt get access to ur building which is lie that happened 2 times.i ve changed delivery day etc nobody s came in then i cancelled my order get my money back and then after 2 weeks they arrived after 1 month.hopefully never ever again i have to deal with them.

I was given an option to have a parcel delivered to a click and collect location. They then said it needed a signature and took it back to the depot. Unable to contact over the phone or web. Awful service.

On yodel tracking info it states my parcel was delivered NO it wasnt, have now spent last 2 days and 6 yodel advisors asking 2 simple questions, 'where is my parcel and why did delivery driver lie !!!' I'm unable to get a straight honest answer, I did receive an email from yodel customer service, Liverpool (I'm in Birmingham) asking if I'd received my parcel .....duhhhhh no otherwise I wouldn't be spending hours trying to sort it out, the email address from Liverpool, doesn't accept replies !!!!!!! Also when I clicked on 'would I like transcript of conversation sent to my email address' convinently for yodel that 1 second, screen stated no internet !!!!!!!!!!! So now I take screenshots as that happened after each of my 6 live chats. I was also advised twice yesterday by 2 different advisors my parcel would be delivered by 10pm. Still no parcel !!!!!! I have also advised yodel that if my parcel doesn't arrive, I'll be reporting it as theft, I really can't think of any other explanation. My tracking info now shows parcel delivered at 14.18 and 19.38 !!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute farce

Yodel said they had delivered a parcel. I explained I hadnt recieved it. Told they would look into it and ring me back, they didnt. I rang them again and explained again, they said they could see the driver had parked near my house and that was enough proof. They insisted my parcel had been delivered to my address. I insisted that I had not recieved my parcel and my neighbours did not have it, I had also not had a note put through my door. They said they would ring me back, they never did. Over a month later I had a knock at the door, a kind man who lives on the next street had bought my parcel round. No idea why they had taken it to him. DO NOT TRUST YODEL, THEY ARE USELESS LIARS!

As others have said, Yodel tracking says the parcel was delivered and left in the porch by the wall. Nobody rang the doorbell (I have been home all day) and there's no package left in the porch. How did they get into the building if I didn't open the door? Contacted Yodel via Web Chat who just said it has been delivered... completely useless. They said they will "interview the delivery driver" and get back to me. Absolute thieves.

Yodel have had my parcel for over 23 days. I used web chat and called them just to be told it would be delivered the next day. 3 times this happened. The tracking app says its in their depot yet yodel say they have nit received it. Bad excuses after bad excuses. Totally useless. Pity i cant give minus star ratings.

In common with many others, the driver didn't deliver, didn't leave a card, didn't drop the parcel anywhere, didn't ring the bell but DID steal my parcel. I'm sure they're not all crooks... just the drivers.

Terrible Wine delivery from Aldi. For the 3rd time there have been breakages! What utter rubbish Next 3 days they apparently couldn’t find my address. And yet every other delivery driver can! They are completely useless

Absolutely rubbish would not recommend them to anyone. Left my package at a neighbours put the wrong house number on the card. On a second occasion left my package outside the gate did not find it until the morning after. Rang the company up to complain and got no were. Very poor customer service.

I wish I could give no stars! Items ordered and never arrived, yet Yodel claim to have delivered but they were not, I received an email from eBay saying the parcel was delivered at 16.26 on 30/11/20... only one problem I can see... I received the email at 14.03 on 30/11/20... quite how they managed to tell me a parcel had been delivered 2.5 hours after I received the email is beyond me! Avoid this dodgy company at all costs!

Their app says my parcel was delivered. I was home all day and at the time Yodel say they delivered, but no parcel, no call and no ringing of the doorbell. I managed to receive several other items via other couriers, but not the Yodel one. Spoke to their online customer services chat, and was promised they would investigate and respond within 48 hours (it’s now been 4 days). Spoke to the sender (fortunately a helpful and reputable company), who managed to get some insight from Yodel. Feedback from Yodel is that the driver left the parcel on the doorstep after knocking (which when there is a doorbell?!) and then left when they thought they heard someone coming. Their one job was to get a parcel to a person. (Allegedly) leaving it outside, thinking someone was going to take it in, but not waiting to make sure is very poor. Thankfully my seller is arranging a re-delivery, but hopefully not via Yodel!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! Got an update at 9:42pm, yes pm, saying will attempt to deliver between 7pm-9pm. So, that means going back in time? Then, 1 minute after that, at 9:43pm, it says item delivered. Obviously did not receive anything. Very fraudulent company. Avoid.

1. I'm not sure the driver lies or the company lies that they delivered my parcel but actually I got nothing. I wait for the parcel for TWO WEEKS and got NOTHING! And the customer service is not willing to help and if they don't want to help they will just end the conversation by themself. 2. The company just made up a person who took my parcel which needs a signature. And the most ridiculous thing is that at the time they said they delivered the parcel I stay at my home. Why when they deliver the parcel they don't check whether they send to the right place or the right person? And I also highly doubt that my parcel was stolen by the company's staff. 3. If you have other options when you choose the delivery company please DO NOT choose yodel. I'm sure you will regret when you choose this company!

I would have left no stars but didn’t think it was an option. For the past 9 months they have been leaving all my parcels from Zioplus at the top of the lane, in the lane, outside my neighbours house. This is despite numerous calls to them and online complaints about the issue and their reassurances that this won’t happen again. My elderly neighbour is fed up, I’m extremely fed up and feel like they couldn’t give a t**s. The parcels which I get from Zooplus are extremely heavy 24kg of cat litter plus tins of food, so I have to get a wheelbarrow to get them. Amazon, DPD and Hermes all manage to deliver to me without any problems. What is wrong with them? I have to use them as this is who the company uses. My most recent parcel ( tins only) wasn’t even left there this time- God knows where it’s been left this time. It’s really shocking that this just keeps on and on happening and I know it’s not going to change whatever else I do. Useless company and customer service in my experience.
