“Scammers and thieves. For 4 days I have been trying to find out where my package is, but I keep hearing the same "please give us 24 hours" And so for 4 days”
“I wouldn't give them any stars. No tracking update was made and the driver apparently couldn't find my address which is absolutely rubbish and customer service kept ending the conversation without answering my questions.”

My parcel is late and the tracking information is not updating. I used the web chat 6 times!!! And every single operator keeps telling me the parcel is loaded in the van and it will be delivered today. I’ve been like this for 3 days. They keep “apologising” for the delay and they can’t tell me why the parcel is not leaving the depot.
An absolute joke. I’m still waiting for the depot to come back to me.”
“Yet again another failed delivery from Yodel. This time they could not find my property . I always try to check which courier service are used before ordering but this one slipped the net.”
“Gave it 1 star as not able to give zero. Despite contacting them 4 times still no parcel. Each time you chase they tell you someone will be in touch within 24 hours and nothing happens. Would never use a company that uses this delivery service in the future. They clearly don’t care and don’t be fooled by the claims on their website they have a complaints process it basically involves ignoring you until you get fed up.”
“Today( 11/11/2020) at 11.47, the yodel courier has dropped off an incomplete parcel. Before being able to ask him, it was too late as he didnt even ask if the order is ok, he heard me coming and left. I immediately went to call them to enquire why have I only received 3 not 4 products, she (shaheema) asked the security questions and everything seemed fine and she said she will check the info on my parcel, then she said that she can't do that now, I asked why and she said that she needs to speak to the person who's name appears on there. I explained that he is my business partner, I have authorized access to his account and apart from his name all other details are mine and also a second before that she confirmed I passed the security questions, so what was the problem? Then she said I've given her the wrong email address. Which is untrue, as I was able to login on the page with that email address and see my order so I asked to speak to her manager and she refused to put me through. She also then hang up the phone on me, which is bad customer service and its unacceptable. She had no reason to deny giving me details on my parcel considering the circumstances, unless their courier actually made a mistake and delivered only 3 products not 4 for personal use perhaps. I would like to be told what is going on or I will go higher and take up in court for mistreating a customer by hanging up on me and talking in a rude tone.”
“My situation: I order a parcel which is sent via Yodel on the 15th October. This package is returned to sender due to a mistake on Yodels behalf (incorrectly sent to the wrong service centre). Parcel is resent by sender on 28th October. I contact Customer serivces on the 9th November asking for information I am told it will be delivered within 24 hours and I asked her to check that it would not be returned to sender which she replied 'I can definitely say that it will not'. It is returned to sender the next day. I recontact customer service who supply me with no information other than it was due to a mistake and I should try resending again and when pushed for more information since this exact issue has happened twice the chat is disconnected. 1 star is too high for this level of incompetence.”
“The driver lies. He says the can’t delivery because no access on the property but my delivery address it inside of mall on customer launch ( open all day until 10pm ) of festival place ( Basingstoke) and he returned in depot again .”
“We were expecting a parcel and assumed that we would be contacted to give us a rough idea of when the parcel would be delivered.
We had no information, but the parcel was delivered.
Unfortunately not by the driver, they had left it at an address the other side of town and the man at the house drove to our house and gave it to us.
The parcel has all the details correct, address and postcode.
How simple can it be to delivery a parcel, especially with SatNav and tracking devices. No excuse, just appalling.”
“Can not find my address on 2 orders even though DPD and royal mail have never had a problem finding it. This meaning I have to travel over an hour to the local depot to collect my parcel. I was not told my parcel was even attempted to be delivered.
Customer service for this company is the biggest joke I have ever come across. Their automated telephone line is the most painful and pointless thing I have ever used. Absolutely no help to get the problem resolved. Seriously surprised this company is still in business looking at the reviews online.”
“Worst customer service. I have conntacted them 2 times and each time this has caused my item to be delayed.
The customer support team do not understand there own process and are unable to assist with any issues you may have all they can do is tell you what is on the tracking page. USELESS WASTE OF TIME.
Never had a good experience with Yodel would NEVER RECOMEND. If a supplier states they use Yodel i will not purchase !!!!”
“Very unhelpful and unreliable, stated they had delivered my parcel, despite fact I was home I have CCTV which covers my driveway and front door no delivery was attempted.
Contacted Yodell 5 times each time failed to get back to me, when I spoke to them driver had given three different accounts were parcel was left.
They were not interested at all, shocking customer service, I never normally do reviews but felt so strongly about my experience with Yodell.
Poor customer service no wonder there one of the worst delivery company's 😡”
“Totally unreliable and not trust worthy, stated they had delivered a parcel, despite fact I was home, my driveway and front door covered with 24hr recordable CCTV , No delivery was attempted.
I contacted Yodell 5 times each time stated get back to me which they didnt and each time I spoke to them they gave me different accounts of where driver had left parcel, didnt want to know.
No wonder they are listed as one of the worst delivery company's, would never use them, not first time Ive had problems with this company.”
“Not only did they lose my parcel AT THEIR DEPOT but they failed to carry out a search for it, and left me witing three datys for any reply. when I contacted them again they simply refused to supply any information and said they would 'search' for it.
I would not recommend this company to deliver anything safely
and I have stopped doing business with any supplier who uses them.”
