“Promised delivery today, after being on Web chat for 2 days, they said 100% it would be delivered today, none professional company been waiting 10 days, would never have bought anything if I knew yodel were the delivery company, there warehouse is 20 minutes away from me couldn't even go and collect to much hassel, i will never ever deal with any company again that uses yodel to deliver there goods.”

Tracking the van was in Haywards Heath with two more deliveries to do. I refresh the screen and it shows driver has called no reply and card left.to put the matter straight I was at home looking out the front. Camera also on looking out front. No person came to the house no card left driver has lied. Contacted yodel straight away say it’s not their fault and take it up with the company I purchased the item from... err no... so not sure what’s going to happen.yodel say they can then they can’t get in touch with the driver. He was only about 1/4 mile away when he said he called. Why does he have to lie... not good customer service in fact not good experience. I have lost Money today waiting in for the item to be delivered.. why do they lie!,,”
“Absolute Tin Pot company. Several times iv had the misfortune of these being the chosen delivery company. Guess what the same old scenario.... Received an email stating they tried to deliver but no one at home so left a card. No you didn't try to deliver and no you didn't leave a card. Received email minutes later saying sorry for the delay in delivery they'll try in the evening or tomorrow... why have they stated they tried to deliver if in fact they are just delayed... Why people choose to use this company ill never know.”

“I moved to a new house and had virgin media send me a new wifi device using Yodel. The delivery is a week late and I'm meant to be working from home. On top of all this they give me a new delivery but lie about it and don't really send it.”

Second time in a row they have not delivered on the stated day another time before that they didn't deliver it at all. Terrible customer service too as I've not had a resolution yet. They always seem to lie and say that they tried to deliver but there has been no card left and I've been in all day.”
“Delivery driver dumped my fragile parcel in my hallway. Quickly made his way back his vehicle. My husband Slid the parcel across the carpet to find broken glass. Called driver back but was ignored. I paid £29.99 for delivery to the company I bought the items from. Have tried to get in touch with Yodel by web chat, email and phone with no satisfaction. Did manage to speak eventually on web chat but still waiting for a solution and even better to speak to a human being. Disgusting service.”
“If I could give you no stars I would. A company gave me a tracking number that does not match my name and address. Phoned Yodel (after trying the webchat 3 times and no-one replied) and they were so unhelpful and told me they were going to cut me off as I was hogging the phone line, which is precisely that they did when I asked to speak to a manager. The original company refuse to answer my emails so I'm left £35 out of pocket. Paid on paypal and they won't sort it out unless Yodel give me a letter to prove what I'm saying, which they refused to do. I am livid that a company can lie about a tracking number and get away with never sending you an item that you paid for.”
“The whole idea of setting up a business is to rival or better previous ones. Yodel appear to be some bloke with a Trabant and a garden shed trying to take on the Royal Mail. Woeful, unreliable, and a total waste of time.”

“The courier arrives in good time to collect my antigen swab as part of an iOS Mori survey. I thoroughly read what the courier should do to keep me (& himself) safe from possible infection especially important as he had something like 25+ collections throughout today (Sunday). He arrived and knocked,I put my mask on and grabbed the same from the fridge,as I'm opening the door not a word was said,he didn't identify himself,he didn't step back at least 2mtrs from the door,he didn't speak at all but as the door was half open he reached out,snatched the package from my hand sticking a label on it as he grabbed it and turned round and walked off! Not a word spoken,didn't identify himself as the yodel courier and where I live is not withing view of a road so I couldn't see a vehicle. He didn't step back of have a tray/box to put on the doorstep for me to put the package in as per the website and he did not step back,he was closer than half a metre to me. I've come in and washed my hands and sanitised them and also put the mask into disinfectant (Dettol) to soak for a while before I wash it, something I always do when I've had the mask on! I felt,having read the website,that yodels had put so much in place to.protect me and him, yet when he knocked it all went downhill rapidly. Appreciate he's in a hurry as he's got a lot of collections and deliveries to do but that's what he's paid for. I have a daughter with no immune system and do all I can to keep her safe a secure her life and someone like him could have easily put her life at great risk. I. Hugely disappointed in yodel and if I could have given a zero rating I would have done so!”
“The driver came to collect a package, I live in a flat and he never followed the guidelines to call the flat. When I went down to hand him the package he started banging on our key pad and was very aggressive. As a woman on her own this is unacceptable. I suggest someone from yodel looks at their staff and gets rid of this person that came to collect my package”
