“Again, my review is the same as the rest. Was at home sitting by the window when I received an email saying my package was delivered.
No one rang my bell, no package left outside my door. These drivers are thiefs.
Customèr Service is atrocious, no way to speak to anyone by phone. I had to speak to an automated type in system.
They are still not accepting responsibility stating that the package was left at my door. Please, please dont ever use these thiefs.”

“They lied last week, saying they couldn’t gain access to the 24 hour garage I’d used as my collect plus store, today my tracking information has been saying since 11AM there was one more delivery before mine, it’s now almost 5pm!!!! Anytime I’ve been sent something via yodel there has been a problem, this company is an actual disgrace and should be stripped of its right to operate as a courier company abs don’t get me started on the appalling customer service, would love to have given minus stars!!!!”
“At home waiting a whole day for delivery. They did not find our house on the map which anyone could find using our address on Google Maps. I could actually see the delivery guy a block away on the map in the app, just to turn off the other direction. When contacting the support they claimed the driver left a note which of course is a blatant lie. They then suggested to try again the next day but had no response to how that would work since they could not find it the day before. Tried to suggest giving them my phone number so the driver could call if he got lost again, but was told the drivers did not have mobile phones!”
“I was told my parcel had been delivered to me on the 26th Nov. The signature they sent me for proof of delivery is a joke. I have a camera that videos everyone who comes to my door. I had no delivery’s that day. I am an 80 year old so don’t go out. I will be taking this further as something is very suspicious.”

“Yodel is awful. They returned my package back to sender claiming they couldn’t get access to address. But the address was a click and collect at a petrol station! Apparently they tried to deliver to the petrol station after working hours on a Sunday, Instead of dropping it at collection point on Monday as scheduled! Then my items which would have been Christmas presents were sent back to warehouse! What a disaster because when I tried to reorder they were out of stock!”
“Yodel really need investigating by the police because someone is making a lot of money on undelivered parcels, and the grief it puts people through is unreal , they are the most corrupt thieving company you could ever find , please please avoid these people at all costs , they have just cost me £40 on a parcel they said they delivered when they hadn't , they alter there tracking to suit saying its been delivered, and you can't contest this , thus getting away with it.”

Tracked my parcel to my address then saw the driver pull up didn’t press to let him in so I quickly opened the gate and he just drive off without even leaving a card never even waited 1 minute the customer help line is just as bad will never use them again”

“Would give this “company” minus stars if possible! They tried to deliver the parcel to my neighbour across the road as the driver went to the wrong house, neighbour told them we were almost opposite him. Never received the parcel and we are in all the time due to shielding. Yodel takes no responsibility and say the geotracking says it’s been delivered and was left on our doorstep. Which of course the geotracking would say that as my neighbours house is the same postcode due to us living in a country lane. No photographic proof of our “doorstep” either. Terribly poor customer service, person on the phone more or less said tough luck. We will be checking which delivery firm is used for all further purchases in the future and if it’s Yodel, then we will not buy from anyone who uses Yodel. We have journalists in the family who will spread the word about this awful delivery company and along with their dreadful customer service.”
