Undelivered missing parcel . Live chat advisor says driver dropped parcel quite far from your property . But it may be an internet issue ? Kept promising will contact me back within 24 hours . 5 days later still no sign of delivery nor an explanation what happened to the parcel . Very poor service and unreliable .

They received a parcel for me fir delivery "by 5th May". Each day on their App they said it would be loaded with the next available driver. On 6th May, still not received I contacted the supplier who spoke to Yodel and was informed they had had an IT problem but would try hard to get it delivered on 7th. On 9th the App was updated to say they had returned the parcel to the sender! Presumably it is as been damaged in their care! Terrible communication and customer service. Terrible. 0 out of 10, not even 1.

delivered I was meant to have a parcel delivered. I still have not received it. There customer service was not much help. Tried to change delivery address when I spoke to them and they could not change it and then I asked for the parcel to be delivered at a certain time and it did not get delivered to my house. Awful service

How is a company like this still allowed to operate, they said my delivery had been delivered, it hadnt. Says that there should be a picture to confirm delivery, there wasnt. I paid extra to get a saturday delivery only to be robbed blind and when i attempted to get in touch i couldent as there office was shut and is also shut on sundays and leaving a one star review amongst 4000 others probably aint gonna help

1 parcel was suppose to be delivered by now, it’s still in transit and clearly has been lost, another parcel says out for delivery from 7 this morning but still hasn’t been delivered , terrible

Zero stars, tracking finally worked and said item had been delivered, No parcel delivered at the time stated, (we were in.) Contacted via web chat received and email saying they would investigate at the depot. Then a further email to say the driver had made an error and marked parcel as delivered but they were investigating this further and will get back to me via email. No info received and still no parcel! Don't use Yodel or buy from a company that uses Yodel as a delivery company!! Waist of time and money!

21st birthday gift for my daughter. Delivered to wring address. Web chat recommended 24 hours to resolve. Err no call the bloody driver and get him to deliver to right address. Is it that difficult???? Suppose he had to finish early so he could go home smoke crak and get a dick ip his ass

No updates for when it would be delivered, tracking number doesn't work. Thought I had a delayed delivery but wait, don't put the parcel in the open porch. That would be too intelligent. Nah stick in the food waste bin that's a better idea and then not update anything or tell me where it is. I want a delivery not hunt where the special one has put it.

Still waiting on a, parcel for my granddaughters birthday today. Got next day delivery supposed to arrive Thursday. Got 1 email to say sorry its running late. Friday came got email to say its, out for delivery never came. When I looked at status it read delivery attempted and card left as if I wasn't in. No card was left so clearly the driver has gone to wrong address or was telling lies. When people get an update it gives you a choice if your not going to be in so you can update them. I was never out thst day and have no card. Appalling service let's, see if it turns up today or I'll just have to tell my granddaughter sorry your swing isn't coming.

They are a scam company that gives a false tracking system and never deliver items and as for WWW.officeshoes.uk they should be taken to court for using yodel as a delivery method, please don’t shop with office shoes as you will be disappointed and scammed out of money

Sat waiting for delivery all evening, started at 1 of many, checked update and said it has been handed to customer and delivered!! Webchat down as always, no ability to send email. Parcel contains live plants and now weekend they will perish wherever the lazy and clearly dishonest driver has left them. Useless.

The worst delivery service in the UK. The tracking system is unreliable and frequently wrong. The live chat is useless as they simply read what is said on the tracking, my current parcel shows "delivered" (it hadnt been) then, received at depot waiting for delivery. It has been at the depot for 5 days now. I think twice about ordering on line when yodel is the courier. Can you leave zero stars !

Waiting 3 weeks for item then got tracked saying delivering that day. Update said driver delayed, keep looking for updates. 3 weeks later says I have to contact seller because they never had it. Total cowboys.

Parcel dumped over the front gate in wet conditions. Not found until the following morning. Parcel wet and dirty. Not attempt made to open the gate or approach the front door. We were in the property at the time

Email received yesterday to say parcel delivered to safe place - front porch. Certainly not MY front porch. Customer service tell me it will arrive tomorrow. Webchat say it has been delivered. Does anyone know what’s happening. Previous 2 Yodel deliveries turned up the day AFTER mails saying they had been delivered. Hope this is the case this time or my plants will be dead.

Yodel changed my delivery date without confirming with me first! 4 days delay of a very important package caused me an enormous stress! Spent hours chatting to their customer service to get nowhere with the issue! Disappointed, frustrated, annoyed, stressed. Yodel sucks

Absolute disgrace of a service. 1 star is way too many for this company. I ordered next day delivery 6 days ago. The driver brought my delivery during the day when we all work. However, instead of making the slight effort to walk into the building and leave the parcel in front of my flat door (like any other normal courier), the driver left. I then put instructions saying that if I'm not home, then to leave with a neighbour (whom I know is always home because I know my neighbours). The driver called me to say the neighbour wasn't home. I then said, ok, well can you just go into the building and drop off the package in front of my door, I really need this delivery (it was a present for Eid). He said the door was locked (the door is never locked, Hermes had actually posted my delivery in my doorstep that day as well). I asked him if he can just ring anyone in the building and leave with any neighbour. He said NO ONE was home. Then he proceeded to ask me in a rude way 'so what do you want me to do now?'An entire block of flats, nobody was home. I know my neighbours, we know how we work etc. someone was home. I then contacted the company over the course of the week because my parcel had not been attempted to be delivered since that 2nd time (although their policy is that they will attempt 3 times). Every time I spoke with someone, they said "we've contacted depot and they should send you the parcel tomorrow". The parcel never arrived. And the cherry on top was when on Saturday I once again contacted the company to find out when my parcel will arrive. The woman said they logged it with depot and it should be processed within 24 working hours. So that would be Tuesday, after bank holiday and after Eid. When I made the representative aware of their misshapes thus far, she ended the chat. Absolutely no acknowledgement, just ended the chat. Stay away. Nothing is worth dealing with such a disingenuine company. Absolutely horrific.
