First time reviewer but for hey YO DEL boy I will. First of all even the devil will find it hard where to house these decorated PARCEL DISSAPPEARANCE specialists of hard core land pirates. Right inbetween their offices to depots to drivers. If you are looking to get your items DISSAPPEARED then look no further than Yo Del. For Yo Del is your forty thieves so no need of an Ali. Yo Del is Ali's guru. You can be guaranteed with a your money never back guarantee your items will end up a bleeding victim as it is certain to DISSAPPEAR. Whoosh. Just like that. Into thin air. Never have I met a commercial delivery company that specialises in outright and barefaced DISSAPPEARANCES of customer's goods. Not even a pandemic of DISSAPPEARANCES can match YODEL. I supposed they have to somehow pay for all those Yo Del Boys n Girls so your item is their currency. If you need your items sanctioned? Look no further. Boxers? DISSAPPEARED. Bra? DISSAPPEARED. Tampon? Will be DISSAPPEARED even when used. Baby food? Oh that already DISSAPPEARED yesterday. Valuable items? You must be Yo Del to even try such insanity. Once you book online for a pick up even before it gets to their depot it may be DISSAPPEARED. If they ate delivering to you then ensure your post box slot is stuck fast and well cos even your door is at risk of being DISSAPPEARED. If it by holistic chance passes that stage then be sure it will be DISSAPPEARED in a Yo Del Boy depot. There is no reply or rebuff here they can do to do justice to their DISSAPPEAR ITEM malpractises and acts. A massive shame and blurr to modern standards. Even in a 3rd world such happens less frequently than in Yo Del Boy Depots. Most staff are probably high on something called excessive pinching fingers syndromes. Probably never signed any contracts before being employed so they can ensure your item certainly is DISSAPPEARED into oblivion. All other reviews I agree with. No records online of movement after it gets to a DISSAPPEAR stage. 48 hours investigation? Yikes. 48 hours to scamper even further away with your items more like it. Can go on and on and on with such despicable Yo Del acts but wouldn't want my fingers used to type this to be DISSAPPEARED so will stop here for now. Warning: This is not a company in any sense of the words. This is simply a Yo Del Boy cartel to ensure your treasured items is DISSAPPEARED with an unmatched certainty. Do not try this at home nor the office not even in the dessert. Your item will be DISSAPPEARED. God's speed as you speed off to a more decent parcel logistics company. Never Again.

They are the worst company on this planet they have failed to deliver my item no communication no explanation nothing yodel should be shut down this is not the first time they can’t be bothered to deliver the company is a joke

Completely untrustworthy. Full of lies. I was waiting delivery of some action figures for my son’s 10th Birthday. Tracking shows that it’s been apparently delivered to my safe place. I check and it’s not there. I ask all my neighbours and they don’t have it either. Customer services contacts the depot and after an “investigation” the driver vividly remembers leaving it in front of a black door! Except there are no black doors. The door in question is pure white. What a barefaced lie. A lawyer would have a field day in court with cowboys like this. Completely caught red handed making lies up. Of course this may be the business model that they are getting by just fine on. Absolutely atrocious!

Don’t use yodel, the worst service I have ever seen, wish I read the reviews. Never delivered package and said they did. Spoke with customer service they said it was delivered miles away to a different business name and it will take 48hrs to investigate?? No follow up and when I phoned back after 2 days, I was told this happens all the time and I wouldn’t use us, it’s just a temporary job for me!??

Parcel not arrived got email saying left in safe place and card left. I was at home no card left or parcel . No one has knocked at my door at all. Still waiting for reply from them . Not happy at all.

Shocking delivery service - the driver left my parcel hanging on the front door, only for it to be stolen. I did not get a phone call from the driver nor did they leave a card, when i called the driver he hung up on me - avoid them like the plague.

Horrible customer service experience. My parcel has been missing for 5 days and I have been unable to get any information at all from Yodel’s customer service, despite having called and used the web chat service multiple times. I have even been kicked off the web chat for no apparent reason several times and it’s impossible to speak to a human via the customer service number. I still have no update on my parcel for some reason

So far they have claimed they can't find my house - all other courier firms seem to manage! Claim I wasn't and they left a card - they haven't Avoid like the plague - when buying check who the vendor uses, if Yodel do business elsewhere.

Extremely dangerous parcel throwing, just received a delivery by these clown's that was thrown over a simple front gate,the parcel was marked as containing chemicals (rubbing alcohol) marked in LARGE WORDING, HANDLE WITH CARE, sadly I Will have to avoid retailers that use this firm of idiots,there are fair superior delivery companies out there t use, Amazon sellers take note and act now

If I can give no star, I would. In their tracking system, they can claim they have made delivery attempts. However, the delivery attempt DID NOT actually take place. I was in my flat all day waiting for this parcel.

Can not be worse. I am going to pick up my parcel from depot no one opens the door. Calling and they say come Monday!!!! I am going there 10 miles to collect says come Monday!!!! I am working have no time!!! And just for collecting my parcel going on Saturday and on the internet shows open between 10-12 and no one let me in!!! Is this a joke?? Are joke guys??? Are you sure you are professionals and 3 months ago you lost my package!!!

Twice in a row I have had an order sent out to me a new glass bowl for my slow cooker. Twice it has arrived completely smashed to bits. When you complain to them they will not return/collect the item on the second occasion I opened it in front of the delivery driver he would not take it back he told me it was mine to deal with. Very bad company they care completely nothing about your goods or the goods that they are delivering. They carry your parcels all around the Country before they even reach you. The tracking is non-existent they Show you a map of where the driver is it never changes he/she he’s always in the same location. My delivery arriving four 2 o’clock arrives at 8 o’clock at night. Broken beyond repair completely useless and then I am left to discard of it.

Ordered a motorcycle helmet off eBay and 13 days later it's still not arrived. Had 3 different delivery dates and obviously nothing turned up. Then an email to say it's been lost in transit. Then after that another delivery date and guess what it didn't turn up. The online chat service is absolutely useless as you chatting to someone in India. Yodel are thee worst unreliable useless hopelessly inadequate company I've ever had the unfortunate experience with of over 20 years of buying online. I could scream and shout at them for being so incompetent grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Two of my parcels are missing because of this company and it's bad courier service the driver that comes to wv2 area puts the parcel outside and when I go to check it it's not there and that's how I didnt get a refund of £138 and now because of this I always tell the seller when I'm going to buy something that dont send it through yodel because of this reason.

Customer services delivery I wanted to track my parcel so that I didn't have to wait in but all the information I found was "your parcel is at our delivery depot this was 6AM this morning it is now 14.27PM and the message is the same the delivery depot is approx 8 miles from me they will not give anymore info and when I rang the agent was in South Africa not amused she said "you will just have to wait " !!! Absolutely disgraceful service! Paid for next day delivery for a suitcase for my dad and the delivery was dispatched by supplier on time and reached depot on time. Said out for delivery but the driver who I was tracking ALL day as my dads flight was literally the next morning took ages and when he got half way through his deliveries just took everything back to the depot and my “due to be delivered today” on the tracker changed to “thanks for choosing a different delivery date” WHICH I HADNT DONE!!! By this time it was 8pm there was nobody to contact and complain to and I had to pack my dads things in his broken suitcase for his flight the next morning. Absolute disgrace! Can not believe how unreliable this service was! I wish a company like Tripp would use a better courier service!!! God knows when it’ll actually come now but what’s the use?!

Another farce by Yodel. They continued to lie about not receiving the parcel from the supplier even though the supplier had proof they Yodel had it. I suggest that Yodel investigate this properly but doubt they will even do that. I believe that the parcel has been stolen as it was expensive specialist dog food. The responses from Yodel are downright unprofessional and the costs are borne by the sender. I do not know why companies use Yodel. I now check each company to see who their courier is as I will not use those companies that use Yodel as the courier.

Very poor experience with yodel, having paid six pounds for delivery of an item they emailed to say parcel was being delivered on 14/04 in the afternoon. I work from home no parcel was delivered and I get an email saying it has been. Have chased this up and customer support said it has been delivered, when it clearly hasn't, I am still awaiting a resolution that I doubt I will get
