“I was tracking a delivery Saturday night and the system said it was round the corner and 1 delivery before me. Then it said Delivered Left in Porch. I have no porch and there was no delivery. I am now caught in a Customer Service black hole between Yodel (useless on every level) and In The Style who say they have to wait for feedback from Yodel. Catch 22 anyone? I actively avoid buying from retailers who use Yodel.”

“Parcel ‘in transit’ but untraceable. Had paid for next day delivery due to impending holiday, now having to rush out and buy on high street. What a shambles, they deserve to go bust.”

“In the space of 3 weeks I've had 4 parcels not delivered - 2 already declared lost - the rest STILL in transit two weeks later. Totally given up with Yodel and the website has been down twice in 3 days 🤦 sort it out Yodel - off back to Evri - you've cost me a fortune!!!”

“Can't use app, Web page or customer services. What an absolutely useless company. I'm told to check by company from whom i ordered goods but how. I'll never use thiscompany again orbuy from company who use yodel. Don't know when or if goods will be delivered”

“We were expecting a delivery and have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 day and no response as been doing routine maintenance for 3 day yodel are rubbish I should have learnt my lesson as this is not the first time being messed around by yodel but will be the last.”

“Avoid them like the plague. No tracking, no telephone support, no Web chat, no way to find out what's going on when they don't fulfil your delivery. Unthinkable for a modern courier business.”

“Supposed to deliver 4 days ago website is down and no one available to talk to this is hardly the way to run an international business ordered perishable goods so hopefully they will get up and walk here on their own delivery doesn't exist in this business they just get paid for receiving an item with no intention of delivering”

“Paid for next day delivery on Friday and it was out for delivery on Saturday then nothing, no updates and can't check because the system is conveniently down when a lot of people's parcels have gone missing. Ordered a pair of doc martens so wasn't something cheap either”

“Flowers sent to me after a bereavement were stuffed in a hedge & completely ruined by the time I found them as NO card had been put through my door. The most upsetting thing was that I hadn’t thanked the senders for their kindness as it was 16 days before the flowers were found. Yodel’s service is appalling; I would not order anything if it had to be delivered by them.”

“Absolutely aweful from minute one, I run a small sideline and this is the first time I have received (or should I say not received) supplies via yodel. The relationship with my supplier is now low because of them. Stuff was meant to be delivered Friday and customer service says “it’s out for delivery!” What a load of rubbish !! that was Friday , i am 8 miles from the hub and offered to pick up but no one home , is anyone home at yodel, is anyone interested , if you have shares in this misfit then sell now … it is so bad bad bad !! No customer service !! Their response to our problems is to shut down the website … there is no issue they just do t want you to know how bad it really is !!!”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service. Late delivery. No tracking, no web chat, no telephone option. How these companies manage to operate is beyond me. If you ever get the chance to find out who the courier are and it’s Yodel, do yourself a favour and avoid the purchase. They are an absolute shambles.”
