Driver arrived at the door, driver got out of the van,driver searched in the van, waved to my wife to go away from the closed window, got back in his van cab, driver started up and drove away, next thing, email arrived to say parcell delivered without signature. This parcel we didnt recieve was a pulse oximeter, huge stress caused. Yodel, your drivers are liars. OH and only gave one star because I had to, so it will allow me to do this review, otherwise zero.

yodel are absolute rubbish ,i am still waiting for ppe items ordered a long time ago, i have even had yodel email me asking for the details to resolve the issue after i wrote a bad review on another site ,and guess what ive had no reply ,the tracking system is a waist of time ,i have ordered items from other sellers much further than my ppe items and they arrived when they said they would ,yodel are a complete waist of time ,well yodel would you like to contact me again making more false promises

Yodel are quite frankly just a bunch of lying scum, claim they have delivered when we can prove they never set foot on our premises, retailers NEED to stop using yodel and customers should stop using anyone that uses yodel.

Yodel is the worst delivery service in the world , incompetent company , been sent post 3 times and 3 times they have been unsuccessful saying can't access building when the door is clearly opened , then they want me to drive 40 miles to a service depot to collect it when they are suppose too. Disgrace ! A carrier pigeon would be more useful than yodel can't even give delivery drivers a contact number to call customer . The next time i buy something from someone , if they use yodel im cancelling it and getting a refund ASAP ! YODEL = INCOMPETENCE

was left shocked and intimidated at the fareham service centre by an employee who reduced me to tears with his bullying telling me that he would not authorise any collection by myself and i would loose the parcels i was trying to collect he was rude and a bully and i do not think it is safe toreturn

I was tracking my parcel had been waiting all day for it and all of a sudden it said it was delivered. Due to covid they didn’t need a signature so they decided to take it for themselves. Contacted customer service as I know they were still in the area but nothing they told me to get in contact with the people I bought it off to try and resolve the problem instead of just calling the driver which would have been easier. Never use them if you have the option please this was my first time and last. companies and people will just loose out on money.

I contacted Yodel on 2 different days to change my delivery address as I no longer live at the address originally provided. 1st day I was advised they couldnt as they hadn't received parcel yet. Next day (after receiving parcel) they said they couldnt until either the delivery date (delivery date was that day) had expired or they had one failed delivery attempt. I was assured that as the local depot hadn't received my parcel the delivery would not happen on that day and to call the following day to change address. Well to my surprise (not) they delivered to address I asked them not to and it was accepted! Same thing happened with another order with DPD and with one click of a button, my address was changed and item delivered the following day! Yodel is outrageous!!

I checked the progress of my parcel history out of curiosity at 8.35pm and it said it had been delivered, accepted and signed for at 8.23. Which is odd because I was watching TV in the front room for the last hour and heard no knock at door and there was not even a slip to say they had been. Webchat is not working. Started reading these reviews when I was trying to work out what had happened and looks like everyone is getting the same treatment. My only hope now is to get a refund from the company I bought the package from.

Terrible company. Ordered an item of eBay and unfortunately used this courier. Was suppose to arrive on Saturday 4th April, the delivery was pushed back and back till the 7th April. Got a notification saying it had been delivered. Which it hasn’t and I still have no idea where my parcel is. Can’t get hold of yodel as they have turned of there phone lines and the webchat won’t connect!

I ordered a few items from eBay on the 30/3. The seller dispatched said items and told me they would be here by the 3rd and still no items. I contacted the seller asking who was the carrier and was told it was Yodel so yodel have either lost them or they don’t really care if you get your items or not. Absolutely appalling from such a large company

Parcel was left in a lift. The individual buzzed my flat number and I offered to come down and collect, whilst making sure I kept a safe distance to protect delivery driver and myself due to corona virus outbreak. The driver offered to come up to flat, but left it in lift instead. This is evidently unacceptable.

Had the same experience that many others have had. Tracked the courier through the day and eventually was the next delivery and noted courier was just a minute away. Went to front window ready to receive delivery but no courier arrived. Suddenly tracking stated delivery refused at door when no courier had turned up at my address. Also noted that the courier got through previous drops suspiciously fast. Possibly too many deliveries to do and courier fatigued, coupled with poor management and quality control. My heart did sink when I learnt Yodel were the couriers as I would never choose to use them personally. I was not disappointed they failed miserably. All other courier firms have been amazing particularly DPD and Amazon.

Just don’t dump the package at the side of the house/ in front step. Try the door bell or knock. I can send you instructions on how to do both if it’s beyond your driver.

Dont ever use this company! TWICE now yodal failed to deliver what was ordered and they then lied and said the delivery was refused at the door when this was not true nothing was refused we didnt even see them. this was on 6th and 7th april. Then tried to speak to them in webchat as there was no number to call and basically got fobbed off and told to speak to the company we ordered from. There was no option whatsoever to get what was ordered re delivered. Disgusting service and will never be using them again. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I don't usually write reveiws but in this case I felt it my duty. The delivery driver tried to ram my newly painted electric gates open with his trolley.. I politely asked him to back away from the gates before he broke them.. He then grabbed the large bag of dog food and proceeded to throw the package into the middle of my drive.. I then asked him to deliver it to the porch which he said he couldn't do because of social distancing another excuse for not doing his job probably. Sooo angry rude and unhelpful man and not what I paid delivery for.. I have complained in 3 difference places so I do hope the drive gets reprimanded for this but I sadly doubt it.. Don't bother using this company if you are a company.. You will have No customers left..

Parcel not turned up, lied to by muppet on web chat , never use yodel . They are useless . Tracking number said parcel collected on 29 March customer service said it was collected today 7 April so either way they are liars

Yodel is the worst company ever and lie to customer’s. Spoke on web chat about a 4 day late parcel which has still not been delivered. According to the tracking number it was collected on 29 March for delivery by 3 April yet yodel say they collected it today 7 April. Tracking number said it’s in transit for last 7 days, hate being lied to by some muppet called Rupesh on web chat. Either tracking number is a lie or service is a lie. Will NEVER EVER USE Yodel , service sucks
