According to the driver who didn't attempt to deliver my parcel yesterday I have moved house. The parcel has now been sent back to the supplier, I am worried that they too may have moved without there knowledge and that my parcel will disappear.

you have had my parcel at Your depot for 8 days now without movement. Every parcel you have ever delivered to me was not delivered the correct day and had to chase. Pathetic delivery company how you stop in business I do not know 😡

Horrible experience. Have hardly ever seen such incompetence. No on to contact once your package is not delivered and the website constantly claims a delivery attempt was made. I have security cams and on none of them can the delivery attempt be seen on the day in question as well as the fact that i was at home for said days.

I've been waiting for a delivery for the last three weeks. It was last tracked "in transit" two weeks ago and nothing has been tracked since. I ordered another package on the same day which was delivered two weeks ago so they've clearly lost or can't be bothered to deliver this one. When their webchat finally connects, no one answered me and I was left talking to myself and ended up cancelling the chat, I guess they didn't know what lie to tell me! Ive contacted the company I ordered from for a refund as I clearly won't be receiving the package now Yodel has decided to keep it or lost it. The company I ordered from also said they tried to get in contact with yodel and would tell me when they got a response which obviously never came. Yodel can't even reply to the companies that hire them. Terrible customer service, no way to get in contact with them. Sometimes other delivery companies are late or misplace it but at least you can get in contact.

Said the delivered but they didn’t I have video door bell plus the fact I was cleaner window next to front door and still made to feel a liar no delivery van or car on my street and I’m disgusted the driver lied and said it was delivered that is twice yodel has done this to me avoid this company they can’t be trusted

Said delivered but no signature due to Covid . My son was walking dog saw guy leaving porch with nothing in his hands but no delivery in porch!! Contacted them and they have said delivered !! Think pretended to deliver and took my item . No doubt will appear on eBay !!

First time getting a delivery from Yodel, not surprised to find myself here confirming everyone else's opinion. Waited all damn day for a package that I've been waiting two weeks for in the first place. Royal Mail and Amazon both managed to deliver parcels to this household today, but no sign of this piece of filth company. Utterly useless, will be cancelling all future orders if I find out a company uses Yodel. Paired with Very.co.uk, which makes a hell of an abysmal combination. Pathetic crooks through and through.

Mentioned that my parcel had been delivered, when it hasn’t, I had been tracking it for 30 minutes prior and was in the garden at the time they said it was delivered. Shame that the company I use have to use this courier service as they are extremely poor!!!! Get yourself some decent delivery drivers who are not taking your deliveries for granted.

Tracked item all day and when it stated I was next delivery stood by the window of my small apartment block awaiting vehicle. Then got message stating packaged was delivered! How? No van/person entered the car park, no-one buzzed my flat. lContacted webchat and they advised to get in touch with the company who sent item - then added that the driver had delivered the item to a 'red house'. How could they have mistaken a red house for a grey apartment block is beyond me!! I'm in long-term isolation so can't go out looking for a 'red house' in the vicinity to try and retrieve parcel. Yodel has a dreadful reputation that seems well-deserved and will now avoid traders who use their service.

Terrible service. Driver never knocks or rings doorbell and it's always difficult to contact them. Their calling card never has any details left on it. Sellers, boycott Yodel please.

Parcel should have been delivered Saturday then received message at 8. 30pm saying delivery is late. Heard nothing since & no delivery, can't get through to webchat and doesn't recognise delivery number. Expensive item and no idea where it is & if it will be delivered at all. No customer service whatsoever.

I recently had a planned delivery of a pram for our soon to be new arrival and the item was apparently delivered but it was not the item was shown as being delivered at the wrong address and now I’m being told by yodel that there’s nothing they can do until the company I purchased from contacts them showing a lack of care towards customers and a disregard of care by there driver who either wanted to just get paid and scanned the delivery as completed so they could or left my item infront of the wrong house which even with the current virus outbreak is not how it should be done and they should step back and still ensure the item is with the correct resident or at least learn to read numbers so they can tell it’s the wrong house. Or even worse the possibility that the they are employing drivers who are stealing people’s hard earn items.

Not able to help when my delivery was going to wrong address. DPD is able to track their drivers and stop the delivery and delivery the next day unfortunately Yodel doesn’t care about customers that much. Their customer service is a joke as the chat barely works and the agent takes over 20 minutes to response. Their phone line is only robot who wasn’t able to even find my delivery with tracking number. Waiting for each answer on chat over 5 minutes and my last message was ignored over 20 minutes then I end the chat. Chaotic and careless company! Extremely disappointed!!!!

Awful customer service on the WebChat. Basically try to fob you off with a multitude of excuses. I contacted initially to advise that tracking system showed item delivered (Posted through letterbox), but as we are self-isolating and had not left the house it definitely had not been delivered. Suggested I contact neighbours, check driveway etc etc. Said that due to current COVID-19 situation, often leave parcels with neighbours. I queries this, and explained other couriers knocked on door, kept 2 metres apart and watched item being picked up from doorstep. I asked (if as suggested my item had been left with neighbour), why a 'card' had not been posted through letterbox? Answer ....... we often leave the card with the neighbour also??!!??!! What!!??!!?? I could smell the 'BS' a mile away, when I pushed for clarification as to why they would do something as stupid as this, the Agent simply terminated the call abruptly. Within the hour, the courier driver, a very pleasant individual called by and explained that he had mistakenly dropped it off at a similar address on the estate.

Have been waiting for a parcel which was out for delivery on Saturday It didn't arrive and thee tracking app said it would arrive today and it didn't to make matters worse they drove past my house on the way back to their depot. They give their drivers too many drops and they run out of time. Awful company and you cannot speak to anybody

I was promised my order on Tuesday from 7am-9pm, so I kept an eye on the tracker. The driver was up the road for 3 hours, then it said attempted delivery, which is a lie as I was in all day and didn’t hear the door go at all! Awful service! just because they can’t be bothered to do all the deliveries!!
