Ive been left a parcel on my door step. Its not mine or for me. Trying to report it or speak to anyone is impossible.. It is stll their if its stolen i dont care. Why should I ??

It's says they missed me , i am at home , i was home all day waiting for my parcel all day , and they say i'm not at home , the driver diden't even came at the door... Unbelivebel

This should be no stars. I am at home self-isolating. There is a notice on the door explaining that I do not open the door and asking drivers to leave deliveries in the porch and ring the bell to let me know. I then received an email notice from Yodel saying "We tried to deliver your parcel but it was refused at the door due to damage. Please contact the sender with any queries." This is a complete fabrication. No one came to the door or attempted to deliver the item. It's not the first time I've had this experience with Yodel. Still trying to sort this out, no thanks to their so-called customer services. Shockingly awful company.

Appalling company. I am unable to go out because of COVID-19, but Yodel website indicates that the driver tried to deliver my parcel but could not. That is a lie. The worst delivery company, and I shall not use the supplier again because, unbelievably, they still use Yodel. Incidentally, I paid extra for next day delivery and that was four days' ago.

Tracking says delivery was attempted and a card left on Thursday, Friday (a bank holiday) and Saturday. Only one card has been left and that was on Monday (also a bank holiday) but no details were completed on said card. Webchat is almost permanently unavailable and next to useless when you do get through, can't reach Customer Services by telephone because they won't reconfigure their call handling to support people working from home, no response to Twitter DMs and the driver isn't answering his phone. And people wonder why I recommend avoiding Yodel like the plague! Bonus points: The item I'm expecting is irreplaceable if it's been "lost", as the supplier has no further stock left to be able to send a replacement.

Recieved an email informing me that my package has been delivered via the tracking number. No package was delivered at all. Web Chat was unavailable. Could not find an email address to follow up on

Item was meant to be delivered on friday.. I was tracking my order over an hour to keep track on what time is was arriving... there was 11 more drops before me... so I screen shot it.... just incase any probs.... 5 mins later it said delivered at 14.22.... unable to sign....which was a total lie as I was in all day.... no card through the door...nobody came to the door..... I contacted yodel by web chat.... was told we cant contact the driver.... was told it had been delivered which I told them it hadn't... and for me to contact littlewoods...... this tuesday absolutely the worst courier company going......

This is not the first time I have to deal with Yodel, I am cancelling my customer with Thompson and Morgan for using them who are clearly Liars, As with other reviews I was expecting a parcel and I live in a bungalow with my wife, son and 2 dogs, I am housebound. NO Card or delivery twice and stated premises closed. Do not complain to Yodel just simply do not buy from a supplier who does not yodel and tell them WHY. Eventually this will do the trick

Very efficient service delivered promptly in strong box, so no breakages. One small item was missing and I assumed it was not available. Only today, several days after the delivery, an email has come asking for feedback and referred to a second parcel. So far, so good.

DRIVERS ARE BASICALLY LIARS, EXPLOITING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC BY SAYING SOMETHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED WHEN IT HASN'T. CCTV PROVES THAT THEY NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. WE ARE ALL SELF ISOLATING SO HOW DARE THEY SAY NO ONE IN - DELIVERED. APPALLING COMPANY THAT I WOULD NEVER EVER USE AGAIN AND THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD

yodel is the worst company i have ever used.i bought masks from ebay and paid them £ 49. one day I checked the track number and saw that it was delivered but I didn't receive anything, I chatted with them and instead of contacting the driver and asking what happened, they told me to contact the seller and I did it, but the seller did not believe me. I don’t understand why such a company like this is still working. Someone should do something to close this company. I lost my money because of ignorants who can't do their job

I recieved my littlewoods parcel today, delivered by Yodel. As I have asthma and COPD I am isolating for 12 weeks. The delivery driver asked me to sign for the package but obviously I didn't want to touch anything that I didn't need to so I asked him to sign for me, he got annoyed and said, quote ' it's all going to change next week and you won't get your parcel if you don't sign' To which I replied, I'm pretty sure that would be illegal, he walked away laughing and muttered something that I couldn't hear. It is bad enough that we have to take such care over our health and have to self isolate we don't want to have to deal with smart ass delivery drivers as well!! Sort it out Yodel, tell your delivery drivers we do not have to sign for packages during the coronavirus!!

Driver lied and said a package was delivered. Now customer service won't help because it's 'out of their hands'. What an abysmal service. Why would any business choose to work with these people?

Untrustworthy, lie at every opportunity given to fix their issues. Driver has stated “unable to locate property” two days in a row now. Spoke to someone yesterday on the web chat, gave a detailed description of the house and location, they sent these over to the driver. Same deal again. Went to the depot to speak to someone in person as they wouldn’t give me a phone number for the driver, but they are shut to the public because of Covid-19. I just hope the driver doesn’t lie again on the third attempt and say I refused to accept delivery, because then the company I ordered from will have my money on hold. Would give Yodel a 0 if I could because to get any stars, they should be able to deliver as that is the whole point of a delivery service. If I could meet the driver somewhere or pick up from the depot I really would, but that isn’t an option available to me either.

We have been waiting for a delivery from yodel and the map was showing they were 3 streets down from us and without even trying they put ‘unable to deliver’ it is impossible to speak to a human and it says ‘I am sorry we can’t deliver’ they have all our details and noted at the gates. Awful awful awful!!!!! Have to explain my 5yo why she can’t have her bike I already paid for!!!!!

What a bloody joke this company is. Ordered baby clothes for my 12 week old son as we r in lockdown and can’t go shopping. Had email to say parcel had been delivered. Had no card put throw my door. Spoke to someone on web chat at yodel and told me it had been delivered and put in safe place but she could not tell me where safe place was!!! Then told me I had to get in touch with the supper I ordered from, so they can get in touch with yodel to inveterate. What a awful company. Why should I do the running when it’s your fault. No got no parcel Sainsburys TU clothing department is closed because of Covid-19 so got no way of contacting them. So got a baby with no new clothes THANKS TO YODEL

Says order has been delivered. It hasn't. No card left. Can't get in touch with anyone. No idea where it is. Awful service.
