“My parcel wasn't delivered because the driver didn't read the instructions and didn't left the parcel on the safe place (caught on camera). The customer service through we chat is disgraceful. They take enormous amount of time do write one line. I ask them to reschedule for the next day, next day nothing. They assured me it was to be deliver on the 3rd day and I ask a confirmation email but it's not possible. 3rd day my parcel was wrongly scanned and send back to the sender. In the meantime one of the agent ended up the conversation without adressing my concerns after 19 minutes waiting to be in line.I ask to fill in a complaint, not possible.

“Yodel took 10 days to do an overnight delivery and it’s still not here, having to cancel now. There customer service on their chat is terrible, it’s like the people I dealt with just didn’t care.”
“The drivers are liars and probably thieves too, long before Covid-19, at 1st attempt I found on my tracking the driver claimed i was "on holiday" the fact I was stood in the front garden talking to someone at the precise time means the driver lied, the webchat service told me a redelivery would be made the next day but despite telling them I'd definitely be out I wasn't able to rearrange until AFTER a 2nd attempt made. Next day came home to find a card saying my parcel had been "thrown over side gate". This is not the first time, I've never designated a safe place. On this occasion it wasn't breakable but given the fact the driver lied regarding the 1st attempt, I wouldn't trust YODAL as far as I could throw them. My mum-in-law has also had parcels go missing completely. See the Unofficial Complaints pages on Facebook, it's an eye opener in sheer volume of lies. Folk in lockdown, standing at front doors watching their tracking status change to item delivered or card left. This company our not to be trusted! Leeds Depot”
“My parcel was not delivered to my address and Yodel's investigation involves asking the driver if he delivered to me. Guess what he said yes. No proof of delivery and Yodel refuse to accept any responsibility. They are an absolute disgrace!! They are worse than a one star rating.”

“Local courier will not deliver to our address because she said we were rude to her. No not true. At the time she says we were rude, I was very unwell with pneumonia And couldn't speak and I only opened the door slightly. So how can I be rude. These people make up stories. We needed these parcels and had to reorder most of the items another way. Yodel you are a disgrace. People are dying and you have idiots”
“Terrible delivery service.
Parcel due to arrive yesterday - no attempt at delivery despite the tracking information being updated to say that they'd 'attempted to deliver but told we'd moved to a different address'.
Then contacted support who said that it would be redelivered today.
Oh boy did it get redelivered!
To the retailer I bought it from.
The customer service also doesn't serve a purpose. They don't do anything except say there's nothing they can do.”
“Had a package scheduled to arrive yesterday, stayed in the house the whole afternoon, even not doing my usual afternoon stroll not to miss the package.
Received in the evening an e-mail stating that the package was delivered, when the tracking web page stated it was not. Tried to get in contact with them, but obviously was too late to get a hold on anyone on the webchat.
Tried this morning and was told that I was not home and package had been taken to depot and the "delivery" e-mail had been a mistake. They can't tell when the package will be delivered.
On a funny - or not so funny - note, their trustpilot review page is full of positive reviews being posted every 2 or 3 minutes and it just feels like they are all fake, most of the time one-sentenced, sometimes only title, really shady, like their delivery service.”

“Still waiting for a parcel to be delivered after 4 days of driver repeatedly claiming I wasn’t in and a card had been left. Contacted customer services this morning told them I’m on lockdown like the rest of the country, not been out the flat for a month, never had any card, no one has rung my buzzer downstairs. Yodel took down extra directions from me. I decided to track driver on yodel app and screen grab what happened. When my order came up driver was nowhere near my address and within 3 minutes sent notification I wasn’t in. Had ANOTHER now angry conversation with customer services, told them I had photographic evidence. Wouldn’t contact the driver and turn him around best they could do was move my delivery AGAIN until tomorrow and asked could I give them any more information on how to find me, (Already done that and they have my address). Told them I would monitor the driver again and if the same happens I will break isolation and go down to the depot myself and ruin somebody’s Friday! Think they thought I was joking. I’m not. Wouldn’t touch this bunch of cowboys with a barge pole!”
“Absolutely shocking waste of time of a company. I tracked my parcel all day as I've been waiting for it. Then it pops up delivered???? No body as been near my house all day. I used the yodel chat, which was just as shocking and pointless no idea where anyones there tbh. Was advised to contact my retailer. I asked can you just not ring the driver and see what's going on. No reply, i then said i have screen shot the full conversation and that you are ignoring me. Then i got a standard response saying contact the retailer and cut off. Worst parcel service ever and an absolute waste of time having people on chat as they can't even pick up the phone to ring the driver. I'd give it 0 stars but its not an option.”

“If I could give them zero I would. I know this is a challenging time but the drivers down right lie about doing deliveries. I've been told the item was delivered and that the drivers geo location was confirmed but I don't have the parcel. I was 'obviously' in all day and didn't hear anyone arrive to deliver anything. They provide no more info about where the item was left. They don't ask Drivers to take photos of the deliveries (I think a basic need in today's modern world) and give you no more info. They are entirely useless and if I was a company delivering right now I wouldn't touch them with a barge poll! They are a disgrace!”
