“Terrible delivery service, kept saying they couldnt gain access to the property when they didnt even attempt to deliver. Parcel never showed up. Kept being told on the webchat that the parcel was now delayed due to a busy schedule, untill i eventually got a refund email from the sales company!! Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Would avoid ordering from companys that use yodel as its not worth the hastle!”

“Webchat adviser told me the 2nd part of my delivery was being despatched under a new tracking number. Used the tracking facility the next day which showed my parcel as having already been delivered last Friday. I was in all day and did not receive my parcel. Went on webchat again yesterday to report the missing items and was told I would be updated within 24 hours by email. Needless to say I'm still waiting and now can't get through to speak to anyone!”
“Parcel didn't arrive. I decided to put the app on my phone to tack it and discovered the driver "had tried to deliver" but I wasn't home. This is a lie, I was home due to COVID-19 and unable to go out.
I contacted Yodel the next day via webchat and delivery was rearranged for the day after that.
I checked the app the following day and the tracking number couldn't be found, I then received an email from the supplier who informed me the package was being returned to them due to non dellivery!!
I am being refunded when the supplier receives the package but that doesn't help me as I now have to find a new supplier.
Do NOT use any supplier that use Yodel, they are a complete waste of time!”

I advise anyone who orders from overseas to inform sellers that you will not order from them if they use yodel.

I have already informed the company's I use overseas and they have informed me they are changing and will not us yodel.
If they won't help and deny responsibly for loss of items fine I will make sure everyone knows this company is a cowboy company.

“I made arrangements to wait for my parcel today.....I’m still sat here waiting despite the promise from Rupesh the Yodel advisor that the parcel would arrive today. Driver didn’t respond to my text and my tracking data has still not been updated. As they are closed on Sundays I’ve no idea When or if its going to arrive now! No way of complaining or speaking to a human. Not sure how Yodel gets delivery contracts with reputable companies. Perhaps they companies should heed the saying you buy cheap you buy twice!”

“This company should not exist, and companies should not use them. Vans have lost out on 3 purchases from me, because Yodel didn’t bother to access my road and look for my house, instead they “attempted delivery” when they did not, and returned straight to sender. As Vans don’t re-ship, they just issue a refund, so I didn’t bother. 3 times on 3 separate purchases this has happened to me, Vans, you can afford a better service than this POS company provides. And as for Yodels customer service, complete disconnect, tell me a re-attempt will happen, every-time, but all 3 times it didn’t. And they tell me they can’t contact drivers because they have no phones, what BS. Disgraceful service provider, and disgrace to any company who cheaps out and uses them.”
“Would give no stars if it let me. Parcel says delivered no signature due to covid nobody has delivered anything here. Contacted customer service who says it’s delivered you can’t find it. Front of the house is open back is locked it hasn’t been delivered. Customer service say contact the seller absolutely no help at all.”

“Tracing a late delivery so I used the Tracker which says my parcel has been collected. Tried web chat, I was told it wasn't in their system despite their tracker saying they had it. Web chat oaf responded 'we don't have the parcel, contact the seller' then just terminated the chat. Rubbish customer service. I would give no stars if possible.”

“The delivery person came right up to the front door and couldn't have been any closer to me. We are supposed to be social distancing 2m apart. Surely everyone knows this by now and all other delivery people have been leaving stuff at the door and standing back so yodel should be asking their delivery workers to do this too.
