seems like they’re taking everything that’s going on right now as an excuse for awful service. Parcel was delivered on Monday however was most definitely not. They won’t even investigate this - and by the looks of on twitter this is the same for a LOT of other people... they also took 2 days each time for a reply

dreadful customer service. Failed to deliver package in stated time, then failed to rearrange it. Provided a phone number for their courier that was not in service. I now refuse to use any internet vendor that uses yodel for delivery

According to the tracker you’ve tried to deliver my parcel 3 times and have been unable to. If this is the case why was no card left informing me. It’s a lockdown and there’s always someone home to receive parcels. Looks like you’ve been caught out by the Coronavirus....

they only got one star for actually delivering to the correct address unfortunately they delivered an empty box the outer package had been carefully cut the inner package removed and the device removed from it then the empty box replaced. the parcel had been left on door step and driver quickly away.Yodel replied parcel was intact end of investigation condoning theft.

Yodel have no idea what has happened to my parcel. First it was delivered, then it was with the courier for delivery the following day.....no one seems to have a clue and apparently it’s being scanned incorrectly. The incompetence of Yodel astounds me. Two hours to speak to someone in customer services to be told there was nothing they could do as they didn’t know what had happened, then they decided they could contact the driver because he had the parcel but just wasn’t delivering it!

Ref: JD0002249750004024. Several delivery times missed. The last promised delivery on Wed 22nd April by 8.00 pm was also missed, even when the tracking indicated it was out for delivery. New delivery dates given as between 23 and 27th April, but no tracking is available now so I have no idea if the parcel is ever going to be delivered. Previous delivery experiences with Yodel have been equally poor, on 2 separate occasions, the tracking system saying that the parcel had been delivered but we were out, when we had been in all day waiting for delivery - a categorisation that I suspect helps to artificially improve their performance figures. A shockingly bad courier who are either incompetent or who appear to be deliberately misleading both their clients and their customers.

Terrible! Says my item is being delivered for 2 days, when spoke to customer service spoke to 3 different people and all said completely different things! Only found out today by calling again that the can not locate my parcel even though it says it’s out for delivery! The company lost the parcel! Never use again!!

Bought 3 items from Very - received 2. Very have charged all 3 items to my account as Yodel have item down as delivered. IT HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED

Yodel confirmed parcel was at their hub on 13 April but didn't get to their distribution depot until 22 April. Today I received a message saying delivery in next 48 hours, but I contacted their driver and he confirmed my delivery in next 2 hours. Yodel have no idea how to deliver items or deal with customers. From now on I not buy from any company using them.

Awful delivery and rude customer service. An employee disconnected the chat whilst I was still trying to type specific delivery instructions, for the third time in 3 days as they failed time and time again to deliver my urgent parcel on the date they said. I received no genuine replies or help at any point from this company. Would never use again.

Ive been waiting a week for parcal still havent got it they keep making excuses why its not come yet there hard to speak to some of them drivers have had robbed my friends its a disgrace of a fuckin service and should he closed down im goin to see if i can get my money back cause it would of been quicker on amazon then these idiots

Yodel has been my worst delivery experience. There is no one to talk to apart from webchat. On Friday I supposed to received my parcel i waited and waited only to got text message around 8:30pm that my parcel have been delivered and no parcel delivered. On Saturday I chatted with them and the person I chatted with told the parcel will be delivered on Monday. I waited through out on Monday no information from them and I chat with them again and I was told they are doing an investigation about my parcel that I should give them 24hrs. I chatted with them next day only to be told to contact the seller for claim. Please I would like to know what happen to my parcel.

Firstly yodel tried to deliver but couldn't access building which is rubbish as main door to office was unlocked and lights on we have a sign inside saying ring bell, so it obviously went back to the depot was delivered again and signed as convid 19, but parcel is no where to be found have contacted Customer service on line but fobbed off

My order number was JD0002249024109821 to which my package was not delivered. I have contacted yodel several times to which I’ve been flogged off. Their response was we asked the driver and he said he delivered the package to our door. Complete utter lies as there was no knock or phone call, plus as everyone is in isolation we were home. Don’t use yodel unless you don’t want to receive your packages

I received a message saying it was on route, then it had been delivered my parcel had not been delivered! Its supposed to be signed for.... No card was left nothing. I am struggling to get any info about my parcel which leads me to think the driver has kept my parcel and lied about delivery.

Absolutely disgusting service. Yodel took down the INCORRECT address and even though I corrected them as they had tried to deliver 4 times to the wrong address they returned the item to the company. They were not helpful at all. Even though one person apologized and said he would get the parcel delivered they returned it.

Ive been told I have to go down to the van to get my parcel, because yodel cant come up the stairs anymore, I live in flats. When i said i would send the items back, he came up, didnt know I would have to do this, if so i wont be ordering from Very anymore

Useless company avoid like the plague say they picked up my parcel on 8th april contacted yodel 2 days ago via webchat but they said they hadn't got my parcel. What's the point of putting it on tracker saying it has been collected by yodel. Absolute rubbish!!!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of Yodel. Never delivered my parcel as it needs a signature. But during this virus time that is not safe! and seller website said no signatures. I am self isolating and cannot answer my door. I asked driver to leave my parcel by my door but he never responded or listened to me. No phone lines working, online chat not working. Absolutely rubbish service. Very very disappointed. Not at all helping your vulnerable customers
