“Had a confirmed delivery time was tracking delivery on their tracking map . Showed where can was in relation to my house. Next thing tracking stops and message says couldn't find my address even though it was highlighted on their map. Looking at the number deliveries the driver had they probably have up.”

“worst delivery service ever. I bought a graphics card from ebayer and was promised delivery on the 17th. The item never arrived. I spoke to yodel through webchat and each day the item was 'on its way' and yet it was never delivered. Eventually, yodel returned the parcel to the sender and I'm waiting for a refund -- which seems to take for ever. I'm shock how this courier service is still in business.”

“Have had problems with receiving my parcels twice in the past year. The driver's forging signature and saying parcel has been signed and not leaving the parcel . Second time leaving the parcel on the driveway and once again driver signing himself to so say i have received the parcel when i wasnt even home made a complaint to say driver shouldn't of left the parcel on the drive away and shouldn't of signed to confirm i received the parcel when i wasnt even home was told that someone will get back to me but it has been 5months and i have not heard anything back. I wouldn't recommend yodel.”
“Had problems with yodel twice in the last year. Made an online order from footasylum. First time around didn't recieve my parcel yodel driver said that left the parcel was left with neighbour and a card was left but no card was posted investigation was done and it was proved the neighbours were not at home. Second time parcel was left on the drive for everyone to see and the driver did a fake signature saying that i had signed for. A complaint was made to say the parcel should not of been left on tje driveway and by the signing on behalf of a customer without customer's consent or knowlegde was fraud was told that someone will get back to me but it has been 5 months and haven't heard anything. Would never recommend yodel.”

“Firstly, delivery was not made and courier delivery driver failed to inform me of the fact. When tried to rearrange delivery, webchat advisor who's name was Mtikazi was incredibly unhelpful, did not know their own working times, tried to falsify facts and was incredibly rude. Overall terrible experience”

“Disgusting company. They must employ a load of thieves. Looking at so many other reviews and it's the same problem we have had.
Told parcel was on route, so waited with the door open and was in and out of garden. Then was told it had been delivered, at no point did anyone attempt to deliver the parcel. Only way to contact them was webchat and was told it has been scanned as delivered and there was no proof apart from drivers word.
So basically called us liars, and have covered up someone's theft be it the driver or during sorting.
Never ever use this company! And do not buy anything from companys that use this disgrace of delivery service.”

Great, until 3p.m. What did I receive-driver unable to locate my address. 15 bl**dy miles from his depot ?? Am advising the seller to change his courier.
