“found email/tracking yesterday advising delivery - NO WAY did this happen! Called chat line 3 times only to be dumped 3 times, reported to Ebay hopefully someone will investigate these rogue deliveries by this company, so far no delivery the fact someone has probably lied on company tracking is sickening and playing honest buyers for fools PLEASE READ THIS”

Was at home all day since we cant go anywhere anyway, no one knocked, buzzed or left a calling card. Next minute i get an email to say my parcels had been left on the front porch and a card put in the letterbox. Firstly I live in a flat so I dont have a front porch, secondly I didnt recieve a card.
I jumped on the webchat and explained the parcel is very expensive and needed to be found. Was told the drivers do not have mobile phones so they needed to wait till he/she arrived back at the depot that night. Was told they would email me within 24 hours with an update.
Didnt hear a thing back. So I jumped back on and they told me the driver said it had been delivered (gave a desciption). It wasnt my house. So they said they would send the driver back that day to collect and re-deliver.
The person who received it actually took the parcels to my house thankfully and said they didnt have a front porch and the parcel was left in the street, the only reason he knew it was for him was due to the calling card.
I never bothered to tell Yodel I received it, figured I would make them work for it. Complained, didnt hear back, still dont know the status of my parcel as they never got back to me with any updates. Thnakfully I know I have it, but terrible service all round.”

“Worst delivery service. Honestly it's ridiculous. The app is worse and the drivers do not even attempt to deliver, this is the fifth occasion where they say 'they attempted delivery' yet nobody bothered to ring the doorbell or knock, or even leaving a card to say they missed me”
“Had 3 parcels coming from ebuyer yesterday (2nd May.) A van stops outside my house at 11.30 & the driver leans across the cab, so I saw the red YODEL logo on the back of his day-glo vest, then pulls off again without delivering.
At 2.30 a lady delivers two of the parcels & I ask about the third one. She says two vans service this area & it's almost certainly on the other van.
Checked the tracker this morning, the 3rd parcel is showing as delivered at 11.30 yesterday, not signed for due to Covid19, obviously a complete lie & most likely it's 'disappeared' now.
I suspect that due to the shape & size of it, someone thought it was a PC, Well, if so, they are going to be disappointed when they find it's just an empty case. pretty much useless really, but hopefully if they 'disappear' enough ebuyer parcels, ebuyer will stop using them.”
“I've stayed in for 2 days waiting for a parcel from Ebuyer via Yodel.
I've tracked them through the website and watched as they've delivered all around the nearby streets.
At 8pm they were 2 stops away from me, at 8.30 still 2 stops away.
At 9pm I got notification that they had attempted delivery at 7.32pm but were unable to access the property; given that I had been sitting in the front garden waiting for them, this is a blatant lie.
Given the current covid situation I couldn't care less if something is a day or four late, I resent being lied to though.”

“Twice in a week I have tracked online. Both times they are on the GPS within half a mile of the house. Then it defaults to delivered. No parcel, no customer services. When I finally got through to webchat 'drivers do not have personal mobiles, please check outbuildings and contact the retailer to query.'
Last week the parcel, despite being reported as delivered (with 5 day poatage) arrived. Today I have a car battery either delivered to the wrong address or still in the couriers van.
Really in C21 Yodel cannot phone the driver who cannot be more than 5 miles from my house and ask them where they delivered the parcel too?
Had to contact retailer for them to chase Yodel, as their attitude is, we've delivered your parcel, it's not our problem.
They are the worst courier service ever. I paid £7 for 24hr delivery, that was 2 days ago and no idea where my parcel is, when or if it will ever arrive.
Please stop using them so they just shut down.”
