“Absolutely awful!! Will not be using again.
Never delivered my parcel.
After multiple web-chats (one of which was terminated by the staff member after I explained my issue!), I was told the delivery driver had confirmed he had delivered it to my house but when asked where he left it (as it clearly was not in the postbox) I didn't get an answer - if it had been delivered surely the driver would know where they put it?
I have checked with my neighbours, of which there are only two, and they do not have it.
My parcel has not been delivered and to top it all off it was a gift for someone that I was never able to give! Clearly someone has gone wrong along the lines but has not admitted it.
I have been polite all the way through the process but have received such a dismissive and negative attitude back. I am extremely disappointed in this service and will not be using again.”

“have advised on line seller to consider another courier as yodel are no where near the other competitors out there dpd-hermes-ups-parcel force etc etc all supplying a much better service
tracking says parcels at my location for past 4 days why cant they deliver like everyone else had ups deliver from Poland to Essex in 4 days. Dpd from Southern Ireland in 3 days. parcels collected by Yodel 22.4.2020 and at Yodel Hayes since then. Now the 30th and still there.”
“delivery is a week late so far, so i thought i would get in touch to find out why. Their customer service agent ended the web chat suddenly after looking up the parcel codes, so it's not looking like i will be receiving said parcels any time soon, if at all.”

Liars, I kept chasing them after 3 days. The parcel which was "delivered" to my neighbour's house for not reason while I was at home and did not receive any card, or notification, nothing at all.
I tracked my order and said it was delivered to an apartment opposite my house, I checked with my neighbour and nothing. Send the an email and contacted them via chat online, they promised me that the parcel would be delivered soon, and opened an investigation and the driver would collect my parcel and re-deliver to my house. The day after nothing, I contacted them again and they made the same promise. Received an email from Abby Housecroft, promising me that the parcel would arrive by today and nothing. I had to email the supplier to claim my money back.”
“Promised delivery did not happen and they said they couldn't locate my property looking at their tracker map they did not come anywhere near and did not call me even though they have my number.
Apparently they tried to deliver again the next day and received no warning and next thing I get an email saying I was not home and they had left a card. I have been home all day and did not receive a card.
Went through their automatic telephone system and they confirmed my phone number and will try again tomorrow, third attempt and not holding my breath.
The worst service possible and I have taken this up with the company I bought from and if they don't change courier I won't buy from them again.”
“The worst delivery service EVER ! Their drivers are lazy liars ! I am stuck at home due to Coronavirus lockdown and the driver lied that he attempted delivery but noone was at home. They did that 2 days in a row ! Customer service is awful not helpful at all and extremely slow in responding. Awful company ! AVOID them at all cost !”
“This is an insane company! Got wrapped up in a scam. They said they were delivering the shipments the next day for 4 days & they returned the shipment & didn’t refund my money!!! Never recommending this complany!”
“Appalling service from Yodel, driver says he left 2 parcels outside a middle terrace when he put 1 parcel outside my door and waved 🤯 and also both tracking numbers had different times so obviously a lie and all I get from Yodel is the driver said he delivered both, that’s it!”
“Was due to receive a pair of work boots today, for which I paid £85. Kept checking the tracker until it popped up that the parcel had been delivered, which it categorically hadn't. About ten minutes later, a young lady knocked on my door with said parcel. It had been delivered three streets away, it wasn't even the right house number, let alone anything else. The tracker also said that the item hadn't been signed for due to Covid-19! Absolutely disgraceful. Sounds very much like they're using the current situation to their advantage when it comes to complaints. Thankfully, there are some honest people in this world, like the young lady in question, who walked round in the rain with my parcel. If I see Yodel mentioned anywhere when I'm buying online, I will either make my own arrangements or use another retailer.”
“Would even give them one star parcel been sat depot two week they had directions which are quite simple as it 2 turns of the m4 they now claimed two have delived parcel overe week ago the twat email me but wont up date the companey i puchased from so wont refund till yodel pull there finger out ass customer sevice usless bunch of twats 2 week to deliver a parcel 20 miles from depot the wont allow collect even though there web site say you can still collect”
“I was expecting a delivery on Friday 24/04/2020, I had an email saying that the parcel had been deliverd. I got home no parcel and a card saying they would call tomorrow Saturday 25/04/2020. I waited and heard nothing so went in the web chat i was told they would invetigate the delivey and would need to speak to the driver. I had to go on the web chat again as i did not hear anything. I was told they would investigate it again and they would email me. I got an email saying?that the driver had left the parcel at number 44. Number 44 is a spiritualist church that is shut , they then said i had to contact very as it is down to them, its disgusting i cant get hold of anybody with answers and this item is on my acccount.”
“The worst courier in the uk, my advice would be to check who delivers before you order. Delivered 2 packages to the wrong address and then took 1 month to reply saying too much time had passed to track the parcels! Horrendous service steer clear you will never see your parcels.”
“Yodels tracker said my parcel is in the deport, and was due wed, yesterday, but was showing that there was so many before me ??? So i waited tilk it got down to 1 then it showed - no parcel today I get a email, it came last night at 21.00 never, so wheres my parcel yodel,”
“Had my parcel out for delivery on the Thursday, the tracker said there was a delay in getting to me at 1620hrs.. no further update fir that day. On the Friday I regularly checked the tracker, no updates until 1700hrs when they said they couldn’t gain access to my property which was a blatant lie. The close door was not locked and my buzzer works perfectly as a just eat driver used it that night to gain entry. Contacted them on web chat on sat morning and they said the parcel would be delivered that day... nothing, no parcel, no updates. Contacted them again on the Monday and they said it would be delivered on Tuesday. Later that Monday I checked the tracker and they said they tried to deliver my parcel but were told I no longer reside at that address and my parcel would be returned to sender. Absolute joke of a company. Lies, Lies and more lies.”
