AVOID AVOID AVOID. Promised to deliver my package before 7pm, then states on the system that it will be delayed and to expect it by 10.30pm. Fine, I cancelled my evening plans in order to be in to collect it. The package was a matter of importance so I was checking it continously and after a refresh it says the package was not delivered as my 'property was inaccessible'. My property is on the ground floor and is off the pavement, there are no gates, driveways or obstructions to my door. It was the last delivery of the day and the driver clearly couldnt be bothered to attempt to ring the buzzer. I then attempted to call customer service with no joy, I resorted to the web chat where I was asked if there was any doors, buzzers, gates or difficulties accessing my property. 1. NO, 2. what delivery does not require a simple knock on the door or a press of a buzzer?! I was then told a delivery tomorrow prior to 11am could not be promised and when I asked for a customer service advisor to call me the web chat just mysteriously got cut off. Your a delivery company, its not rocket science and you cant even manage to get your drivers to ring a buzzer to deliver an item. So furious, if i have to wait a few days to recieve an item... fine but dont promise to deliver and pretend that you couldnt access my property, I can see the porch from my living room window where I was in and watching TV. My lights were on. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN and complaining to any retailers I know that do.

No your not sorry you don't even know the meaning of the word. Please do right by people and shut down the Middleton Branch as they are the most incompetent people working there. The customer service must be struggling as they can't even answer your Questions. I received 2 text messages yesterday saying my parcel was being delivered between 14.13 and 16.13 then another saying 16.13 to 18.13. Now how can they deliver when it is still in the Middleton Depot. This company haven't even got the intelligence to lie correctly. Even virgin media who looked into it for me was amazed at how bad there service is. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY.

You think YODEL delivery service might have learnt from their mistake last time loosing my parcel, but this again shows how incompetent this company is. Yet again they state they have delivered my parcel and absolutely nothing is here. I will wait around 7 days and then a kind elderly lady will knock at my door with my parcel saying yet again the delivery service you use are extremely incompetent when they cannot even read an address correctly. I will say to her I would of expressed that differently but yes they appear to employ people that cannot read! There is a huge difference between PARK HILL AND PARK ROAD! Do not use this service they are a nightmare.

I'm still waiting. Hermes are much better. Yodel wouldn't be my choice of courier. They should be ashamed of theirselves. Worst ever.

Friday 6th October I received e mail saying my packet had been delivered. It had not been delivered. It arrived on Saturday 7th. Friday evening I rang Yodel, was on the phone 45 minutes still no one answered. Today Monday 9th October I am waiting for them to collect a packet. I wonder if they will come.

Shocking levels of customer service .... I received an email from Yodel saying that they had tried to deliver a parcel. The driver did not turn up. They also said that the driver had left a card. He/she hadn't ... hardly surprising seeing that they had not been to the address! I then tried to contact them ... despite them giving a contact phone number for their customer service team you cannot speak to a person. It is all automated and then cuts you off. I tried 5 times to contact them via Yodel Online on the day they told me that they had tried to make the delivery. Each time I was cut off. Today I got through to someone on line. A screenshot is pasted below:- Welcome to Yodel Online. In order to identify you, can I please have the full name, first line of address and postcode on your parcel please? You have now been transferred to ****** (I have deleted my details) Parcel Number ************************* Delivered Is there anybody there? Delivered Hello Delivered ???? Delivered thats 5 minutes ... is there anybody there? Delivered Thank you ********, your parcel has been loaded onto the van and is due to be delivered throughout the course of the day. Can you answer me two questions please Delivered 1. Why did you send me an email telling me that your driver had tried to deliver the parcel at 08:18 on Saturday morning? Delivered I ask because I was in and your driver did not turn up at my address. Delivered 2. Why did you tell me that he/she had left a calling card with details of the attempted delivery? Delivered I ask because there was no card left ... obviously there could not have been a card left if the driver did not turn up. Delivered I simply ask because I had to go to the inconvenience of asking a neighbour to stay in all day on the off chance that someone might turn up as I have to go out today. Delivered Put simply, I was prepared to stay in for the delivery but it did not turn up no matter what your driver may say. Delivered And now a neighbour has had to stay in waiting for the delivery ... Delivered is this what you call good customer service? Delivered Why could I not speak to anyone on the phone? Delivered He has attempted delivery on Saturday - Unable To Deliver (Card Left With Customer). Then he is a liar Delivered and your customer service is shocking Delivered may I speak with a manager please? Delivered Well? Can I speak with a manager please? Delivered Why will you not answer me? Delivered Please confirm your contact number and I will arrange a callback for you within 24 hours. Due to the nature of my work I will not be available for a call back at some time that suits your manager. I would like to speak to your manager now please Delivered Can I speak to your manager now please? Delivered Give me your managers contact number and I will be happy to call him/her now to discuss this matter Delivered Why do Yodel call this facility "Live Support?" .... there does not seem to be much life and I have certainly seen no evidence of support yet Delivered Unfortunately my manager is not available right now, we have a process whereby you will be contacted in 24 hours. But I wont be because I will be unavailable ... what is your managers name? Delivered I am assuming that your manager is refusing to speak with me now. Delivered Some customer service that is Delivered No at all, simply at all customers follows the very same process, I will arrange a callback for you as previously advised. So far you have wasted 20 minutes of my life. Your manager refuses to interact with a customer and you have been unable to answer the simplest of questions. I am now going to terminate this chat and screenshot this conversation. I will then post it on any websites that have reviews regarding Yodels levels of customer service. Congratulations on underpinning their growth strategy

Yodel is the worst courier service in the country, I waited in for a delivery on Friday the 6/10/17 they did not arrive at 18-00 hours I get an email saying "sorry we missed you" they never came. redelivery was for Saturday the 7/10/2017 again they never arrive after waiting in again all day. 2 days total wasted, the delivery drivers lie to their employers saying that they called and disrespect the customers and take us for fools. this company needs to be closed down it causes so many problems by employing total morons. as from today, i do not intend to purchase any item online from any business that uses Yodel. If all the disrespected customers and all the customers that have their deliveries left outside or thrown over the fence do the same and boycott the company by not shopping at business that use Yodel to do their deliveries they will soon change to a reputable courier service

THEY CLAIMED THEY "LEFT IT ON OUR PORCH" WE HAVE NO PORCH. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, BIG SIGN ON MY DOOR TO LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOR.... SO THEY LIED AL THE WAY.. SAID THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP TGHREE DAYS AGO.. NEVER HEARD BACK . SO NOW MY CATS ARE OUT OF THE SPECIAL CATFOOD THEY NEED AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY A LOT TO GO TO THE VET TERRRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!

The Yodel tracking bears no relevance to what is actually happening. I recieved a message to say my parcel has been delivered. I had not recieved my parcel. The next day after multiple enquieries the answer was a miss scan error. The parcel has been rescheduled for delivery. The driver arrived and handed me a parcel. By the size of it I new it wasnt mine and asked him to check the details He went back and found my parcel . He said he had 90 parcels that were caught up in a cock up and would have to take a lot of them back to the depot as he was now "off computer" No doubt they will be classified as a miss scan ! In future I shall not be doing business with companies that use Yodel. Through them I have wasted time and energy emailing ,phoning,and trying to get to the bottom of this and all along they must have known long before I was told. .

Worst delivery service EVER! I live in a busy street in London and the driver left both my parcels on the street next to the entrance to my block of flats! One was taken by a passer by and the note had nothing written on it- with multiple occupants how is anyone going to know who it's for? This company should be shut down

After lying through their teeth about "attempting delivery" several times, they then managed to deliver a week late and dumping it on my doorstep, in the rain. Well done you - even though there is a message on the door saying to leave it in the greenhouse that was 4 steps behind them. Biggest waste of space known to man - why companies use them, apart from them being cheap, I do not know.

Worst courier service I have ever experienced. They deliver for house of Fraser & everyone I have ordered something it is a minimum of 1wk late, usually 2 wks. Their online chat service is a joke. Whenever you contact them they apologise & say they have requested it gets sent for delivery that day - 3 times in 1 week I had this conversation. Why the f**k was it not sent out in the first place? Or any time after that? They are truly useless & I will avoid shopping with any retailer that uses them

Urgent delivery required. Waited in all day and evening as my parcel was promised to be delivered by 9pm. Blatant lies on the tracker saying they 'could not find my property'. At no point was I called to help give directions. Absolutely fuming! As the last delivery on the tracker they just sacked off my delivery as it was a Saturday night. Disgusted by the poor service. Will NEVER order anything on line if I know Yodel are delivering. Fact.

I do all my shopping online, I have never had such a terrible experience as I did, this time, with YODEL. 1st time - The driver couldn't find the property, okay fair enough, I rang the company sending the parcel and asked them to pass on my number. 2nd time - The driver couldn't find the property, wait, didn't he/she have my number? 3rd time - couldn't get access, wait a minute, that was a complete and utter filthy lie. After MANY attempts, and being cut off by the robot woman from hell, I managed to speak to 2 people, one blatantly lied to me and the other sniggered and then cut me off. I then tried to live chat, 1st one (Keenan) cut me off even though it would have been obvious to him that I was typing. The other twit, I forget her name, cut me off also, I didn't think I was such a slow typer, no that's right I'm not slow, 10 seconds is unreasonable. If you can help it, never use these numpties, they will not help you, AT ALL, if there is a problem

Told me parcel was delivered and signed for 2 weeks ago!! Router from Virgin. I know nothing about it and certainly didnt sign for the delivery. No "proof of delivery" available on the tracking system, no telephone number to speak to anyone in customer services and the webchat appears to have been busy for the last two weeks ie. since the date this package was suppose to have been delivered. How does this company survive???

The delivery guy just came and I went to my window and he said he's leaving my parcel outside. I told him he cant, as the area I live in, is hi crime rated. I told him I'm coming down, he said hurry up then, I explained to him I'm disabled and he then took up the parcel and went into his van and drove away. All this was caught in cctv on my home camera an yodel said no delivery was attempted. You can see in the puc I was talking to him at the window he pounted and then took the boxes and left.

Worst delivery company ever....do not use them!! Ordered a parcel 8 days ago, yodel attempted delivery two days later and did leave a card to say so and that the parcel was returned to the depot for redelivery. Option to change delivery address made and confirmed by yodel as successful with redelivery on Monday...chased Monday....and Tuesday...and wedsnesday....and Thursday and still no sign of my parcel. Despite being told by several online chat assistants that my parcel will be out today, then telling me my work address (a GP surgery so pretty well known and well signposted in a village) is incorrect, then its fine and will be out tomorrow...refused to give me an actual contact number to call to speak to a person just a useless automated line....this is a jacket my son has saved for with his weekend job money and is still no closer to receiving!!!!
