I'd rather pick it up from the depot myself than to get yodel as a courier for one of my orders. It's a safe bet that it will either be late or will be lost and they don't even care. One of their reps hung on me. They never followed up with the package they lost. Some random guy just showed up and inquired and we never saw him again. If you can choose any other delivery option, please do so as this company is the epitome of logistical disaster.

DO NOT USE!! READ THE BELOW COMMENTS BECAUSE EXACTLY THE SAME JUST HAPPENED TO ME! Y0DEL CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN AT MY ADDRESS AND THEY MISSED ME WHEN IN FACT I HAVE A RECORDED FOOTAGE FROM MY CAMERA THAT NO ONE WAS THERE!! THEY ALSO DID NOT LEAVE A CARD (BECAUSE THEY WERE NEVER THERE) BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE!! HAHAH THERE IS NO ONE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AS I RANG ABOUT 6 DIFFERENT NUMBERS OF THE INTERNET TRYING TO CHASE THEM! THANKS FOR NOTHING YODEL, THANKS FOR ALL THE HUSSLE

So... if you want to call the Yodel telephone number just be aware that you are NOT talking to a customer service centre in the UK... it is infact in South Africa. After a horrendous experience with tracking down my parcel (they said they left three delivery notifications at my address... and actually never entered my street it turns out!). It also turns out that the calls I made were never logged onto the system so the Yodel depo never knew I had called with an inquiry! Last attempt was to go to the depo to collect parcel and by some miracle it was there! Got excellent customer service, cup of tea and driven back to town! The call center needs to come back to the UK as there appears to be a huge communication breakdown with the call centre in South Africa.

£10 paid to have a parcel delivered. Track states multiple times that there was delivery attempt and a delivery card was left at address following failed attempt. However there has been an individual at the address multiple times who never saw any delivery driver. Also there were no delivery card left at my address as yodel claim. Horrible service.

I ordered an item from Amazon, booked 1 day delivery which was scheduled for Monday 27th of November. Then the delivery date changed to today 25th November which peeved me the reason I wanted it Monday was because I would be at home. Then for no reason it changed again to Wednesday the 29th, I spoke to Megan at Amazon she said Yodel had rescheduled because of a dispatch delay. Lo and behold Saturday 25th out for delivery they haven't got a clue

Online operators offered little assistance, there is no facility to talk to someone in person. I was told nothing I didnt know via tracking online. Absolutely blase about customer service. Two failed delivery days and still the parcel hasn't arrived . Infantile blame shifting, I cannot believe they actually function as a company. Horrendous customer service.

I'm only leaving a 1 star review as it's not possible to leave 0. The worst service I have experienced in a long time. So many failures here it's hard to know where to start. Drivers failed to deliver at the allotted time, new times confirmed and then missed, hours spent on the phone to the customer services team who have zero control of deliveries or the depot. Numerous promises of updates and call backs, none of which happened. Terrible automated telephone service which needs an option for complaints, I have been hung up on and laughed at and still no idea whether this parcel will be delivered. I wish I could say one positive thing about them but have not yet experienced anything positive

Parcel was not delivered on the day confirmed by text and tracking, no updates, poor service and information also when using their live web chat. Apparently the driver could not locate the address which is near a large hospital and not difficult to find. I gave information on location but they cannot contact the driver - do Yodel not supply GPS or maps to their drivers?

Parcels, if they arrive are always ripped open. Driver sees if there’s anything he wants first.

Didn't deliver a parcel because "the doorbell was not working". We are an office, people come and go every hour, it worked for everybody else. Called customer support. The serial number on the card they left is not recognised by the system. First guy at call center said hello 3 times and hang up so I had to call them again. They do not send an email or text before the parcel arrives, only AFTER (if) it was delivered.

nearly Three weeks after they where meant to deliver my expensive package, the package is still not here. They keep claiming to not have the right address information even after i have sent it over three times, but still the same message come popping up saying they do not have the address.

They say there is no word for 'sorry' in the Tagalog language, an idea firmly adopted by Yodel. They dumped my wife's flowers and chocolates in a back street in Wokingham and forged my wife's signature (unable to find a school!). Web chat refuse to do anything, make promises of call back that never happen. Customer complaints on web site go unanswered. They say they need 48 hours to interview the driver but 6 days later no explanation and no "sorry". Please do not use this company.

If I could give a zero star I would. I paid for a 24 hour service which was 12 days ago now! I waited in all day for them to come and pick up my parcel. No one came. They said they would rearrange for the next day. No one called or came. I am still waiting for a refund, no one has answered my complaints form I have sent online ( I have sent 3 now) I call the customer service and get told they cannot issue a refund as you need to call yodel direct! I call the yodel direct number and you just stay on hold for ages. Worst company, terrible customer service! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They are without a doubt the worst delivery company in the world, they insist they have delivered my parcel, saying they put it through the letterbox, it wouldn't even go in my letterbox, it's too big, I have been at home for the last five days, sitting in the front room of the house, (flu) so would certainly have seen anyone coming up the path, they lie, deceive and take us all for a ride, to all you companies out there who are considering using them my advice is DON'T , they will lose your goods and then lie about it, it's what their good at. This is not the first time for me but it is certainly the last, I will never again purchase anything from any company that uses this bunch of incompetent idiots.

Everything went wrong. 1st i requested change of address didnt happen, then drove 40 miles to collect my item, which i was told it was at depo, no wasnt there they have sent it back to my address! Worse service ever! Website isnt clear!

I have never experienced such a poor and unadulterated appalling service in my entire life.  This company lie about making deliveries and then refuse to answer why no card was left.  They dont provide any working phone number and the very helpful chat folks just support the culture of lies and deceit.  My goods are now lost and nobody at YODEL will speak to me so I have decided to ruin their reputation anywhere and eveywhere possible.  I will also use the same tactics on them as they use on us!!!
