They lie to the customers. They have never tried to deliver, they never left a card. Beware this because it seems to be a scam company.

My parcel was never delivered. They didn't leave a card or whatsoever. It was impossible to reach them or the phone or by chat as they were always busy. Their tracking platform online was not showing any update. In other times a company like this would have been banned

Yodel are cheap for a reason! its because they provide NO service! Use at your peril! They don't turn up and pretend they attempt to deliver (they lie, fact!) I have CCTV evidence that proves they didn't turn up when their email said they did (and conveniently no calling card, surprise surprise)! DO NOT USE YODEL!!!!!

Failed to deliver on time. No customer service number available on their site. Chat functionality on their site appears to be merely for show; there is never anyone actually available to talk to. Their customer service number doesn't -ever- allow you to talk to a real person, and provides no options or information you don't get on their site. Abysmal.

Complete failure to deliver the parcel. Claimed they couldn't get to the building - on a university campus that was open and running at the time. Then they admitted that while their customer service says they deliver up to 9.30pm, actually they pack in and go home at 7.30, leaving any undelivered parcels in the depot. After the third day where my parcel had apparently been loaded into a van and driven around all day before being returned to the depot with no delivery attempted, I just told them to send it back to the seller and got a refund. I don't understand how these people are still in business.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They’ve ultimately lied to us, lost our parcel and are now ignoring all further correspondence trying to reach a resolution/compensation. I would avoid this company at all costs

What an absolute disgrace of a company. Next day delivery was supposed to be 15/12. Tracking was showing in depot for 5 days(today is the 20th). Tried using the shambolic online chat and ended up having to go to the depot in Nantgarw to collect. Sign up when arrived saying due to unforeseen circumstances they were closing at 3:30(xmas party). I just made it in and after 1:20mins they found my package. They also found a package that my son had order dated the 10/12, so they hadn't even attempted to deliver this for 10 days! About 5 angry customers were trying to get in but the door was locked due to above said xmas party. What a joke of a company! Management should be ashamed of themselves.

No stars they are total lying waste of space. They are by far the world's worst delivery company if you can call them that. Every review you read about them is true they are woefully awful.

Parcels were sent to the complete wrong address. Thankfully the people who received it kindly drove to my address to deliver them. Otherwise we would not know where to look for the parcels.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY NEVER DELIVER. No less than 3 different orders over the last 2 months for both myself and my wife have all been ruined by Yodel's total inability to deliver. Any time a company I order from chooses Yodel as the courier, I am domed to never seeing the goods. How they are still in business is a mystery. Each time the same lies - "They attempted delivery and no-one was in." "They've delivered it." "It's at the wrong depo." "They couldn't deliver it (reason unspecified)." "It was damaged in transit" etc etc. A string of nonsense and always the same outcome - my delivery never gets made. I work from home and am always here. No-one from Yodel ever comes to my address. I have deliveries every day from other courier companies and they all make it here without problems. If you have a choice, DO NOT USE YODEL.

Appalling customer service , no consideration to the customer , no apology. My deliver was supposed to be attempted twice but I was at home and no one came. Yodel have lied to me saying that had tried to deliver it. No email or text to say when the parcel was going to be delivered and between what times. Got cut off 5 times when calling customer service. After waiting 20 mins. No alert to say the parcel had been returned to sender. I will never use any company that uses yodel as delivery firm,

The tracking system and service are awful. My parcel did not arrive the day it should have. Right up until 9pm I was following the tracking system which showed the amount of deliveries before mine. At 9pm it suddenly stated that Yodel had been unable to deliver my parcel and a calling card had been left. The fact is, no delivery was attempted. I had been in all day. No calling card was left. The following day there was still no delivery. I tried telephoning Yodel, was left waiting for 16 minutes to speak to someone and when the clock struck 8pm my call was terminated. This is totally unacceptable. How can I communicate effectively with this company? I believe they are attempting to deliver my parcel to the incorrect address but cannot get hold of them to advise them. Avoid using Yodel at all costs.

we were not expecting our order until the 14th. It arrived on the 13th while we were out. A note was left and the next day our order arrived exactly as the tracking predicted. We were very impressed...well done

BEWARE, USELESS BUNCH OF MUPPETS, not worth 1 star, paid for 48 hr delivery 7 days later still havent picked the parcel up despite phone calls daily, LOADS OF EXCUSES, They hang up on you.!, speaking to a Human is near on impossible... AVOID YODEL AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..!

I would give 0 starts if I could. !!! I always order everything for my work address and there's never been any problem. We're open every single day, all day. From the morning till 11 o'clock in the evening. For 2 weeks YODEL didn't deliver my parcel. This is the worst company ever, everyone I know had the same bad experience with them as me. On the tracking website at first I got the information that they've missed me and left a card. They couldn't miss me cause it's open all day, and there was no card for me or whatsoever. I rearranged the delivery day, they didn't come again. So I rearranged again and picked address automatically, wrote down only postcode and all the rest chose automatically from the box. Next day I got the text message on the that parcel has been delievered succesfully through the letterbox and its been signed. Literelly I've been sitting at work, behind the desk when i got the text, in front of the door.. no one came there. Theres no letterbox.. 2 big doors made of glass, no letterbox anywhere. Is it some kind of joke ? I called YODEL, asking wheres my parcel, they said it was a mistake and the lady said courier has the parcel today and it'll be deliever today. No one came.. After that I coudn't rearrange delivery again because in the system my parcel has been delivered. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY ! WAIST OF TIME ! That all proccess took 2 weeks and i still don't have my stuff.
